As of 04-22-22, not sure I'm confident in their honesty. 03-01-22 through 03-17-22 I was a injection rebuild customer at one of their remote sites. Everything handled fine until 2 weeks after I paid the invoice with CASH and received a RECEIPT, received another invoice for the same amount marked UNPAID. Business manager for where I had work done stated he hadn't had time to get my payment to the bank because he was swamped with work for 2 WEEKS. Also stated computer system was down for a couple days. Again, I stated it had been 2 WEEKS. No apology without asking for one. Looking at the good reviews I can tell some are paid reviewers, the bad reviews seem to reinforce my experience with them. Probably will take the rest of my fleet and farm equipment elsewhere. Customer beware.

Been coming here 6 years! And it s gone downhill! Service used to be great. I don t know if it s the pandemic or switches in management Something is definitely different. And don t even get me started on them honoring warranties :( You re better off finding your diesel needs somewhere else until Midwest fixes there s***!

So, I honestly feel like there are a lot better things to do with your time than write an internet review... BUT I was so freakin' blown away by how fast and amazing MFI was I had to write one. I brought my injectors in on Tuesday, they had them tested, ordered new parts, rebuilt, tested again, and ready for pickup by FRIDAY! Really amazing service! Thank you!

Cant say enough great things about Joe and Midwest Fuel Injection. They have earned our business for life. We were in a jam with a truck we purchased. The amount of knowledge he had about how to get the truck fixed and the service work they performed was amazing. You pay for what you get and they definitely are worth every penny. Thank you Joe.

Extraordinary service. Joe K. at the Bolingbrook shop had my ten year old glow stuck plugs in my 20 year old VW diesel out in a jiffy.Top flight Bosch replacements in and working a treat. Advised me of PM schedule to prevent a repeat.Friendly and knowledgeable expertise! Dealership and local shops said no go.

Super bad experience I ordered the turbo for my truck and they gave me the wrong one instead of being down for 2 days I was down for 6 while I had to order it from the dealer. Not even a discount or gift card for my inconvenience and it's not even about getting something in return I gave them my Vin number told them it was an early 99 ford and they still managed to mess it up.

Fabulously talented peopl . Everytime I'm in a jam with one of my pumps, I can relax and be completely calm knowing that Midwest fuel injection has me covered. From the technical side, we've never been let down. When I call and I hear Brenda on the phone, I know everything is going to be alright. These are truly amazing people. Thank you MFI for all of your help and tips to keep us moving ahead.

Waste of Time and Money!!!Scheduled an appointment to fix my truck (intermittent shake/vibration), after a day in their shop I received a call that they can NOT find the problem, but suggested me to change my steer tires which are brand new tires (Michelin XLEZ) not even 1k on them :)When I got there to pick up my truck I asked them if they did a test drive and they said YES they drove it on the streets up to 45mph and did NOT feel any vibration - that is a lie!!! Based on Odometer they drove 0 (zero) Miles. And yeah when I hit the road at 45mph I still could feel the vibration!

I did 'Dyno test' on truck, which I wanted to buy. For my opinion, 310$ is waste of money. The only thing you will see in result is how big engine power actualy is. Thats the main thing, ofc, but thats all. You will get some some additional values, like boost pressure, crankshaft pressure, and simmilar, but those values they pull out of engine computer, they are not calculated with their instrument, like horse power is. Also, when I were there, there wasn't trained person to explane you all exactly what they meassures on truck and all about values on paper. All she did was reading values from paper, what I could also do, and telling me her opinion, which was not to buy truck bcs of low pressure turbo. Turbo was changed and truck was perfect. But the thing is, you can pay 80$ for diagnostic in any better shop and on that computer you will be able to see all those values they give you here in Diesel center and much more for less money ofcourse.

3 dam weeks I'm waiting for my injector to be tested, now they send me the wrong one, rude coster service ,stay a way I lost over 20 k at works so far
