I called to ask a simple question, but was continually put on hold. I called back after 10 minutes and was put directly back on hold, I called again and tried interrupting the guy before he could put me on hold and he didn't listen. I talked to administration and they couldn't care less that their tire department wouldn't answer the phone. I've bought tires here before, but this is the support I get when I need help? No thanks, there are other places to get tires

I almost never write reviews but I really want to show my thanks to the staff here who basically saved my life today. My boyfriend and I were driving to the promenade when suddenly my tire blew out on the onramp to I-355. I've never had that happen before and we had to pull over in a very dangerous spot, and it turned out that the old tire was rusted and stuck on. My insurance wanted a crazy fee to send someone out "just to look at it" so I took the risk of driving the 2 miles from there to Costco. They were closing at 6 and it was about 5:50, and I didn't even have a membership card on me. I explained what had happened to the staff at the car center and they had me pull my car into the garage, were able to pop the old tire off and install my spare for me free of charge. I truly cannot thank them enough, they solved what could have been a very stressful and expensive problem like it was nothing at all. Thank you so much! I hope whoever is in charge at this Costco sees this and rewards the staff who were working because they seriously saved the day for me and, and you have some awesome people working here.

Able to buy online. Easy to make appointment for installation. Well organized. Work completed in a reasonable time.

This Costco location's car center staff are the best! They are super friendly and kind. We got all our tires here, and they work perfectly. Our car battery died in the parking lot once and we got help from Giovanni. Great service and super helpful.

I bought new tires 2 years ago. Great price. Great work. They repaired a nail in my tire this month. And I asked them to rotate tires since car was in there and they were due. They were great. They finished in good time. And everything was done well. I will always go to Costco for my new tires.

If I could give zero stars I would. These guys messed up my alignment so bad when replacing my tires that my back tires wore out more than twice as fast as my front. Avoid these guys at all costs if you value your money and safety.

Woop did I just luck out at Costco! I brought my car in to fix a flat. Chris noticed my treads are pretty worn & I could use new ones (got the old ones about 4 yrs ago). Since I was still under the old warranty I got $$ off ea tire! What a great deal and so glad I brought the car in when I did. Now I'm all set with some great snow tires for the winter thanks to Chris!

Look out for deals. About $450 for mine and I have a SUV. I bought mine and the warranty. Had a blowout that couldn't be patched, but got a new tire for $60 down from $170. They fill your tires with nitrogen and will give you free tire pressure checks when you drive up.
