First time using Maicol Mobile Mechanic and I must say I am very pleased with the service I received and very quick with the response I was on Google looking for auto shops in my area and came across this company and I love supporting small businesses. I was able to an engine tuneup, new front and back brakes, and a few other things fixed up at a reasonable price and completed within a couple of hours. Rick and Jerry were awesome and explained everything they did and that needed to be done. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my vehicle needs as they have gained a new loyal customer

Today out of all days my radiator would overheat on me in this snow. I called 4 different mechanics and Maicol Mobile mechanic was the only business that was able to come to my location in this weather and help me. He was very respectful, quick with his response and he explained everything to me perfectly. The job was completed and I made it home safe. Thank you to him for making this crazy day better. I Highly recommend him.

This was the first time using a mobile mechanic for my personal vehicles and I have to say that at first I was skeptical because I never pay upfront for anything but I figured I give it a try. I am very satisfied and happy I did. The owner Mike gave me the price and sent his employees out. The guys came out Rick and Jerry introduced themselves and went right to work. They did a great job replacing the pads on my car, but not only replacing pads but changing a rear caliper. The rear caliper was not easy and both Rick and Jerry worked hard to resolve the issue and made sure the job was done right no short cuts and were very transparent in performing their work. I was very well satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again.

Mike was the best mechanic I have ever had work for me. He didn t see me like a female who doesn t know how to change my own oil or tires. He was very respectful and professional. Pricing very reasonable. They have my business for good. Definitely!!

Do not use this mechanic shop. The owner is an outright thief and charged me a lot of money for a service that I never received! Instead of doing right by his business he rather hang up on a paying customer and take advantage of people. I would never recommend these people to anyone.

I called them on a Sunday and needed mobile service they showed up within a couple hours and got me running and all fixed. Rick was amazing and so nice. I would highly recommend them.

I decided too give Maicon Mobile Mechanics a try today for a new starter. Fransisco did a amazing job working on my Jeep. It s fairly reasonable for the repair and it was a hell of a lot easier getting it fixed at home then taking it too a shop.

My friend and I traveled 5 hours to St Charles Illinois to go to the Christmas parade to see Donnie Wahlberg and visit Wahlburgers, as we are both huge fans ! As I was pulling into a gas station my vehicle started smoking and died ! I thought I was out of gas but the Idler pulley, broke and cut the serpentine belt. We had to get a motel and we started to freak out because we was five hours from home . Sunday morning I searched for a mobile mechanic and called Maicol mobile mechanic. The gentleman told me to text him the address and the year and make of my vehicle. He then text back a price and asked me to pay via Apple Pay , Venmo , or cash app . To be honest, I was a little leery about that paying upfront but for whatever reason they have the reasons for that, and it s not a scam, and they were legit Rick, the technician arrived. He took off the parts and then left to go get the parts needed. He actually was given the wrong size serpentine belt but he left to go get the new one and came back and got me on the road. It was snowing and extremely cold and I can t even put into words how screwed we were I highly suggest this company Rick was amazing. Thank you so much Rick for saving me. !!!!

I really needed to fix my car within the next two hours and it was done earlier than expected. Mike and Rick were very nice and informative. I was struggling for many days to remove an oil filter housing for my toyota Camry 2013. when I call this this company , they have Mike came over for the Job. I can't complaint this Guy is genius, he did an excellent job for a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company. Good Job guys. keep it up like that.

I called them this morning in need of saving. Been working on replacing spark plugs and one was stuck, even after trying an extraction kit. Mike came over within a few hours and had it fixed in under an hour. Seriously great service, professional workers that understand most people are made of dollar bills. 10/10 recommend and will probably be needing their services again in the future when i screw up another maintenance

I read many great reviews online so I decided to give these guys a try and I was not disappointed! They were able to come out to my home same day, ran a diagnostic and finished the work by 3pm. The cost was cheaper than what I was quoted at other places and the mechanic Mike was kind and professional. I ll be using this service again in the future.

Never used a mobile mechanic service before. I was a bit skeptical at first. But Ricky was great and showed up on time. And got to work quickly on my toyota sequoia. Which had seized up bolts on the tie rod ends. He changed them out quickly. From start to finish, he was very professional, efficient, and friendly. He kept me informed on the progress. I would definitely recommend these guys. They do great work and reasonably priced. 5 stars and 10 out of 10

So this guy was outside of AutoZone not poaching in any way shape or form but I've been waiting in line without his knowledge to get help on my pickup truck I already got the tools and the tool rentals but it seems I'm going to be out of here faster than he's helping these ladies with the AC and he's got his own tools extremely professional and I think a couple of times in Spanish the lady offered him a couple bucks and he said no just leave a review if you could please. You didn't ask me to do nothing and he sure as hell didn't help me yet but very honorable gentleman

Loved their service! On a Sunday when most shops were closed maicol mobile was available to service me and get my brakes done without me even leaving the comfort of my house! I was greeted by Mike the mechanic who gave me A1 service! And was very professional and didn t take long to get them done either thank you! Definitely recommend!Service: Tires

We had wheel bearings and an axle boot on passages side done on our 2015 Dodge Ram. Absolutely the best service. He came (to our house) and diagnosed problem, gave us a VERY reasonable quote. Came the next day. Did all work in our driveway, car drives better than it did when we got it. Would recommend.. hands down! I was skeptical at first about hiring a mobile mechanic but after reading their reviews I decided to give Maicol Mobile Mechanic a chance to replace my dead battery and was extremely satisfied with their work. I also had a tune up and had my valve cover replaced. Mike was my mechanic and is very professional, knowledgeable, was on time and communicated throughout the process. They are very fair on pricing. My check engine light came on the next day after Mike had done all the repairs and after I text messaged him he came back to fix it. I am planning on using their services for future repairs to my car and would recommend them 100%. These guys are experts in their craft.
