I traded in my this past weekend for a newer vehicle. My salesman, Kevin Brown, took great care of me, answered my questions and heard my concerns. I ve had my cars serviced here and always had great experiences, this was the first sales experience and it went fantastic!

Buying my first new car at Sam Leman in Bloomington was an absolute dream! Every person I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly. My sales associate, Elizabeth O, was absolutely incredible to work with. She was the real reason that I purchased my new car. And did so with such ease and confidence!She was kind, knowledgeable, pleasant, 100% available and willing to assist me. She made herself available through email, phone, text, and in person. Her response time was impeccable and always super helpful. She was the exact opposite of the characteristic sleazy car salesman- she was a professional, completely honest, well informed, and genuinely wanted to make sure that I made the best decision for myself. She is a sales lady!! Having a woman in this position of sales really made me feel comfortable and willing to ask any silly questions that I likely would not have asked otherwise.I definitely respected and very much appreciated her attitude towards giving me the information I requested without being overly pushy. She checked in to make sure the situation was going smoothly and made me fully aware of the entire process along the way. Her incredibly patient, super pleasant and always happy demeanor was all part of the excellent experience that she provides. 10/10 I absolutely love my new RAV4 and wouldn t be driving around in such luxury if it wasn t for Elizabeth!!! Thank you, sincerely, for making this truly an adventure.

This is my second Toyota I have purchased from Sam Leman Toyota. My sales representative, Jason Goble, always goes above and beyond to assist me with the sale as well as answering any questions that may arise. His and the dealers reputation is well documented and earned. I know exactly where I will always go for my new or used car needs. Fair prices, no pressure, and attention to detail is always appreciated and welcome.

I recently went in to buy a new Camry and worked with Jason & I could not have asked for a better experience. Jason was extremely nice, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable & he kept the process moving smoothly. This was my first time buying a new car so I wasn t sure what to expect and I couldn t be happier. All the staff that I worked with were great and Jason specifically was exceptional.

Took one of my vehicles in for some service and warranty work and was nervous as I am very particular with my vehicles and usually do the work myself. Jeff in service and the technician who performed the repairs did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable taking my vehicle in. Ryan and Chris in the parts department always take great care of me as well. Highly recommended!

Kevin Brown was a great salesman. We drove 4.5 hours to buy this truck. He was great with communicating and keeping me up to date on everything along the way. I ve never purchased a vehicle out of state and they made the experience work out beyond my expectations.

We purchased a new vehicle today. It was a rainy day. The showroom was clean and dry. I took advantage of the complementary coffee. I viewed the service department. Our salesman,Damian, was very helpful. The business manager, Kimberly, was helpful in offering options in addition to our sale. Overall rating is five stars.

Andrew in sales was wonderful, I had very specific requests for my new vehicle and he was able to check all the boxes for me! He kept in contact with me throughout the process and communicated all progress on my new vehicle order. Once the car arrived I requested window tinting, Andrew made sure this was done immaculately. I could not be happier with my 2023 Prius, it is perfect. Thank you to Andrew and the Sam Leman team in Bloomington!

My experience with Sam Leman was a very smooth one and time was not wasted. I was taken seriously since the first time I applied. The car salesman Jason was very honest and gave my plenty of options of ways to help my credit build. I have been getting compliments on my SUV since I drove off the lot. My family feels safe and I feel more confident driving this vehicle everyday.

I drove down from Chicago, and my Prius started making an odd noise once I got to Bloomington. I called this dealership, and they were so helpful. Kylie took my call, welcomed me, and let me know when my car was ready. They got me in the same day. All I was charged was the diagnostic fee. They fixed my broken heat shield without any other charge. I was so so grateful for how kind and helpful everyone was at this dealership! (I was in town for a conference - when I mentioned my car troubles and great experience at this dealership to another attendee, she also was saying how great the Sam Leman dealerships were when she bought a car from them)

Saw a Tacoma online that I was interested in. We live in East Peoria and I had calls for work to do the day we made the drive to Sam Leman Toyota in Bloomington. Within a couple hours they had us in and out with the new truck. Jason was our salesman. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the truck and made sure we went through timely. We will look here first for our next vehicle need.

Sebastian was outstanding and very friendly. It was easy to talk to him when waiting on whatever we were waiting on. He really did go out of his way to give the best service. As far as anything else, it was disappointing of the lack of detailed explanation of options when it came to warranties/gap insurances etc. got a broad overview, but for someone who doesn t know anything, it makes it very easy to gain more money when agreeing to things. But otherwise I d say good service. I really enjoyed the people there

Michael Harris sold me a 2024 RAV4 and walked me through the controls with some precision and detail. Finding a mutually agreeable price was fairly painless- I wasn't in a hurry. Once we agreed (mostly by email), the actual process of picking up the vehicle was easy. The staff at Sam Leman Toyota I met with were all nice people. Definitely a good experience. I'd go back for sure.

I was apprehensive as I m newer to town and have only had/heard of poor experiences for vehicle service at dealerships in the past, but my experience at Sam Leman Toyota was beyond what I could have expected. Every employee I came in contact with was helpful and eager to assist me, regardless of their position. I had my Camry oil changed and tires rotated and they went ahead to top off all my fluids in addition to doing a basic check on my vehicle. They were helpful and efficient and I d recommend their service to anyone who d like a hassle free experience.

I had Great experience at Sam Lehman Toyota. My salesman was Sebastian Garcia. Sebastian was very friendly & knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted. I appreciated the communication to keep me informed of vehicles at the dealership. Once I made my purchase, he was excellent helping me understand all the features, and help me set everything up in the car. I highly recommend Sebastian and the folks at Sam Leman Toyota!

I just picked up my new Toyota Prius from Sam Leman and even with the chaos of a tent event, they made my buying experience very personal.Horeb made sure everything went as smooth as it could and gave me every fact I asked for in a straightforward answer. He wasn't afraid to tell me if he didn't know something and immediately went to find the answers he didn't know directly.The entire Toyota team did their best and the car I reserved even arrived earlier than expected. I will be glad to continue to see them for maintenance and future visits.Once again, thank to the whole team.

I just wanted to start out by saying the customer service group at this location was phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, they were extremely helpful. My keys were locked inside the trunk, and they didn t hesitate to exhaust every option they could to get my mother and me back on the road in our rental! Even with a packed schedule for the day, they took the time to address our situation and in the end got the keys back and us on the road. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help, would highly recommend them!

I want to call this one stalking for stars.Well, my , my car buying experience was very frustrating.He stalked me alfonso stalked me for 2 weeks about getting a car from them So I finally went in thinking everything was gonna be smooth. It was gonna be something. I really liked long story short. I couldn't enjoy the car experience because he rolled in the back seat with us to check the car out. Running all off at the mouth trying to mask things that was going on with the vehicle. He didn't care about how I felt about anything about the car anything He was too busy trying to make a sale even to this day. Even after getting his commission getting my money, he's still calling me asking for stars. He lucky he even got the one! who do tha? You got your commission. You got my money, leave me alone!

Through texts we initially were in contact with Damian Fleming. He answered all of the questions we had about a 2021 Toyota Highlander hybrid. Subsequently my husband I set up an appointment to test drive this vehicle on a Saturday morning. He was friendly, professional, and noticeably well informed about the Highlander. We arrived at a final purchase price that was agreeable to us. The experience culminated in Damian spending nearly a half hour demonstrating features and technology making it accessible to us. We definitely will recommend Damian to others who are in the market for a Toyota.

I was on an out of town contract when I had an issue with my Prius. Sam Leman was the closest dealer so I contacted them expecting a nightmare. Their staff was amazing! They hooked me up with a towing service and then fit my car in with their busy schedule. They even managed to get me a loaner vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. I wished I lived closer because they would be my dealer of choice.

10/10 Experience! My sales guy, Kevin B., was amazing. I went in nervous and he explained everything to me and showed me my best options. He was one of the sweetest guys I have ever met and he made the process of getting my car so smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I was calm, collected, and 100% on everything. If I was ever confused on anything, Kevin would make sure to break it down for me to best understand before moving forward. Once again, thank you so much Kevin!
