I brought my ram 2500 in for an alignment that just had a thuren leveling kit installed and 37 tires. I told the staff the truck needed to be aligned to thuren specs, they said no problem- we will have a tech come get you to provide those specs. After an hour of waiting, no tech came out. Thirty minutes later they told me my truck was done. I said no it s not, I need it aligned to these specs. After almost 2 1/2 hours of waiting my truck was finally done and aligned to the specs I needed. Needless to say, I m glad the trucks done and it drives good but disappointed I had to wait an additional hour and a half.

Ordered a set of 35 inch mud grapplers from these guys after work one day and they had them in the next morning. Brought them the rims with the old tires on them to be mounted and balanced planning to pick them up later that day and they were calling me as soon as I got home to tell me they were done.Price was nearly as low as anything I could find on the Internet.After my first visit Brett knew exactly who I was and what I was there for as soon as I walked in the door. Excellent customer service.

After having a bad experience at discount tire I went across the street and I was so happy with the service! They were quick and efficient! They brought my tire into the waiting area to show me where the nail came out of and it was free of charge! They have gained a customer I can t thank them enough!

They gave me a oil change with my favorite oil for less than the case I was going to have someone change It with.Rotating my tires they noticed a low tire and replaced the valve stem no charge.I will be going there more in the future. Impressive service and price

I went from annoyed with this shop on Monday evening to being overall pleased today. I tried to go in Monday evening to get one of my tires looked at since it had a slow leak. They told me that there was no way of getting it looked at until Thursday but I made the appointment anyway because the slow leak was manageable.I went in today to get the tire fixed and found out that they had been really busy because of Black Friday sales last weekend. Today they were much less busy and were able to get my slowly leaking tire looked at. They found a screw in it causing the leak and fixed it. After that they gave me my keys back with no charge. I had no idea going in that they offer that service for free. I know that they do that in the hope that I'll go there when I need new tires and truthfully that tactic will probably work.

I m seeing a lot of other 1 star ratings so i ll be as politely honest as possible, i scheduled an alignment and after waiting two hours they didn t do the alignment and charged me $35 to install headlight bulbs that i had already brought in with me. There was a lot of talking and wandering around by the staff but at least they weren t disrespectful

I am going to be honest they did the brakes on my jeep and in doing that the mechanic broke a caliper bolt and decided not to tell me and just threw another bolt in there mind you I live in Bourbonnais and work in Chicago next day I'm on i57 doing 70mph and I hit the brakes and I hear grinding and see smoke and I pull over look caliper is loose so I call they tell me get it there so I get the car there at 330pm I sit for 2 1/2hrs and they ordered the wrong bolt now I have leave my car go home and lose a day of work because negligence I paid $1,000 for brakes and oil change you couldn't tell me the bolt was broken I would have paid for it instead the mechanic just threw whatever on it and I get screwed they made $1,000 I lost a day of work and my vehicle for a day. I suggest I never take your vehicle there unless you want to keep bringing it back in all seriousness I could have gotten killed if I had to come to an abrupt stop.

I absolutely loved the service I received from this establishment.We were due for tires & a new tire pressure sensor. Labor Day weekend, it's Saturday morning, and I awake to a very low tire.Went there because they were 1 of 2 places open. Pulled up, walked in & got all 4 tires & sensors replaced without an appointment & was in/out within 2 hours.Service consultant Dan was excellent & kept us from being stranded till Tuesday !!

Nice guys. But. Got an alignment on a grand cherokee( very common vehicle). Alignment was worse than before, off center steering wheel, pulled hard right. Went back to have it redone and nothing is different. Just wrote it up as a loss and went elsewhere

I needed tires and an alignment immediately for my daughter's new car. Bell had the set in stock that was in my budget. I got there ahead of my appointment, and they were able to start it and finish it early. Very friendly employees, clean, comfortable waiting area. They kept me updated on what they were doing and how it was going, which they did with all the customers. It was my first time at a Bell tire, and it was a good experience.

The other day, I took my car to get a tire rotation, and I was told that was not possible because of the tire treas. This was not possible since I got new tires two years ago, and I also noticed that my tire was grained. Shame on you, Bell Tire, for horrible service and ripped me off.

The guys here are incredibly nice and helpful! They were able to get me in on very short notice soon before they closed for a holiday weekend, and they didn t just try to sell me a new tire, they fixed the issue on the tire I already had on. Couldn t recommend them more!

I would 100% not recommend this tire shop if you want the same quality that this shop provides your better off doing it your self they took over 2 hours to mount tires. The employees were wondering around and talking with other employees instead of there job. This resulted in them kicking my girlfriend out of the store before the job was done they wouldn't do her alignment and her car now has a slight shake above 60. So I'm assuming they forgot to balance 1 or 2 tires maybe they didn't balance any of them.. idk this shops a joke use at your own risk.

Highly recommend this place. I first went there about 3 months ago because I needed new tires. I had gone to multiple places and no one had my tire size in stock, and to order them I would have to wait a week and was quoted just under $1000 for four. Then I walked into Belle Tire, as they were new in town. Right away we were greeted by such friendly and professional staff and they had the tires in stock and for much cheaper at 450 including 3 year guarantee. Then about 2 months later one tire had a slow leak so I brought it in, was a bad valve stem. They were very friendly again, and fixed it at no cost and sent me on my way. Then last night my car would not start, was certain it was the starter, spoke to Christian this morning who was so helpful and put my mind at ease I towed it there, and after about three hours they discovered my starter was good, battery good, and it was just a dead battery in my key fab! I never would have guessed that. And instead if just putting in a new starter which would have cost me hundreds of dollars they figured that out and saved me soooo much money! I won't go anywhere else!

Extremely satisfied! After some intense research, I chose this location for new tires on my vehicle. I worked with Gregory and Jacob to get the best deal around. They both went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. They were able to not only match, but beat all of the competitors. Four new Michelin tires installed on my vehicle in just over an hour. Excellent! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for tires. I will also begin taking my vehicles to this store for service. Before you go, sign up online and take advantage of the $40 coupon for any service that you will get instantly.

I just finished having my Acura serviced at Belle Tire in Bradley, IL. Without question one of the best experiences I have had. I had 20 years experience in the auto industry and Jacob and Greg truly raised the bar. Keep up the great work!

Very pleased with my experience All the staff are kind and polite, especially Christian. I got a new set of tires, alignment and oil change. Everything was done well and quickly. I will return for more services in the future.

Made a appmnt for a tire rotation Saturday last week set for 2pm. Arrived at 1 50 pm, waited, waited, at 2 30 someone finally got my truck. There was alot of bsing and walking around. They had 3 empty stalls when I was there. I asked for a brake inspection, I figured out the tech didn't do it. It was listed as a line item on the repair oderd at that point I asked for my keys and truck back. Finally left at 3 10 pm. So a hour and 10 mins for just a tire rotate? Emailed belle tire, no response as of yet. Will not return to this location .

Don't bother with trying to get an alignment here tried to get one as a walk in and after waiting in store for half n hour was told no techs that can do it now. Made an appointment and showed to be told no techs here that can do it it's gonna be awhile. Nevermind il go somewhere else

called to see what services they offer. spoke to the assistant manager Jacob. they do a lot for very cheap!!!! theyre like discount tire, walmart and farm and fleet all in one! he told me they price match as well!! no more spending $1000 at discount tire for a full set. very excited to see how their business helps our town! welcome to bourbonnais!!
