This place destroyed my car. They either vandalized my car themselves for the insurance money or allowed it to be broken into. First image was the ONLY damage from my accident. The rest are proof of the state of my vehicle after they took possession of it.

Best place to go to! The staff is super friendly, quick & prompt . They accommodated all of my needs & I really appreciate that. They were finished with my vehicle earlier than expected & they did an amazing wash & wax job on the car. The car looked brand new all over again . You could barely tell it was any damage done to it ! I would highly recommend coming here for sure !

We've taken out cars here a couple of times, and this time, it was poorly handled. I brought my car in for a bumper accident and came to pick up my car about a month later after it was repaired. I was shown what was fixed from the back and went on my way. I did not think to have to check the front of my car since the damage was not there and come to find out the next day after I drove it home I have chipped paint on the hood of my car. I called immediately to see if we could compare the front hood of my car with pictures they took when I initially dropped it off. Phil asked me to come in after 1 bc that's when they take their lunch break. So I came in at 3, waited almost half an hour to have him come out and compare the pictures they took. I had some tiny rubble damage on the front hood of my car, and they returned my car with chipped paint, almost the size of a nickle. Now Phil argued that the damage was already there, and that could have happened over time, which I completely agree OVER TIME under my care. I didn't even have my car for 24 hours after I picked it up. I asked him how my car was handled there because I did not drop off my car like that. Phil just kept saying that could have happened at any time bc there was already a tiny dot there. I asked him, "If you turned in your car and knew how it looked like, would you be happy that it came back with big noticeable chipped paint, not a tiny dot but nickle size chipped paint?" He just kept shaking his head and not understanding how frustrating it was to see the picture they took and what it looked like in that very moment. I wasn't getting anywhere with Phil, so I asked to have him to have a manager call me, and to this day, they have yet to reach back out. Take your cars somewhere else where they actually communicate to a complaint and are understanding with the actual pictures they take and take responsibility for what they did.

Crash Champions did a fantastic job on my vehicle (2019 HONDA CRV). I took it in with a lot of dings and divots from hail and when I went to pick it up the car looked like it came off the showroom floor! Very pleased, very happy and would highly recommend Crash Champions for all your work.

From the moment I left car for estimate to the morning I picked up the car which was repaired I could not ask for better service. All employees were helpful cordial and pleasant to deal with. I was kept informed of repair progress and work was completed so the car looked like it just left the showroom.

Very satisfied with their services! Despite the delay it was definitely worth the wait with covid aftermath and the shortage in car parts as customers we have to understand sometimes things are out of our/their control. Phil was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process even if he was busy or not at hisDesk i would get a call back or a text message as soon as he became available.

Excellent work, my car looked as though it was never hit. The team communicated with me throughout the process. The person that did the vehicle evaluation went and above and was just awesome. I do not trust anyone with my corvette Z06 with the exception of this team. I highly recommend this team.

Great company, I had some issues that were frustrating, while I was waiting to get my vehicle back, bit they were resolved. I didn't appreciated a bag of discarded food being left on my back seat and the layer of dirty grime on my steering wheel, bit the repairs were done absolutely perfectly.

STAY FAR AWAY FRKM THIS PLACE!!!I wouldn t trust my car here anymore. I hate store a negative review, but this place isn t worth the time using. Very sloppy work. They claim they have a quality person checking parts, and they don t. They wanted to release my car with trash sticking out of it. Claiming it has a lifetime warranty. That s not good if everything needs to be redone weeks after they give you back your car.

Great customer service and quick turn around on repair. Worked well with my insurance and no issues with getting a rental. It was brought right to the shop and picked up from there too.

After my car got towed to Crash Champions, My car got returned on the due day as promised and my worries of the front bumper crash, broken radiator and hood dent disappeared when I saw the great work that was done by Crash Champions. I've been driving my vehicle for 2 weeks now with confidence and have had no problems and have confidence that all the hard professional work that was done will keep me happy, Thanks for doing a fantastic job Crash Champions.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding

Front desk was quite informed of the accident. But poor communication in updating status of repair. Also, when confronted on new color patches that were most likely due to some mishandling at the workshop, I was not given proper response and made excuse that manager is on lunch blah blah. Not well informed of the car model too. Overall terrible service.

Excellent experience. We went to crash champions after a relatively small accident with our Honda Civic. I can't say a bad word about the service we received. People there were friendly and knowledgeable, and they finished before the estimated time.There was also excellent coordination with our car rental company for the t�me our car was in the shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is very expensive there is no communication between the staff when I went to pick up my vehicle the receptionist told me that she did not have the keys where they keep the vehicles then another person arrived saying yes the keys are in the back the vehicle is disassembled no one knew where the bumper was. headlights and the entire front part that they had removed. They also wanted me to pay to look for the parts of my vehicle and reinstall them again as I gave them to them, the vehicle was delivered to me 5 days later incomplete because some of the parts had already been removed thrown away

I've taken 2 cars to Carstar, my own car when a tree fell on it 3 years ago and my wife's car when she was sideswiped by another driver. Both times the body shop did an amazing job with their work making the cars look as good as new. Staff was extremely professional, answered all questions in a timely manner and sent updates throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a good body shop.

I talked to these people on the phone(customer service) and told me they took my insurance. Car in bad shape I drove it all the way there for them to tell me they don t take my insurance. Now Im stuck and have to call a tow truck. This all could have been avoided if the store answered their calls. So they gave me false information to just turn me away!

I selected Crash Champions based on their ratings online and they were a recommended repair facility from my Insurance provider. The process was simple from dropping off the vehicle to getting timely updates and the work was completed within the time frame given. I was pleased with the work done, how quickly I got my car back and their willingness to work with me on my pricing options since the job was small and I wanted to avoid going through insurance. I d really rate 4.5 stars only because the first time I was told to bring my car, the part wasn t there (not their fault) but I wasn t notified. I d arranged for a colleague to pick me up after I dropped my car off and it ended up being an inconvenience to us both because I didn t leave my car that day. Entire process after that was great!Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding service and quality of work. Excellent communication. Set reasonable expectations and provided frequent status updates via text or phone calls during the 2 week period they worked on my vehicle. Early in the process, they called to let me know they were dissatisfied with the quality of a part received from a distributor and ordered a replacement. Even with this setback, which I appreciated, they still delivered my car on the expected due date. Every employee, from the front desk staff to the mechanics, was professional, kind and patient. My car was also super clean when I picked It up, a very pleasant surprise. At first glance, I thought they detailed it! Overall great experience. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had significant repairs to the body of my vehicle following a road accident. I found the shop to be very efficient and well organized, with timely communication and a very smooth integration with temporary car rental agency and insurance companies. The quality of the repair work seems to me to be exemplary - I am particularly impressed with the fine color matching of the paint on the body panels replaced. I am not one to write a review but, after the job & service done Crash Champions Collision repair I feel it'd be appropriate to show my appreciation. I had a dent on the passenger's side of my car with some paint chipped off. Crash Champions brought back my car as if it were brand new straight from the factory. A flawless job. I would also like to give a special thanks to Daniel Brehmer. One of the most competent & kind hearted employees I've ever come across. He was very accommodating & made my experience very easy & pleasant. My upmost gratitude to Daniel, as well as the staff. If ever in need of a repair Crash Champions is the place to go.
