We called them to service our reefer. I attached pictures of their so called PM/Oil change. They spray painted the oil filter black so you couldn't tell it wasn't changed and didn't change anything. Charged $1800 for doing absolutely NOTHING. You can even see their spray painting skills are sloppy.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Diesel was AWESOME!! Got here on time Assessed the issue and repaired it just like I was told for the exact amount he said it would be as well, he didn't try to add more costs like most places do.. This place may be good for general repairs and maintenance but don't ever use them to get a truck window replaced!!!! Passenger window shattered while on the highway they were the only ones opened at 8pm when this happened called for service and they told me $800!!!!!!!!!! The driver only had $480 cash so they still agreed to come out! I should have figured this was a red flag! Once the two guys showed up with the window it took them almost 2 hrs. to get it done and they had no idea what they were doing on top of that they broke a piece from the window lift motor!! They said they will go back to the shop to pickup the piece they damaged and come back! Well guess what they never came back the same day nor the following day!! When the driver tried to call it was no answer and when I tried to call it was attitude! They just tried to make easy money but were unsuccessful the driver just got stuck with paying for the "deposit" which was for the window that was a complete ripoff!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Lou Diesel was extremely prompt on a cold Sunday night and got my driver back on the road within a half hour of calling him out for service on our 2017 Volvo VNL. Thanks again Lou!!!
