I highly recommend Alex and the Mobile Mechanic. Speedy communication, fair prices, and quick work. My car was dead and while I was convinced it was the starter, I still had them come out for a diagnostic. They came to my house after work and actually figured out after several tests it was the battery (which was only 3 years old and had been hooked up to a trickle charger). We got a new one, they installed it, and the car fired right up. Josh, the mechanic, was knowledgeable and professional. Definitely would use these guys again.

I highly recommend The Mobile Mechanic! Colton was amazing! Very professional and polite. He helped me with replacing my starter. He worked very hard, but wasn't able to get the job done the first day. (I have a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and it's a pain to work on these cars!) He tried to, but it got very late. He even was nice enough to give me a ride home and back to my car today so he could finish the job at no extra cost to me. I will definitely be using this service again should I need anything else done to my car. These guys are awesome sauce!

I would not recommend using The Mobile Mechanic & Vehicle Inspections. Alex does not return text messages or phone calls if you have a problem with work they did not complete. Was charged over $400 for a job that took 45 min and was not done properly. Was told a new part was ordered that would be in on March 8th. On March 10th, I found out the order was not even placed and now Alex has stopped all communication with me. The last time I spoke with him, was told "I wish we would have never looked at your car to begin with." Very poor service. My car is still not fixed as of March 11, 2024 and this mess started on Jan 27, 2024.

I was a little skeptical at first, but given that everywhere else is closed on Sundays and my vehicle was immobile, I decided to give them a shot. They were reasonably priced and once they sent someone out, it only took about 15 minutes for them to arrive. Josh was the mechanic and I can t say enough good things about him. It was clear he was knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. The problem was diagnosed in a matter of minutes and resolved in under an hour. 10/10 recommend Josh as your mechanic and this company in general. Thanks guys.

Was in desperate need of a mechanic to come out and remove a stripped bolt off of the alternator on my car. Even though they prefer not to go behind someone else's work and explaining my desperate situation of needing to go back to Alabama to be at work the next morning a mechanic was dispatched to where I was at. Colton W, was able to get it removed after fighting with it all day (arrived at 12:25 pm and left at 7:30 pm). He installed the new alternator and reassembled everything that was taken a part and he added all new clips to keep everything in place on my car. Colton, is a great asset to this company, and a great mechanic. Will recommend this company and Colton to anyone who needs a auto mechanic.

I turned in a different review a few days ago. But after talking to the real boss I found out that Alex and Matt were using the business name to advertise on Craig's List and doing substandard work after hours. They didn't even finish the job I paid them $500 for. Even though David, the owner, was not responsible he refunded me $100 and fired Alex and Matt.Even though I had to take it elsewhere to get repaired, the fact that David took responsibility for his ex-employees and gave me a partial refund says a lot about this business owner. He apologized to me repeatedly, and I told him I don't hold him responsible--it's all on Alex and Matt.So David and The Mobile Mechanic get 5 STARS from me.Service: Brakes

This business saved my rear. My water pump exploded and they came after 6pm to change it for a very reasonable price. The tech was really good, like 20 years experience good. When my water pump started leaking, I contacted them. Their technician arrived promptly, fully equipped, and replaced it in less than an hour. Will definitely be back if anything else goes wrong!

Needed a battery for our vehicle was told they would come out and replace it. No one ever showed up or called back after we called multiple times to get a hold of someone. Very unprofessional.
