THIS IS HANDS-DOWN the place to take your vehicle when it has been damaged. NOT just the company but THIS location. Customer service at its finest. This team is phenomenal and Delberts assurance is awesome. You're greeted by a pleasant smile and face (Karen) and it just continues until you're down. Car fixed and finished in a timely fashion, work impeccable! This is the place to be!

Well I m sad to say that this shop attempted to give my vehicle back after a month of no communication other than a standard text saying that my parts have been ordered with subpar repairs. The manager Martin decided to try to railroad me to the insurance company instead of accepting accountability. Needless to say I will never do business with this body shop again. My hood wouldn t even close down. He wants to say a different shop did previous poor body work. Sir your work is worst was my response. They charged for a light they didn t even repair. If there was poor body work done in the past why accept my car and say nothing until I m not happy with your work. They are modern day scammers. Be ware learn from my mistake! I will add photos once I get my car back.

Great experience, from the time I walked in until the day I collected my vehicle. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and my guy Del was very nice, professional and helpful. This is hiw ALL establishments should operate.

Although this was not a choice to be services at this establishment. But I was in a auto accident and Crash Champions made this process extremely great during my process. They kept me in the loop of what was taking place at all time even with out me having to call or ask Karen was truly the best and Mike was just as great if you ever need any collision work I suggest them. If I ever need them again God forbid I wud not hesitate to call. Great Job Crash Champions

This is absolutely the best experience I every had with an auto body repair. The staff was professional, friendly and so helpful. We were informed every step of the process and felt confident that our car was in capable hands. I can't express how much better my car looks now than I think it even did when I bought it! The service here was amazing - specifically Amber! She was amazing to work with! She made sure everything was to my liking before officially releasing my car back to me. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, quality control, honesty, and her patience. It s hard to find that anywhere nowadays! Literally just picked my car up from Service King Blue Island. The staff here is great!! Del, Karen, Martin and Amber are very knowledgeable in their field and cool as hell too!! They got my "fender bender" fixed in a timely fashion and my car looks better than new!! I would DEFINITELY recommend them for all your car body needs!! Thanks again Karen, Del, Martin and Amber!! Took my car in to be repaired but it looks like I have to come back every week since the repaired because parts keep coming off my car. Switch they should done right the first time.

Omg Amber is the Best. She was very attentive, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. She listened to me and answered all my questions. She did not rush my process and gave great advice. I don't have a single bad thing to say. From start to finish they were surprisingly the perfect professionals. Constant texts to update the progress, openly discussed/advised repair/insurance options & quick quotes for work inside/outside the scope of responsibility. Never had a garage experience that was better. Good job guys, this Jeep says thanks!!

The lady that works their Amber was so nice and helpful very good worker. I am not sure who washed my car after the repairs but they were lazy and did not clean it well at all. I had to get my rear bumper replaced and Service King did a great job. They were accurate, efficient, and extremely informative the entire time my vehicle was there. I wouldn t hesitate to go back and or refer their business to others. I had a great experience dealing with Service King. I visited this location to have body damage on my car repaired and I was taken care of and updated throughout the entire experience. Amber was so helpful and personable, she really made my first auto body repair as seamless as possible. First off let me say I am sort of a perfectionist and I know not everyone is like me. With that being said show me quality would be great, but I understand this was a repair job. The work was good. I was amazed at how they were able to smooth all the dents out. Paint quality was nice. They even got in the speckles of gold in my paint. My car was ready in five days one week earlier than the estimated completion date. They even sent me text messages just about every day on the status of my car. Customer service was excellent thanks to Service Advisor Mario and the young lady at the front desk.

Service King Blue Island is the best collision repair shop in the city and suburbs. My car was repaired twice in a short period of time. Each time I was very pleased with the work and the car was repaired promptly. Molly and the team at Service King Blue Island will take great care of you and your vehicle. Very trustworthy business and team. I ve never been treated more special by a collision repair service team. Cassandra and Mario were so professional, kind, and transparent. They notified me of EVERYTHING by phone calls, voicemails , and text. (They also do online inspections in case you aren t able to make it into the the location right away ). The finishing was also just as amazing as the process. They washed & vacuumed my car for me as well as collected the rental. Made sure all my releasing documents were thoroughly explained. During these times, it s hard to find this kind of customer service... this was a treasured experience trusting them to take GREAT care in repairing my vehicle!Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit on the rear passenger side door and the insurance suggested the Service King in Blue Island.They reached out to me two times, but I couldn t make the appointment at the time. I was able to schedule to it on-line the next week.Due to COVID, you are not allowed to enter the facility. You will have to call a number on a sign that is at the doorway and a Service King Representative will greet you in the parking lot. Here is where I met Molly. She is a friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable employee. She went over the damage, explained the process and contacted Enterprise for my rental car.Again, due to COVID, Enterprise can only take 2 passengers at a time in the minivan to their offices. There were two people ahead of me, so I had to wait in my car until they could come back for me. As I waited, another male employee, I didn t get his name, explained the process to me again. He was friendly and personable too.That afternoon I discovered that I left my parking pass for work in my car. I returned to Service King, contacted Molly and she went to the shop grabbed it and met me in the parking lot within moments.Service King kept me updated on the progress of my car via text messages and I received a call when everything was completed. They finished my car two days ahead of schedule.When I arrived to get my car, it was in the pick-up parking space in front of their office. It was clean, both inside and out. The repair looked like the damage never happened.Molly was the representative that checked me out. She went over my paperwork, instructed me on how to care for the paint job on my new repair and wished me well.I would highly recommend this repair shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an excellent experience. Car looks great. Ready ahead of time, was kept up to date by Molly who is a great customer service person.. Jay and others did greAt work. Very open about the estimates and keep you updated if there is a more repairs are found. The vehicle owner is keep in the loop from beginning to end. So good is their service you may want to refer a friend. Clean establishment and professional people to do business with.
