I gave you five stars because I want to grab your attention. I was just turned away for an oil change at 430 with a completely empty shop. I only let Meineke work on my vehicle and I was giving you all a chance as a potential back up. I'm very sorry for the negative review but to see 4 guys standing around 30 mins before close and won't touch my car because the shop is clean, that rubs me the wrong way. Thank you for your services.

I had my car towed to this location last Sunday and had noted that I needed a alternator installed due to symptoms, had gotten my alternator replaced , however today ( Thursday) I had the same situation occur where my car shut down and the alternator was tested at a shop nearby me , and was concluded that the alternator was not working( paid $295 for the car quest alternator at this shop) I had to purchase yet another alternator at the part store I got it tested and had a friend of mine install it , as I needed to go to work tomorrow. As I live 75 miles away from this shop , I know that through my poor experience with the part installed it leaves a bad taste in my mind about coming back . The same alternator that was malfunctioned I just gave to the rebuild shop as a core cost. I would've had liked to contact this shop to see my options to get a refund but you know living 75 miles aways and not close to burbonnias I simply had to eat the cost . What a shame . I didn't know auto shops can still work this tactic on people who just want their car fixed , lasting negative impressions for me .

The lady at the Front Desk has been known for having a terrible attitude towards countless customers for years. She belittles and laughs at customers who aren't very car savvy, and thats the only time you'll see a "smile" from her. And it's not a friendly customer service smile! Little does she know we can go viral with what we have on her! But things seem miserable enough for her so we'll hold off unless we see more complaints of this nature from other unfortunate people who fall for this place. Maybe she'll learn her lesson and be nicer to customers. I wouldn't bet on it. Would've given a higher rating because the mechanics and techs are some good guys, but she ruins Car Care's reputation and wouldn't be surprised if she runs it into the ground. You know what they say. The customer is always right, and this former customer says avoid this poorly ran business if you value your dignity!

Decent service, completed seemingly professionally. Repair cost is about 10-20% higher than other places locally. I'd shop around first.

Horrible. Went for an interview and got the worst vibe from the owner. Doesn't care about his employees.... sometimes not even offering a lunch in a ten hour day....therefore quality of work falls and it just seems the owner is trying to fix his bad name. But I don't see why anyone would go here after talking with the owner and knowing his intentions...

Sarah's a top notch customer service rep with awesome customer service skills, and the shop guys were great explaining the work that needed to be done on my suv. I will absolutely be back again for my vehicles needs.

Immediately after oil change, check engine light comes on, transmittion is over full. Run to an honest place, they don't stand by their work. Don't let them work on your car.

I am disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism. I felt dismissed and belittled when coming to them with a problem I had with their service. They are costing me unnecessary money for a mistake they made and can t own up to. Overall very disappointing.

Daughter brought her car there. Check engine light came on after she left. Transmission fluid is way to high. They know nothing about how that happened. Very dishonest!!

Recently had a fuel pump go bad on my truck.The first 2 went bad and just had a third replaced, great to have a warranty with the work.Saved a few buck with an on line coupon.Check them out, you'll be pleasantly surprised

Very reputable and reliable! I have been going to Car Care for years and Sara and staff have always been trustworthy and straightforward without hidden gimmicks to make more money off their customers. These people were absolutely amazing! Very polite, the place was clean and they did such a nice job. I went in for an oil change and they didn't overcharge me. This was a very refreshing experience! I'll be back and I have recommended this place to all of my coworkers innthe area.

Talk about the big ripoff! The leak underneath my car was misdiagnosed and I was told the water pump was leaking and serpentine belt should be replaced as well to the tune of over $800.00. Went home and still had the leak. Went back to car care center and a different mechanic found something wrong with the differential and suggested I take it to the dealership. Okay fine why isn't my money being refunded for the unnecessary repair?! I was told the repair was what the mechanic found and I should have said something at first if I didn't like it. Here's what I don't like Sarah, being SCAMMED!!!!

They have been taking care of my cars for a few years now and always do a good job and are fairly priced too. They have never tried to scam me into getting something I didn't need. One time I thought I needed new brakes on a used car I had just purchased because they were squeaky and they said, nope they are brand new. They are just really honest and awesome.

Mechanic explained everything to me B4 doing anything. Had to add oil because he explained my car uses oil. I got a new battery he also fixed something else.

We have had our 2011 Kia in for a few different issues. At least once we were directed to the Kia dealership for warranty or recall work.Every time we've been in, they were very timely with a diagnosis and repairs. Front desk staff are very business like but friendly at the same time.

I've struggled to find a reliable auto shop during my lifetime... Until I found Car Care Auto Center. They're honest (which is the hardest quality to find in this kind of business), professional, and Sarah at the front desk is a great communicator.

Car Care is always reliable, quick, trustworthy. I would call it friendly, but it is certainly efficient. I am a big fan of Sara at the front desk.. she runs everything like a Swiss watch. Fair pricing, and I never feel like they are taking advantage. Great Olivet discount.

I bought brakes from this place in Feb 2021, my FULL service was $554.88. I was told my brakes had LIFETIME warranties on them. My price with those brakes total was around $120, basically $59.99 and some change per brake pad. I went back to them to have new brake pads & rotors put on and the price was around $525.00. That was AFTER the free brake pads that I should of been getting for free. I was FIRST lied to about me amount of miles put on my car in a year, which was almost a year in a half. The whole time I was treated with less then respect, as Sarah the office manager spoke over me the WHOLE time, even after me stating MULTIPLE times can I speak please. SURPRISINGLY, I went to BLAIN s FARM AND FLEET, they priced me at $509.00 before any type of warranty for my brake pads. Which ADVANCED auto parts told me were only processed through CAR CARE center. The owner was there and would not speak to me.Very unprofessional, Sarah told me they use to switch out the brake pads for new ones at first she would need to call the owner, then got back on the phone and said the owner wouldn t allow it.I want to WARN everyone of the poor customer service, experience, untrue statements and fully unprofessional mannerism at this place. I would never go back! To save your the frustration and disrespect and time wasted at this establishment.Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Oil change

After calling multiple shops around town, Car Care offered the most affordable price to replace my rear brakes and rotors. Service was done in a timely fashion and the gentleman working at the desk and the other man working on my car were great. They were incredibly busy this day and had no issues keeping me updated with the progress of my vehicle.The only reason it's not a 5 Star review it due to one of the techs talking rudely to a customer who had left her windows down when it started raining outside. She had asked for her keys back right when it started to rain and the guy at the front desk didn't give the lady her keys back since he was about to have her vehicle pulled in. Just poor communication in that instance.

Very Friendly staff. I don't know them personally but i do know the same mechanic works on my vehicle everytime and i love this.. They take care of my vehicle and listen to my concerns.Car care will take a look at your issue for free and give you an estimate on repairs.Oil changes are a must here they are super cheap and they check and replace fluids!!!Never had any complaints with this company or the people working it. I have been coming here since i was a child with my mom's vehicle and now my own.

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. There looking for the quick buck. Not building long lasting relationships with customers. There mechanics Kyle will talk to you as if your stupid and show you no respect. I guess he gets paid regardless if there are cars on the lift. I couldn't get put a sentence who was so busy trying to up sell me then help me fix my issue.my problem or what I wanted to pay for did not matterService: Wheel alignment

This business fraudulently charged me 1700.00 earlier this year for supposed engine work! A week later I had the same problem and engine lights go off. I filed a report with the Better Business about them. Sarah lied to the Better Business and said I never called them about their fraudulent work! The calls were in my phone, plus there are people close to me including the person who gave me the ride to Care car that know I was telling the truth.I ended up having a TRUST WORTHY BUSINESS go back and tighten my head bolts down because they did not. Told me that I needed a valve job. Car Care scammed me! I am having the same issues this morning that I paid them 1700.00 to fix! Snakes! I personally know of two other people they have scammed as well! ONE OF THEM IS MY DAUGHTER! BUYER BEWARE.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
