I had 4 new tires with a warranty,this company does not honor warranties and made up some bogus rule. Had to pay $80 for a new tire,when my 'new tire' was only 3 months old with less than 500 miles on it. I will be taking this to the BBB. I hate companies who try to take advantage of people. They said that I must have ran over a pothole..No,..I was just sold bad tires and a dishonest 'warranty'.

This particular Firestone location has really gone downhill. I have a lifetime alignment with them, but I won't go here for any services anymore.Mr. Solis didn't/wouldn't order the tires I wanted.I had a front-end brake job, and the next morning, my wheel was screaming. Took the car back, only to find out a part was improperly installed and it had damaged the rotor and brake. They comp'd a replacement brake job.Tanya, however, had been wonderful.I just took my car there because it was making noise. $1k+ later, and it is still making the exact same noise.I took it to Christen Brothers today. They immediately found the problem. It's a $600ish job, vs the $1k+ job Firestone did.In my opinion, this Firestone is irresponsible and under qualified. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, unless you want to pay for unnecessary work.

Been coming here for a long time as of today they lost a customerNever again+ The very first time I got my brakes changed here they broke my wheel lock key. on my last visit to get a new tire I explained to the manager that when the brakes were done they were suppose to get me a new wheel lock cuz u guys broke my other one. The manager agreed. Now I have a flat & they won t fix my tire. won t give me my lock key to go somewhere elseThief s stay away

I got a flat tire on my way to see family for the holidays on Wednesday night and needed to leave town Friday morning as I live out of state. Im so thankful for Tanya and the team getting me in on black Friday morning and changing my tire so quickly--I was not expecting such a fast turnaround. Great customer service. Thanks!!

This is my go-to shop whenever I have a repair or maintenance need for more than 15 years. They are honest and have knowledgeable and skillful employees. The staff members are courteous and professional. The shop is always full of customers. They are experiencing a shortage of technicians due to retirement and Covid, but they still do their best to serve customers.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The services that they perform are done to the highest standards. In all of the years that I have been going to this facility, close to 20 years, I have never had a complaint or problem.

Went for oil change but came out with all my lights on - engine lite , 4WD , TRACOFF etc. but complained no action taken, I don t know what they did after couple of mile again all lights back to on. When I checked the air hose from engine was unplugged. I don t understand why they have touch this when I went for simple oil change. After complaining twice no one looked into that unplugged part. Very bad experience this time.

I have had my many cars over the past 20 years or so, serviced at Bolingbrook Firestone. They have bailed me out of car problems, many times. I still have my work done there, if it is repair work that they do. Sal, Tanya, and everyone else there have always treated me well, do good service work, and stand behind their service, if help is ever needed. Based on my experiences with them, over many, many, years, I recommend them as a place to bring your car for servicing.

I was in the area and called 40 minutes before they closed to get my tire serviced. Even with a busy schedule, they still managed to squeeze me in. Great customer service!

Being coming to this place for 7 years.Made appointment for 9:00am got there 8:57am they told me two hours for oil change & tire rotation. The mechanic doing the work walk around and talk more time than he spent on my car. Before making the appointment I ask for estimate on tuneup, they say they don t do estimate with out seeing the car first . Call other shops, no problem giving me estimate. Anyway got out of there by 11:10 am I asked manager why I was not given an estimate he shrugged it off. I regret getting a lifetime alignment package in place, now I am stuck.

I called to make an appointment at this location yesterday while I was at work, and was placed on hold for 8-10 minutes. I had to call back 2 more times because I couldn t continue to be on the phone for such a long period of time. After the third try, and continuing to be on hold, I decided to make my appointment online. It let me make an appointment for 5:30pm. I arrive at 5:20 and am told that they close at 5pm on Sundays. Google lists the closing time as 6pm and I had a 5:30 appointment booked! Then the man working told me that I was supposed to call to confirm the appointment, even though the email I received states that I would be receiving a phone call if the appointment time was no longer going to work! So the man gets me an appointment for the morning. I stressed to him that I need to get out of there by 9:30. He said the oil change would only take 1 hour so I booked an 8:30 appointment. I arrive at 8:25 and sat down to wait. I see nobody working with any urgency or consideration for any guests time. I waited until 10am and finally went to the counter to ask about my car, and I m told it s done. So I guess nobody wanted to bother to let me know?! I dont know how long it had been sitting there. Regardless, I continue to check out and watch the man behind the counter print a bunch of documents, only to tell me that the documents are not for me and that my receipt is in an email. So I was just standing there watching him print for no reason. I will never be back to this location. Unbelievable.Service: Oil change

I don t really make appointments. I called and asked about an oil change, they told me how long it would be and I agreed. I believe I had some questions and Ahmed was knowledgeable with his answers. I forgot to fill the survey out in time, but I had said I would. Hopefully this review and my continued patronage will make up for it. Calling without an appointment and being given an accurate time is fairly important to my daily schedule if it is for yours as well, then definitely look no further.

Traveling through Chicago on our route to vacation in Michigan, we found ourselves behind a semi-truck on the freeway that accidentally spilled bags of Halloween webbing, causing yards of it to wrap around our tires, eventually solidifying into hard plastic. Despite our attempts to address the issue ourselves, we couldn't resolve it. After stopping at a few other tire places, none were willing to assist us, despite having three kids in the car. Finally, we came across Firestone, where they promptly and kindly resolved the problem within 15 minutes. Sal and Hristo at Firestone were incredibly friendly, empathetic to our situation, and their assistance was invaluable. We highly recommend their service to anyone in need. Many thanks to them!

Made a walk-in appt through CarAdvise and spoke with Tanya on the phone who told me to come in after 10am and they could fit me in. Came in around 10:40 and there was no long wait time. I seen my car being worked on shortly after. This was my first time using CarAdvise. Tanya was very helpful and welcoming throughout the process . The whole staff was friendly. I will definitely return for work on my vehicle in the future.Service: Oil change

Back in September got two brand new tire on and a wheel alignment w/ brake job. It s February and I am back here because my new tires have went bald from the inside out. I drove less then 10,000 miles on them. And there s nothing they can do but give me a 10% discount when to my knowledge I had warranty on the tires. A add on of $360 on top of the fact I spent $1700 in September with them for those exact tires and a life time of alignment. I am so disappointed and will never return or recommend. Corporate companies like this do not care for there customers. It s so sad

Made an appointment to get an oil change and the a/c looked at. The appointment was for 2pm. I arrived at 1:55. No one mentioned anything when I gave them the keys that they were running behind or anything. After 30 minutes of being patient I inquired about how long it may be, and was told the service takes about an hour, and that they were just finishing up another car and would pull mine in (it was still outside at 2:30). I asked for my keys back since I didn't have time to keep waiting, I was pretty doubtful that time estimate would be incorrect since my appointment time was shot anyway. She asked if she could reschedule for me(seems like the only person there that cares) but I declined. This was my second bad experience here, I kind of feel like an idiot for returning. I think they're the ones that messed up my a/c too. Would not recommend.

The guy was doing everything, he was alone till 10! He was amazing, all tho I didn't get out when I needed to, they did their best to get me taking care of. They are a busy location for sure! Very happy with their service!

Please NEVER come here for flat tires. Just go to the local tire shop, for a quick 10 minute fix. Cost the same and you will save an hour and a half. Also adjusted my car seat for no reason!!!!! Why move my setting!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had gotten new tires and needed the alignment my alignment was done here. I had previously purchased the alignment special, which is lifetime alignment on the vehicle as long as you own it. It is worth the money. Great service, professional staff!

Wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here at all. Scheduling is a huge problem, mechanics cut corners and don't properly do the job.I've dropped my car off twice now, both for an 8:30am appointment. Both of which I was told should only take an hour to finish at most. I said perfect, I wont need it back until noon as I have appointments for work I need to get to and left it with them. Both times, 11:30 came around and no call that my car was finished, so I called them. First time got the run around that they were busy and they didn't finish my car until 1:00pm, so I was late for my work appointment. Second time I called at 11:30 and explained I needed to have my car by noon to get to an appointment for work. Was told it will be done at noon on the phone. I get there at 12:15 and they haven't even pulled the car in to work on it yet! Was late for another work meeting as they didn't finish till 1pm again. Then the mechanic tried arguing with me that taking old wheel weights off isn't standard practice during a tire install and balance. Really? So if I came in again, you'd just leave 2 rebalancing's worth of wheel weights and like 25 weights on my wheels? Quit cutting corners and do the job right. They don't even clean the old adhesive off and just stuck the weights on top of the old adhesive so the new weights will probably fall off. Complete hack jobs, take your car somewhere else.

received a tire balance and rotation 1 week ago, today I was driving on the highway with my 8yr old and my rear driver tire flew off while driving 55 mph. Come to find out that my front driver wheel nuts were also very loose, took it back to the Bolingbrook, IL store and they had me leave it and says someone will contact me in the morning. I so today I go to pickup my truck after Sal told me it was done, all they did was replace 3 studs. No balance, no rotor change, no sorry. Just pushed me out, my rim is damaged. After driving home from Firestone my truck shakes around 45-55mph, and driving 30-40 it feels like I m riding on rocks. My truck was a smooth rider before this, now it feels terrible. I wish I could pick no stars for this, I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow morning!!!Service: Brakes

Consider other options before booking appointment. Being at a very busy area, they tend to have much work and are very busy. If there is a question with your vehicle, they will push your car back to the bottom of their lists on what to do that day regardless on how quick you may respond back. They've held my car for 4 days but say it''ll be the first thing that they look at the next. Very kind people, just too busy for me. I don't have multiple cars to be driving while the other is at the shop.

I took my work truck in to get a tail light replaced & had them do routine maintenance. Quick service I was able to get it in the same day & picked up the next. I was so surprised because they were very busy.
