The girl working the front desk is by far the most friendly person I've met! She was very talkative and helpful! The two specialists, talon and Damien, are so funny! Good peoples here all around!

These guys are lifesavers! I was stranded on the side of the highway in the rain, calling various national window companies, but I couldn't get through. Windshield Specialists answered immediately. She called a tech and sent him my way in 25 minutes.Not only did they patch my window in minutes, but they spent the next 45min helping me rivet and secure my door that bent open due to the draft of the window on the highway.I'm eternally grateful.

I had 2 chips in my windshield and choose this company over Stephen's and Safelite based on the reviews I read. They were one of the choices through my insurance company and I am so glad I chose them! They contacted me right away, came to my work in a couple days and determined the windshield could not be repaired and needed replaced. They came back to my work the next week and when I went to my vehicle on lunch it was all done and the paperwork was left on my seat. So glad I chose this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. This place was great! Had me in and out in just over a half hour for a full windshield. I called everyone in town first and they were about 50$ cheaper . Staff was super friendly and down to earth. Easy to make the appointment and was significantly cheaper than Safelite. They showed up on time and did excellent work in just a few minutes. Will definitely use them again.

As my reviews show, I am a major proponent of great customer service and Windshield Specialists do not lack one iota in that area. From the initial phone call to the completion of my windshield replacement, these guys are top notch! Major kudos go out to Tallon for his exemplary service and timely matter of getting my windshield replaced and making sure I was back on the road with minimal delay. Friendly, courteous, and prompt in performing the replacement, are all traits he showed and I immensely appreciate it! Thank you, Windshield Specialists, for everything!!!

I took my BMW & Infiniti for windshield replacements, in Bloomington. I asked a lot of questions about quality and appearance, before having them replaced. I appreciate Mark coming from Peoria to assist with the higher end cars.I highly recommend using the factory moldings/gaskets/seals, when available. There may be an up charge, but the reveal will look more like the OEM. Thanks, Mark!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had damage from 3 rock chips on our windshield. One was about the size of a quarter. We had numerous windshield repair companies to choose from and selected Windshield Specialist to complete the work. So glad! The repair work on the windshield was the best I have experienced! Additionally, they were fast. They fixed the windshield the same day I called their office. Also they came to where the vehicle was located to make the repair. If windshield repair is needed again, Windshield Specialist will be the first call.

I would highly recommend this company %. The 1st individual late in the evening took all my information, on me the vehicle and asked questions and took the time to answer all of my questions very very nice for a company to take their time too many places are in a rush!!!!, just like the individual said I would get a call the next day confirming my appointment and would have the installers information sure as he said a young called went through all the information asking a few more questions confirming my appointment and who the installer would be and all his information estimated arrival time and that he would text and call she also took her time that is just totally awsome, as she said installer texted & called with arrival time got her at the time he said asked me some questions and got busy cleaned up the glass inside the vehicle and outside around the vehicle gave an estimated time of how long it would take got done sooner than estimated time on replacing front & rear windshields definitely a professional and very pleasant to deal with % the price was very very fair and Exactly what they quoted A+ to all of them definitely recommend this company sincerely Mark Melgosa

My window was broken likely [i could be wrong] because I support trump and unborn babies and my car has like 24 bumper stickers on it. So someone smashed the window.Anyway a guy came out and did a great job. It took about 40 minutes. I couldn't be happier. ThanksService: Auto rear window replacement
