I recommend Batteries Plus in Bolingbrook if you need technical data for a specific battery. Such as: a deep cycle battery for a 12V sump pump.

This place broke my mothers watch band. Then they blamed her for forcing them to change the battery in the watch. They said there employee was only twenty years old and inexperienced. She insisted that they repair the broken band. The manager repeatedly lied and then yelled at an eighty eight your old woman. After she talked to another employee the watch band was repaired and after a few weeks it was returned to her. She went back and got the watch and asked for an apology for the behavior of Mitch the manager and an employee for lying to her repeatedly and for providing false information to her.The manager Mitch refused to say I am sorry . She left the store and then Mitch the manger followed her out to her car and proceeded to take pictures of her car and license plate. What the hell is wrong with these people. Do not patronize a business that damages your property then yells at an elderly woman. Then tries to intimidate her by photographing her car and license plate! Screw you Battery Plus I hope that you go out of business and your franchise is revoked.Response to your response:You mean the store manager who yelled at an 88 year old woman then followed her out to her car taking pictures of her and her license plate? Mitch you really want me to talk to that piece of trash? A guy who instead of saying I am sorry for me and my employees lying to you harassed a senior citizen. No thank you instead I will post reviews on all public forums detailing your companies treatment of senior citizens over and over again until Mitch is fired and your company President apologizes in writing to my mother.

I dropped my phone off on Monday to this location. The cashier said my phone would be ready by Thursday, now it's Sunday and my phone still wasn't ready and I'm going out of town on Tuesday. So I need a phone ASAP. I won't recommend this place to anyone, I knew I should of took my phone to a repair place in romeoville but my baby father insisted that I come here and this place couldn't repair my screen in time and they had a whole week. I got a refund, never try businesses you don't know about when your stretched for time.

I am not one to normally write reviews however I want to warn other customers. I came in and paid $300 to replace the screen on my iPhone. There is now a permanent error in my settings stating the screen cannot be recognized. Now this will be an issue when I trade my phone in as well as always having this alert on my phone. I called apple and asked for their repair cost and it was only $29 more, lesson learned. I suggest anyone needing there phone screen replaced just go to the manufacture.

First time coming here. I came in and was nicely greeted by an employee named Ty. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Every question that I had Ty knew all the answers. He s like a guru when it came to batteries and bulbs I came in for a battery replacement. I was so happy that I ended up buying some bulbs as well. If I could give a higher rating I would. Definitely coming back here next time when I need batteries and bulbs.

Stopped in as my phone screen was cracked. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Associate Colin was very pleasant and professional. He was able to get my phone fixed quickly and explained it wasn't the screen but the plastic coating that was damaged. I was blown away by how courteous and professional he was!!! Incredible customer service!!!! Something that's rare and hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend this store for your electronic needs.

Brian, the manager, is great. I went in for two repairs to my iPhone. He resolved one of the issues right away and then replaced my battery. While I was there, I also had my car key fob reprogrammed/replaced and I bought a battery I needed for my garage. This store has ton of great products from car batteries to electronic batteries to sump pump batteries plus lighting replacement etc. I almost forgot to mention marine batteries. If you own a business, you can open a commercial account with them and have parts shipped right to your business. I found this out by asking. I highly recommend this location.

Staff was very helpful. Had all my required items IN STOCK and helped me get a couple of the items setup with new batteries. I will go back when I need further such products.

Had one of the best customer service experiences with Ty at the Bolingbrook Batteries Plus store. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist me. It is refreshing to see friendly and helpful associates who make customers feel like they are number one! Great job, Ty!

Had the correct batteries for two of my cars at a very reasonable price. Place the order online and got notified it was ready for pickup in about 20 minutes. Service was good inside and people were polite. I've purchased my sump pump battery replacement prior to this and had the same service level. I'll keep coming back every time I need a battery.

The people that work in this place are absolutely fantastic. They are customer orientated, very friendly, and willing to help you any chance they get. I enjoy just going in there shopping around to talk to them. That is how pleasant the employees are at this place. I have purchased computer laptop batteries, flashlight batteries, and they even replace the batteries on my watch. Never up selling either.

The salesperson was pretty rude. He was rushing us and we were the only customers. when we tried looking through our pictures to find the batteries he did not give us personal space. There were two different prices with the same product and charged us the highest price.we should have left. Never going back there again, that s for sure.

I walked into the store, determined to find the best charger for my 2009 Honda Civic. I was already upset and ticked that I spent the whole day looking for a good one. Kayla was so helpful and provided me the details for the available car chargers. She was very friendly and understanding and calmed me down. I would like to thank the to young guys that fixed my iPhone on Friday July 29 around noon. Sorry they didn t give their names. I had a piece of the charger break off in it and they got the piece out no problem. What s funny is AT&T sent me there cause they were unable to help. So I highly recommend going to them first. I didn't catch the gentleman's name this evening, but he was, and always has been very professional. I went in for three different services, and he very extremely knowledgeable upon all. Batteries Plus Bulbs has obtained an outstanding employee. Customer service experience was like none other as well! Great experience! Will continue to patron because of guys like this.

My cashier and repair tech were very amazing. I called ahead he advised me of the appointment process and encouraged a time when two people would be available. I was told a time to pickup and my phone was ready on time! He offered additional services and provided me a coupon. Amazing. I ll be back!

Friendly staff, fast and professional service.I ordered a new battery for our family car on Monday morning, and managed to book an appointment for the replacement at 1pm same day.Everything went fast and smooth.

The prices on the hooks didn't match what was run up. Ty the employee said they were doing price changes. There was no one working on price changes.I pointed out the discrepancy and told he I was over charged. Ty refused to refund me the difference. I told him Illinois department of weights and measures would say your violating state law on retail pricing. He said he not going to change his mind......over .50.I left a complaint with the owner. I didn't get a response...over 50 cents.

I was warmly greeted over the phone. The person who took my call was very knowledgeable of the product I needed. The specific name brand I inquired was not available but I was offered a comparable item that is substantially less expensive. All this shows how knowledgeable and courteous Batteries Plus Employees are. Well done Bolingbrook, IL store.

When I called, Brandon answered the phone with a nice tone, he was professional, he said hello, his name, and "how are you to today".....wow what excellent customer service from the start!!!He was just as nice when I went to the store, and my phone was ready at the time he said that it would be!!Customer service means a lot to me and is so greatly appreciated!!! Kindness goes a long way ESPECIALLY during these times we are living in in the world!!If I ever need assistance with having my battery being replaced, I will go to THIS location.He truly knows what EXCELLENT customer service is!THANK YOU BRANDON W!!!

I had the most god-awful experience at this store. Horrible customer service, long wait times, and at the end of it all... They didn't know how to replace my watch battery. I went home and did it myselfWhile thinking that this is the last time I will ever go to a Batteries Plus Bulbs

Took a watch on for a new battery and they badly scratched the back of the case. Even worse they did not tell me they scratched it, they hoped I didn't notice.

The guys were fantastic, knowledgeable about the battery I was looking for including giving multiple options for what I needed. They were professional and really fast. They soldered the old connectors to the new batteries. The wiring was done neatly. Overall very impressed with my experience.

Had two iPhone 6s that needed a battery replacement. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Both phones were fixed in 20 minutes. Very impressed with the level of customer service at this store. Thank you!

I went in and had a great experience with Ty who was quick to assist me and was very knowledgeable about changing the battery on my key fob. I had never changed the battery on it before but he helped me out and was very polite and kind!

Brian, Brandon, and their Sales Associates are all very knowledgeable and customer supportive to sell better than expected batteries and other products they offer. Their Service Representative Colin overwhelmed me with his technical knowledge well enough to easily make the decision for B+ to repair my iPhone!!
