I will never come here again!! If i could give negative stars i would. I had my brakes done and noticed my car was leaking a fluid after they did my brakes. I called to report it, and they explained they wouldn't be able to do anything about it since they didnt have a key for my VW.Months later, the car was still leaking fluid. I took my car to another place and they explained I was leaking brake fluid and that the line was completely dry due to a seal that was not properly tightened. This cost me $$$ and I could have been in a devastating accident because my brakes didn't work.Instead of re-checking their work, they made excuses !Not sure someone's life is worth not double checking the work and listening to the customer.I never thought coming here would put my life in Jeopardy.Horrible experience!! Do not recommend!!!!

I've done business since they opened and have never had but 5 star honesty, 5 star service to my truck, and 5 star service and treatment from Brian and Jeff. Their rates are very competitive. I just had a 4 wheel alignment for $75 when all the competitors I called were $120 and above. There was an issue with my rust bucket of a truck and was informed that I may take a major undertaking in order to align the front tires by Jeff. He went back to work and was able to adjust the toe enough to align the tires without all the extra expenses, but still charged $75. That's honesty in it's truest form. From tires, alignments, oil changes, and more, these guys are all class and very trustworthy.

Great service and had some great prices. All the procedures were explained in details with a print out, to see what was done for my alignment.

Bad customer service man got mad at me because I just wanted to buy a tire without installation, hung up in my face and tried to act like I didn t ask him a question right before.

Today I made an appointment for 230. Drove across town just to find out this place dosen't have their air conditioning on! My thermometer in the van said 97. We left. Last time we were there I had stripped my drain plug. Not a big deal just needed to get vice grips on it to get it loose. I brought my own oil and filter and these guys still charged 70 dollars to drain the oil and add my own. Granted they did give me a shiny new drain plug $7. Not the shop for meService: Oil change

I've used Palmer on 2 different occasions and will definitely use them again. Their staff is friendly and their prices and quality of work is top-notch. I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I had a vehicle stall at a big box store on one of the coldest days of the winter. Palmers was not open and I had to wait until the next business day and they got right in on it and found a small issue. They repaired it for under the$100.

The team at Palmer is fantastic. Jeff and Brian are trustworthy and professional. Been going here for a couple years and would still be if I hadn t moved out of state. Often times I ll ask them to do work, and they ll call me and tell me it s not needed yet. Keep up the good work!

I have been taking my cars to Palmer over the years and have always been happy there. They are very honest and also offer better pricing than dealer service shops. Today they looked at my brake pads, which a large dealer in town said needed replacing 1 year ago, and told me that they still have some life left and could wait until spring to be replaced. You don't find that type of integrity and honesty every day, which is why everyone should go to Palmer!Service: General repairs & maintenance

my car overheated and i had it towed in 1/14/22 had it returned on 2/11/22 after a full engine replacement for $2600. Over the course of the next 2 months i bring it in weekly for the same issue, probably totaling about 6 visits (I honestly lost count). On 4/21/22 i get my car back after another full engine replacement. The transmission is rougher than i left it, the engine vibrates and rumbles something fierce but I think "whatever its finally over, it works" dies again 5/23/22 i call in the next day, the guy on the phone tells me towing it in again is going to be my financial responsibility. Im calling again tomorrow to hopefully speak to the manager/owner about either a refund or giving them one final crack at it, before demanding a refund.

I drive about 2000 miles a month for work & pleasure, so my car is very important. My check engine light went on and my banker recommended Palmer. I am so thankful for that recommendation! Brian was very friendly and professional. He got me in right away and diagnosed the problem. Once he evaluated the car, he sat down with me to explain what was going on & itemized the pricing. I trusted his opinion and had the repairs done that day. I will definitely use Palmer again. I'm so grateful to have found a place like this. I highly recommend Palmer!

My shock busted and I needed a quick fix to get my car back on the road right away. I called them up on a Friday morning at 8 and explained my issue on the phone. Not only did they take me the same day, but they exceeded my expectations by having it done by noon. In addition, we asked for an estimate up front (which was fair pricing) and they stuck to it.

I take all of my vehicles to Palmer. Jeff and Brian are both very professional. They are honest and do a great job on service. Anytime we have an issue Palmer is the first call, I know I'll get an honest assessment of the situation, a job done quickly and a reasonable price.

My go to Tire/Auto place closed up a few months ago. I decided to go look for another place. Found Palmer Tire/Auto due to the high reviews on Google Maps, so I decided to give them a shot. I had my tires replaces and oil changed.The staff were really friend and the service was quick. I never felt I was getting pushed around on getting things done I didn't need. Prices were on-par with work done to my car at the other place. Furthermore, they did a quick survey and found I needed to replace my air filter and also indicated how much life I had on my breaks.I recommend this shop and will be going here again.

We were driving to our vacation about an hour away from home when our check engine light started flashing. Palmer tire & auto agreed to take a look. They ended up having to do quite a bit of work on the car, but they explained every step of what they were doing and why, listened to our concerns, and otherwise were very helpful and genuine. Highly recommend!!!!

Great people and great service. Palmer Tire & Auto has worked on my commercial vehicle, our family's daily driver & my vintage collector car. Their work is honest, fairly priced and quick. Thanks for the great service, we'll be customers for years to come!

Excellent, friendly, honest service. Never had a problem getting a convenient appointment. They called me the day after getting my brakes fixed once to make sure they were still working. I've been to a few mechanics in town, but now that I've found these guys I won't take my car anywhere else.

Six months ago I broke my shield under my car and was told it couldn t be fixed and I had to replace it for $350. I brought my car here, with more damage, and they fixed it with no issues and for FREE! Everyone was so nice here and I will only bring my car here from now on. With the change in weather I had been having trouble with my tires holding air and had been having to fill them up quite a few times over the last couple weeks. After noticing *another* flat, I drove to the closest Tire & Auto shop I saw. I am so grateful it was Palmer!I was on my lunch break and just asked if the tire check was something they could do in an hour they said they wouldn't want to put me in a time crunch and it would be best to come back the next day, but they offered to fill up my flat tire for free and were very kind and informative on what was likely the problem. There was no doubt in my mind I would be coming back the next day.Brought the car in this morning and the service was just fantastic, quick and informative! I was also very pleased with the price because they ended up having to replace one of my tires and I was worried about what the final cost would be, but it was quite reasonable!Very pleased to give this place 5 stars and I will definitely be coming back should I need any other service work done on my vehicle.

I knew one of the owners before he helped start this business. Thought he was a great employee then and think is a better owner. Reasonable and responsive. I am personally a back yard mechanic and I am able to sense bs and l haven't had any cause for concern with PALMER Tire and Auto when I am unable to handle it myself. Highest recommendation.

After trying several other service centers, I found Palmer Tire & Auto and decided to give them a try. I met the owner, Brian, who was very helpful. Palmers went above what I expected! In addition, their pricing was more than fair -- especially when I compared them to other service centers. They also found that a service that another auto center told me needed to be replaced was actually not needed.This is a family-owned and family-operated business. I've used them multiple times now and they are now my only auto service center. I can't recommended them more!

Worst service ever!! Want to get a starter and oil change done. Forgot to do the oil change then didn t tighten my bolts on my transmission that the had to move, so my car started over heatingBeen there 3x and all 3 I had to take my car back up there for them to redo what the should have done in the first place.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!Service: Engine repair

Quoted me a transmission price then almost doubled it after they had the car. Told them I had to save up that much and they said no problem only to be charged a storage fee of almost $600 on the top of the transmission charges. Was told storage fees needed to be paid immediately else a mechanics lean would be put on car. Tried to call multiple times to work out some arrangement and calls never returned. They basically stole my car. I had to do a settlement with the finance company and have no car to show for it. Thieves and Liars.

Ridiculously fast - ordered tires right before 11 am and they booked me for 3:00 pm same day! I was there less than 45 minutes for two tire replacements. Jeff was awesome!

Had a quote that my car exhaust could not be repaired and needed $1300 to replace. Took here for 2nd opinion and said it could be repaired for less than $200. Had the repair done right then and was out in about an hour, thanks palmer team!
