Don't get me wrong I have been comin and sending people to them for years but this particular time was DEVASTATING!! The car was fine just to low to get the rims on,, ALL THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO DO WAS LIFT THE CAR,,SHOCKS AND SPRINGS!! I knew something was weird because he wanted me to test drive it instead of the mechanics. Anyway once I pulled off and turned right my frame bushing broke and it was fine at first. A long story short they messed the car up and wasn't willing to fix it,,I WILL NEVER GO BACK! The car still not fixed..2024

Very unprofessional and prejudiced. I went there to get my catalytic converter fixed. And most people will Will run a diagnosis so we can figure out what part I need. He just told me he doesn't have to part and I need to figure out which one it is. Well, isn't that the whole point of me coming to the shop? I would never recommend anybody

I had a bad experience. I asked him about my Cadillac converter. He told me the mechanic didn't do a great tune-up. He didn't even look at my car. You have to look at the car the know. What's going on? Maybe he racist?

Avoid this place!. I have resisted posting a bad review for a while now as I don't want to mess with their livelihood, but Moses is rude, argumentative and it seems lately they just have every excuse not to work on cars. I have been coming here 25 years, first with my parents. The last two years, everytime I come Moses rushes me, doesn't listen and is hostile. They worked on my truck 3x and have replaced my brakes and the wheel bearing. Today Moses argued with Me about having a wheel lock. I don't have a wheel lock, i have spline nuts. Yiu can use a spline socket or a a regular 17mm which i have done before and so has this shop.I told him they used a 17 mm last time to remove the nuts when they put my brakes and rotors on and I told him his son did it who was standing right there. He told me they didn't remember that then backed my truck out and told me to bring back a socket or have someone loosen the wheels and bring it back. He straight refused to listen and had the nerve to patronize me and act like they havent removed my truck wheels and replaced my brakes and rotors without any type of key or adapter. So you suddenly can't remember that you worked on this truck without a spline key ir adapter before? and you wait to tell me yiu cant work on it after you rush me and im walking down the streer almost home? Then when I tell you to use a 17mm socket you just straight up refuse and back my car out. Again, you used a socket literally months ago when my brakes were changed. Also, how the hell dont you have a spline key and you remove tires all day everyday to work on brakes? I'm done. Never coming here and wasting my time again.I hope you learn to stop dismissing and rushing your customers and patronizing them. i attached my truck photo so u know who left this review and I'm gonna find the receipts for all the brakes, wheelbearings you put on my truck without asking me for wheel key.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Dont let the name fool you . They serviced several cars of mine over the years . Decent work but have never been a value. If you cant tolorate the attitude or high prices. Stay in the indiana area for less

They have also done my rotors, my shocks, my water pump. They are terrific kind courteous efficient, and they do good work I have never been disappointed prices are reasonable. I have been going to them since they opened their doors

Have been here several times. Always fair pricing, quality work, and friendly service. Went somewhere else for an estimate and was quoted a ridiculous price. I love this place . my car was making this weird noise and I brought it to them and they removed a cover that was under my car that got loose and only charge me $20. As a woman I'm glad that they didn't make up a random price and overcharged me. These are genuine people, and you should definitely give them a try. .

I don't even do reviews, but they forced my hand. I've been going to this shop for years. This visit was to get my exhaust done, after the work was "completed". There were extra noises and screws missing from under my truck, then come to find out they messed with my sound system. It was working fine when I dropped my truck off, I'm never going back. I recommend no-one does! If you do don't leave your car/truck if you care about it, they will get angrier than you when they mess up your stuff....LBVS.Service: Exhaust

Took my car here To have my exhaust system and muffler replaced everything turned out Great they took care of me right away and I was out of there in about A little over an hour pricing was fair And then showed me the work afterwards and the Weld job was done professionally Car doesn't make a sound thank you.

I unfortunately got my catalytic converter stolen from my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. My car sounded terrible. They got replaced it for half the price that Midas wanted. My car drives like a dream again. Moses the owner is nice and Jr. is kind and soft spoken. I do strongly recommend them if you are in the same situation as I was.

Avoid this place, they charge a ridiculous amount of money to install a generic cat converter. Ignorant employees. You re better off buying the cat yourself online and taking it elsewhere to get it installed. No reason why something should cost a few hundred dollars more than what you charged the last few times

Fast, affordable, good quality work. I brought a vehicle in that needed a custom-fitted exhaust pipe. They fashioned one both very quickly and very affordably. I was in and out in less than an hour, and that was with no appointment.A few notes for first-time customers like me: The place looks like a small hole-in-the-wall auto place. Don't let that put you off. The employees care about their customers and do a high-quality job. Also note that labor-only jobs are cash-only. In my case, they did not issue a receipt or warranty for the custom work they did, all of which they were upfront about. However, they did give me a free estimate first and showed the the work after they were done. I was very pleased with their work, both in quality and price. The bottom line is that I plan on coming back in the future for any exhaust needs that I have.Service: Exhaust

2yrs later & I'm still singing their praises. It's rare to find a shop that is dedicated to it's customers & great service. It pays to shop around this place saved me some money and Moses and the crew are very Customer Oriented and friendly, they did a great job on my Muffler and it take all day. I'll be sending my friends to them. And I'm glad my Mechanic sent me to Muffler's for Less. They did a Very Satisfactory job. Thank you, L.Moore

Was told I had to wait today. An hour no biggie. There are 4 cars in lot. All 4 get pulled in. While waiting my hour, 3 more pull in. Those 3 get pulled into the garage while i, am waiting. I hate to say I recommended this place for years and sent hundreds of ppl. But not after the service lie I recieved today.

I have been looking for a mechanic I can trust with integrity and with good prices. And I found one. This shop and it's staff are polite and will take care of you to give you the best reasonable price. I called yesterday to have my struts done. I spoke to Moses and I knew I was in good hands. He made sure he showed me what the problem was, as well as showing me the finished work. I also needed to pass my emissions test. Got a gas cap, put it on, reset. Today I passed my emissions test and I thank Moses, George, and the rest of the staff. I just referred my aunt to this shop for all her auto care needs.

Great service!! I needed to get my flexpipe welded so I called when I got off work at 4:30 to get pricing and availability. I was told they could squeeze me in even tho I wouldn't get there until after 5pm. As soon as I pulled up they drove my car straight in and had it fixed and ready to go by 5:40!. The owner gave me my warranty papers and had me come inspect the work before I paid. Price was super reasonable and staff was very professional. My car is running quiet as a mouse now and I would definitely go back for service again.

I had the best service here, than I would get from other places. Reasonable prices, done in an timely fashion, excellent service and staff. If you have a problem with anything in you're vehicle they'll be able to fix it or resolve it less that 30mins. Ask for Mr. Moises, he'll give you a great rate, keep you posted on the status of the car and shows you what's wrong. Truly a great experience. Thank you again.
