RVs are a very nontypical type of vehicle. Not many places will work on them. They're too big for car shops and awkward for truck places. Best Drive went out of their way to work on my RV. They did a great job, charged a fair price, and were willing to stay late when the job got complicated.They gave good service and treated me well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a need for big tires.

Went in for an alignment yesterday. Raul and the manager on duty were excellent - knowledgeable, helpful, focused on my needs not their profit. Turns out my alignment was okay and just paid for an alignment check - their actually prices for alignment are less than competitors also. Will be using these guys again.

I have been coming here for 3 years. This time they Changed 2 steer tires in 25 min, fast and friendly service. Very good prices.. Person who changed my tire was so fast.. And thanks Raul for good tire recommendation and price!!

No warranty given for alignment, every thing was new on front axle ( king pin, rods, shocks, drag link bar ) just the spring bushing was 2 months old, verify by the mechanic and approve for good shape....so no reason to not give warranty...plus the guy was bore and unprofessional

This place is a JOKE ! They did me a bad alignment i came to solve the problem 31 miles and they just gave me the 190$ money back for the alignment ..... After 2 months i did another alignment and some PROFESSIONAL shop told me that they tried to fix the problem BUT the problem is that when i asked them if there is a problem they said no everything is ok ... and when i came back to get the money for my damage they said all i can do is give you back the money from the alignment and the damage of my tires they just laughed . VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAY CLEAR ! AND STEVE THE MANAGER JUST YOUR ORDINARY LIAR AND CROOK .....And also i saw the comment about the 8 hour AT LEAST THEY DONE THEIR JOB AS THEY SHOULD !!! i see that people gave 5 stars maybe out of kindness and maybe some who gave work at the shop as usual but i will say the truth that this place IS NOT GOOD STAY CLEAR

Got alignment done in less then 30 minutes.Unlike shop called ProSport in Elk Grove Village, where I waited 8 hours even I had scheduled appointment.

I don t know that much about the company but there drivers are reckless I almost got hit by one doing 20 over the speed limit and not looking in there blind spot.

They mount RV tires, you have to buy and bring in to get install. Only place we found.
