The shop is great. Always stocked. They have a wide variety of products and the customer service is top notch. Owning my own company I understand that it's not easy to manage. Joe is doing an A+ job with his crew. Something that sticks out to me (because I expect it from my team) is that every time I walk into Cycle Gear someone immediately says hi. They say it like they mean it. It's little things like that that make all the difference to me as a customer.

Me and my wife have shopped here in the past and it was always welcoming!This past week they had bike night!AMAZINGGGG! Everyone was chill and respectful. So many gorgeous bikes out to see! Loved it, will most definitely be back if they have another!

Patrick was knowledgeable and helpful. Found great products and friendly service. Love that you can try before you buy and with their webstore can order things for pickup. U can try it on and ship back at the store making it helpful as well. Come at bike night and enjoy the sights and sounds.

Great experience! Best one at cycle gear yet! Great store. The shopping center it is in is great I didnt want to leave. I came in a few minutes before closing just to pick up something i left at the track and they were super friendly and helpful. I wish i got their names because just based off this experience alone id gladly drive an hr to go to this location! Store had much more stock than the others ive been to and it was super clean and well organized!

As a new rider I had a ton of questions and the guys that helped me were really patient and thorough with answering my questions. Was a little intimidating coming in not knowing much but they really helped me and I felt like I walked out with not only a new helmet but a lot more comfort for starting on my bike. Will definitely return!

We walked in knowing nothing about what we needed for my daughter and hear for her new dirt bike. We left with all the gear that fits and a good understanding of what we will need into the future. Everyone there was very helpful and guided us to making the right choices.

Great people to deal with, only problem was when I reserved it online in Tinley Park it said it was in stock but when I went to pick it up they only had it in Bolingbrook so I had to pick it up there.
