I had my windshield replaced on 8/21/23. Dropped it off and picked up after they closed. Windshield has a bigger gap on driver's side than the passenger. Also plastic trim at bottom of windshield was scratched by them and cracked the plastic washers as well. I will be contacting them and my insurance company for the lack of care and damages. I will never go here again!

You can't actually talk to a person using the phone number listed. It sends you to an automated system and there's no way for you to talk to a real person. They try to force you to go to their website. I was looking to talk to a person about getting a rock chip fixed in my mom's car. I wanted to talk to someone on my phone first to explain the situation there but is no option to speak to a person. I went to their competition Gerber.

Colin did phenomenal, fast, efficient work. The site estimated 1.5-2 hours and he was done in 1. The store was even running ahead of schedule and got me in 1.5 hours early. Great experience overall

I need an existing windshield resealed because it was installed poorly a few years ago and has come partially loose. However, the phone number uses the world's least useful voice assistant. Literally all it can do is tell you to visit the website (which did not provide the information I need, and is therefore why I called), or manage an appointment for replacing broken glass.So, if you don't have a broken window or an existing appointment, don't bother calling. Eventually, the automated system will send you a text message with the website address and then hang up on you. Truly the worst phone experience I've ever had - and I've worked tech support.

We were able to easily schedule our appointment online for a windshield replacement next day. Collin called me ahead of time to make sure that it was okay for him to stop by. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing and the timeframe. He did an amazing job replacing my windshield and even found a few goodies hidden up under the glass he shared with me. I appreciate his expediency and would recommend this service to anyone who needs a replacement.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Customer service was excellent! While it was a little pricey, the service more than made up for it. It was very easy to make an appointment online, and they were able to fix a crack in my windshield. The gentleman helping me was polite and honest. He was even kind enough to clean my windows and vacuumed out the front of my car. If I ever have any more issues with my windshield, I know I can trust them to take care of me.

Extremely impressed with Bloomington Safelite! Was in constant contact with a technician who was doing his best to work around my hectic schedule. They had the wrong molding for my car and had to reschedule, but absolutely made it right with their professionalism and service. I can tell that they take pride in their work, and both the manager and the technician I spoke to were extremely professional and friendly.

terrible service since they wont answer their phone. tried 4 times in a row and no answer. you cannot even get to a customer service person only automated response. only gave a single star because it made you at least one should have been no stars. I totally agree with Danny review from 4 months ago .evidently they don't care and have not changed in the last 4 months.

My visit was exceptional! The manager, Jared is dripping with professionalism and was so kind and knowledgeable to both me and my four year old. Safelite had better value him because any company would be lucky to have him as an employee. Great service again! Both of our cars had window damage within two weeks. Technicians are friendly quick to help. Covered window with plastic until we could get in for repair. Very easy to work with and they have great contacts with insurance companies (State Farm). Wevy easy to file a claim.

Great service. Chip went above and beyond to repair my badly damaged windshield and work around my school schedule. The technicians explained the whole process and made sure I stayed informed throughout the process.They were also the only glass shop that could even get me the part I needed due to my car being old and fairly unique. Very impressed with the quality of the work considering how badly my vehicle was damaged.Definitely would recommend going here.

I went here to get a windshield replacement. It was great service and the staff had good communication. It was done in less than an hour and a half and there is a lifetime warranty. The staff member also noticed that my ipass was just sitting on my dash and offered to mount it on my windshield with double sided tape. Would recommend!

Update: Your canned response below is insulting. I comment that I want to talk to a live person on the phone and you respond with an answer of how I can contact you via all the methods OTHER THAN a live person on the phone. You guys are a joke.Original comment:Spent 20 minutes trying to get a live person on the phone. When you call the local number it routes you thru to their automated service that just keeps reverting you to their website or hanging up on you if you don't pick one of the pre chosen call tree options. Get your chat bots updated and give people an option to speak to a live person AT THE LOCATION THEY CALL

Friendly, professional staff that get the job done. Had a semi truck throw a rock at us as we were passing through town on a long road trip. They got us in and out on the same day and we were back on the road in almost no time at all. Highly recommend.

Replaced the windshield of a limousine. Did an excellent job. Brought it to them in the morning by setting up an appointment online. Had it back hy the end of the day. They found some rust and primed it for me as well before reinstalling the new windshield. The price of the windshield was less than I thought it would be as well.

Always great service here. And honest. Looked at my window for 5 minutes and said it wasn't worth fixing with a very good and clear explanation of why. And didn't charge me for their time.

Yes, $90 seemed a bit much for a chip the size of a pencil eraser BUT I signed up for an appointment same day and was in and out without a fuss. The staff was very nice and explained the process expertly. I see no reason not to come to Safelite to fix the chips in your windshield.

needed to replace my windshield, when online because of the catchy jingle from the old commercials, and they staff On locust street were great. I dropped off my car and forgot to ask them to transfer my city registration sticker. I came back to pick up my car and the sticker was on the new windshield. Between that and the fact that the price was half of their competitors. there is no doubt i will use these guys again, the guys in the shop were helpful and too the point. This experience was painless.

I had to bring a car here for rear window replacement. They were supposed to come to my office today but there was a drizzle outside so they couldn't fix it because it was too wet. So when I got there I checked my car in at the front desk and after I checked in I went to sit down and ALL of the chairs were dirty, went to get some water out of the water cooler and it was empty. I saw a keurig but no pods. This store was filthy. It was gross, there were cobwebs everywhere. The candy machines had candy in them but they were faded to almost white! Someone need to address the condition of the store.Service: Auto rear window replacement

The company has no respect for people. Website doesn't provide enough options to assist with specific issues. Getting to a live agent? Company must be failing and not enough workers.

We just had Jared from Safe lite Auto Glass come out and replace the wind shield on our 2005 Suburban. Very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we knew we had a new glass installer for life!!! Thank You Jared for taking such phenomenal care of my father!!! Will not be forgotten!!!
