Been here twice and both times I have had great experiences. 1st for breaks decent price they took care of me. 2nd time oil change made an appointment I was in and out in under 1hr. Definitely will be going back for my car care needs.

My experience with Meineke in Bolingbrook was outstanding! I ended up in a very stressful situation-the engine in my car died when I was out of state. Hussein was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was fantastic from the moment I called to let him know my car was being towed there. He provided me with a range of estimates, and discussed my options. When I had decided the cost of engine replacement was not worth keeping the car, he was very gracious and understanding as I had to arrange getting the car towed away. If we lived in the area, I would be a return customer, for sure. Thank you!

Our BMW had burst suspension airbags that needed replacement. We took it to the BMW dealership first and they quoted us a huge amount. Meineke was able to do it for us for a much much better price and they even pointed out a couple other things that could get renewed and did those for us too at a great price. The service was great and my car feels as good as new again. Very happy with the service over all.

Jose did a great job recognizing the tires I had were in bad shape and was able to go above and beyond to find new tires for my vehicle. They were very quick to get me in the next day and get me back on the road safely. Definitely a great shop and great new look!

Very excellent customer skills and work ethics. All repairs were spoken of and found to be needing more. The upsell was on point. Went in for pads and rotors, came out with 4 struts, Ball joint, wheel bearing, tirods, and swaybar bushings all around. ROCK on

Hussein is an excellent Mgr. He always gave proper advice and diagnosis. He is very reasonable in conversation as well as in price. He also very prompt in service and time. I will do all my service to repair my car as long as he is there. Thanks Husseinbhai.

The Meineke Muffler Shop in Bolingbrook was by far the easiest and best to work with. I had gotten three estimates from different muffler repair shops on what I needed done. They not only had the best price and were the most accommodating they were able to fix my repair that day.They didn t sell me more than I needed and gave me an additional estimate on the other work I need done. From the Service writers to the mechanics, I give them an A+.

I m usually happy with my experience but this time was a mess. Was told to bring in the car and they would get to it right away. They ordered the wrong parts, did not communicate that for a while. When I asked, I was informed that it would be a couple hrs to get the correct parts. I left and called back 3 hours later and was told they needed another part that was wrong and it would be done by 6:30pm. Blew my entire day!

Very friendly, knowledgeable. I showed up with no appointment, and they were able to squeeze me in to diagnose the problem. Ordered the parts and came back a few days later for installation. In an out in about an hour. Great job! I will definitely be back!

The Manager Mr Hussain was courteous, explained in detail my options. When I arrived at the appointed tile for the brake job the service was prompt and timely. The service personnel were efficient and even checked some other items not included like for example-the service reminder in my vehicle which was not functioning. Amazing, amazing service! I arrived with my daughter with a flat tire. They fixed the car for less then 20 minutes so she will not be late for school. They treaded me with so much respect and sympathy. Incredible service!Service: TiresService: Tires

Very friendly! Visiting from out of town and 3 days before I am to leave, engine light came on. They performed the service I needed at a very fair price. Pointed out a few things I should know for future that weren t safety concerns. My tires needed to be replaced which I knew but didn t know they were that bad. They showed me several options but didn t pressure me at all. Felt like they really cared about my safety. They did all the work in a day so I could start my 700 mile return trip home. I really appreciate their concern, kindness and fairness. Will recommend to my family and friends who are local!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Oil change was very expensive. The new owners no longer carry the dexos hybrid oil. There was oil on the car door and in the drivers seat after we received the car. My husband's jeans were stained from the oil that was left in the drivers seat. Luckily we have leather seats and can wipe everything off, but if we had fabric the seats would have been stained.Service: Oil change

I went tone Meineke - Bolingbrook for Tyres and Brakes replacement. I am satisfied with the repair work. Hussain is very knowledgeable person. I liked his way of explaining the things for the Brakes repair.
