This was my first time at Tuffy Auto Care and it was an overall great experience. Everyone was so friendly and my car was definitely taken care of. My full service was complete in under 30 minutes. This is my new designated spot for oil changes now.

Tuffy Service Center was very efficient with their evaluative assessment of my vehicle. My service repair was performed in a professional and timely manner. I was treated with respect and consideration throughout my visit. I would recommend and opt to use Tuffy Service Center for future automobile services based on convenient scheduling, quality service performance and parts, clean and comfortable facility, complimentary amenities, affordability, and knowledgeable staff. Also, Alec was very helpful and friendly during my visit. Overall, I am a 5 star satisfied customer.

Coworkers recommended Tuffy to me and I couldn t be more pleased with the service I ve received. I ve been treated respectfully and warmly. People explain things in a way that I understand what s wrong, what needs fixed and how much it will cost. No surprises. They offer free loaners which is a huge plus for me. No more dealership trips!

Excellent service. Went in for an oil change. They asked if I wanted to see other points of concern they found, and ran me through them. Did a good job categorizing them into "is it a safety need, a nice to have, or just something to be aware of". Met me where I was with my vehicle and goals. Was honest about what would be a waste of money. Definitely feel good about going back.

Tuffy has been SO good to me! I have a a 2014 Jeep Patriot, and I have recently started having some normal wear and tear issues with my car and they have been able to fix all the issues at the lowest price! They always take me out to my car to physically show me the issues they re seeing. Usually they have coupons on their website which they never forget to remind me about too! They are the nicest group of guys! I won t go anywhere else for car help!

I have been going to Tuffy s for 3 years and they have taken care of me every time. I have called many times with specific questions about my car and they ve gone out of their way to provide me with excellent product recommendations and service. Everyone there does an amazing job and it a pleasure rather than a pain to take my car in for maintenance because I know it will be done well.

Our Dodge Caravan died in the middle of the road in Normal today, so we had it towed to Tuffy at the recommendation of Joe's Towing. The service was excellent!! The techs were out to lunch when we arrived, but as soon as they got back, they were able to take a look at our van and find the problem (disconnected fuel line) and fix it in less than thirty minutes. They didn't even charge us for the repair since it was such a minor one.Ten out of ten service; this is definitely the best place around for car repairs! Will be recommending to anyone and everyone!

Overall good experience. Got me in quick for new brakes. I thought the service was thorough & didn't feel pressure to act on their findings. I thought they were on the higher side of pricing - but I understand things aren t cheap.

We ve been going to Tuffy for years and we ve always been treated well and been given excellent service. The staff is very friendly and the pricing for service always seems fair or below the average market price. The waiting room has very comfortable couches, the WiFi is fast and the bathrooms are always clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a nail in tire today (Saturday). Alec got my car in right away. Tire fixed. I was on my way in 30 minutes. He said, "We like to help people out on days like today." Nice work, fellas! Much appreciated!!!

Warning to ISU students and parents. These people are dishonest and will keep finding "extra" charges. My daughter brought her car in for an overheating issue. Estimate started at $120 to flush system. Then went to $550 to replace thermostat. Well...now the housing needed replaced. Estimate $1000.They told me housing was $400. I bought the part for $84 and drove 3 hours there. I changed the part in 20 minutes and I am not a mechanic!!! On top of that, there was a van backed into and still up against her car when I got there which they didn't have keys for. Not even worth 1 star!! Classic bait and switch.

Love this place and the people! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I like how easy it is to call and make an appointment. Love how they communicate very well with me. Alec, Drew, and Brian are super helpful and nice!

Best place to take your car whether it's older or new. I've been going to tuffy for 13 years . I've never had an issued or a problem they've always taken care of my car. Extremely friendly staff. They have a very nice waiting area. Their bathrooms are also very clean.

Amazing fast service on a Saturday morning when I had a flat tire. No one else in town was open and Tuffy helped me out when I was in need. Mechanics were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience. Nice and they care about their clients and remembers them. I def recommend. Also, recommend calling ahead for an appointment not day of.. that s what we do and never had issues getting in when we want.

When I say I ve had the best experience at an automotive mechanic shop. The manager (Martin Sheen look-a-like) was So polite and well mannered. I didn t feel like I was even in auto shop. The associates working in the garage has the same mannerisms as if everyone is manager and/or owner. All in experience with Tuffy was awesome. It was so awesome I wanted to leave an $40 tip and they refuse to accept it. Told me to detail my visit on their page. So here it is. Tuffy will always be the way to go for me. Frfr! They were quick fast and efficient with my vehicle, before I could get my food they were calling to tell me the diagnosis of my vehicle!!!!! Awesome job guys!!!Lamarr Allen

Called to schedule to check out some issues going on with clunking in the wheel area. They were able to get me in the next day. Took about an hour to diagnose and sent me a text with pics/videos of issues which I thought was awesome! When I came back to pick up vehicle and get quote, they told me they could get it fixed asap! I know not all issues are resolved that fast, but I really appreciated it that I didn't have to wait weeks for repair. I've never had such a great experience at vehicle repair before. Definitely will be back if needing any other repairs!

Slight mix up on the day scheduled for service. I thought I would get a reminder or confirmation. Otherwise service and quality have been great for the last 8 years they have service our vehicle.

I love Tuffy automotive! I brought my BMW in and the service was very thorough and cost efficient. Russ Wolf was very thoughtful and made sure I understood everything they were doing and why. Very nice and very helpful... made sure to call me and ask about pricing and if they could do that services for me and told me how much... then when I said I couldn't do it all he suggested their financing options... I didn't feel pressured or anything... will definitely go back
