I initially gave them the wrong tire information, and when I arrived, the owner knew instantly that they were out and said comeback Monday, possibly. He told me that I gave his associates the wrong tire size and showed me my true size , which they didn't have.I appreciate the professionalism even when I showed errors, but I wish they could have gotten my business that day. I ended up finding my tires at another shop 20 mins later.

This tire shop is the best. I have been coming here for a long time and I have not had any issues with them fixing my tires. The guys are very friendly and they take care of you right away. I had choices to go somewhere else but I chose to wait an hour and a half here till they opened because I know their tires are good even though they are used and the guys are very friendly and you can tell they really care about their customers. Thank you so much for being here for everybody your tire shop is the best I've seen

I know buying used tires is like rolling dice. Sometimes you come up snake eyes. But not at this place. I had an appointment at Pep Boys for some new tires. But beforehand, I stopped here, and the guy hooked me up with a couple of practically new tires for a fraction of the price of new tires.

This is the best tire repair shop. They get you in and out quickly and they have good used tires if you need to replace a bad one. And their prices are very reasonable.

Had a flat, they got me in immediately, installed a plug to repair the tire, charged me a very reasonable $15, and I was on my way perhaps 15 minutes later. Speedy and friendly service, highly appreciated.

Called last minute (30 minutes from closing at 5:00 pm on 9/23/2020) from my auto repair shop, Brach's Automotive Center, for only one used tire (2011 Ford Escape). They answered the phone confirming they had my particular tire (used) & told me to hurry to the western location if I wanted to replace the tire today. When I arrived to the location (5:25 pm on 9/23/20) the front doors were blocked by vehicles, but the garage doors were still open. So, I drove into the garage and found a worker who initially told me to move my vehicle to the other garage opening to be serviced. Once I move as requested, other individuals (guessing the owner and other workers) at the site inform me they are closed, and they can't help me. However, the worker (African-American Male) who spoke with me at the other garage door opening quickly came out and informed them that he would replace the tire (& he told me to drive to this side to be helped). The transaction was quick, simple, & affordable (i.e. $43). I give my special Thanks to the WORKER, who cared enough to helped me regardless of it still being 5:28 pm (They supposedly close at 5:30 pm).

I caught a flat on 147th with my babies inside..I was able to make it to Tires Unlimited and they took care of me in under 15 mins!! Very honest prices and great tires!

They switch a tire to a new rim and fixed flat and balanced it. Took 15 minutes and charged me $50.00 . It wasn't even on the vehicle. Ridiculous. Never going back.

Super fast! I pulled up and the workers instantly ran to my trunk to pull out my flat tire, gave me a rough price and had my car on a jack in minutes! Very reasonable price too! Highly recommend

I just want to say that I LOVE this place. I have been coming here for years for any of our tire needs and they have literally never left us unhappy. I went in yesterday to get a new tire. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! They were super friendly and helpful, honest (this is HUGE when you are a woman going into any car place solo, btw), and extremely budget-friendly. The tire I got was great quality as well. I will always recommend this place to my family and friends, and they deserve a solid 5 star rating all day long.

They are friendly, fast, efficient, reasonable and honest. I have had several used tires purchased here as well as flat repairs that Discount Tire wouldn't touch. Great guys.

Called to have my car taken away and was offered three different prices, when asking where they get the numbers from the gentlemen was very rude, then proceeded to message my number about how he didn't like me. Hate to break it to you but you deal with people you don't like when you run a business but you should learn how to treat them to create more customers.

Tires Unlimited is great for a used car but try to make them give you 90 seconds and then the threads because sometimes but they give you is worse than what you got so be mindful look inside the tire is very important because sometime Turner's have some damage side that's not outside which can cause a problem but I like them I love them they're honest and they try to do the best that they can but what they recommend which is used tires used tires used tires

Amazingly honest and inexpensive. Never paying for brand new tires again. And before you listen to other places when they tell you a hole can't be plugged, or patched, bring it here. I came in with cash to buy two tires, being told by another place they couldn't be fixed. Here, they repaired me and I was on my way. Came back and got used tires for my work truck, paid for very good used tires, about 1/4 of what I would have spent on brand new

Very unprofessional setting. Never buy a car from here the owner Nick is an opportunist and has no best interest in no one or anything but money. He will give you the run around about information pertaining to the car and will withhold the truth behind the car. Take your business elsewhere.

I was told I needed to replace one of my tires because of 3 leaks on one tire. I didn't want to buy a new tire. Called the shop and they were able to let me know they had the type of tire I needed. When I got there, they were able to change my tire quickly for a good price. They have so many used tires that it's about a 99% chance they got the tire you need.

I went into this tire shop due to a leak in one of my tires. I knew this because of the tire pressure indicator. I was told by the gentleman w/ a ponytail to pull in, a young guy proceeded with taking the front driver tire off and put it back on. Not once did he tell me if it had a leak. He proceeded to going to the front passenger tire, he told me whomever touched my tire last put the lug nut on wrong and he needed to cut it. After cutting it they like the 1st tire never indicated if the was a leak but the guy with the ponytail made sure to tell me they could repair the 2 lug nuts they cut at $80 each. I told them to let me make a call. Once i made a call they moved on to another car, i had to find someone to ask about my tire leak, one mechanic was unaware that is what i came in for. No one checked the tire pressure, finally an older gentleman came over and said it's your back tire that's low. By then i was frustrated and left, 30+ minutes for a tire repair that never occurred. I would never recommend this place! They saw a female and tried to take advantage by not addressing the tire that was in need of air.

i have met Nick Ferraro in person,... I have been to his store,... I owned a local tire shop for 14 years,... I would give these guys full credit for just trying to make their local audience happy,... If they can keep the doors open,... they are doing a good job,... just keep going and keep moving forward...

I got there at 8:40am on Saturday morning. They opened at 9:10am. I was the first one there and there was a blonde white guy with a pony tail that was really rude. Really poor service. I don t recommend this place at all.

These guys here so far so good I'm looking for the best out of them going to have new tires put on tomorrow I will update you and let you know how things worked out but for now first class place to buy tires
