The morning shift was nice enough to charge my jumper for me to start my van. Verified I'd be in at 4pm. Called asked them if I could pick it up at 5, they obliged and said no problem. I Go in at 5:15, ask the counter, lady looks for it, can't find it. Not an issue. They ask me to describe the employee that helped me. Old man goes "that was Chuck, who knows where he could've put it," in a negative demeanor. Lady offers to call the employee (also a manager),but old man employee threatens/warns "last guy who did that got fired". Asked lady if that was true, she shrugged it off, moments later, old man tosses battery jumper, making it slam on the counter, walks off in a huff. I ask if I can have my charger cord also. Old man retorts "No!", storms off like a child with O.D.D. and lady reassures me he's grabbing it. Situation was confusing for all of us but he had no reason to act like a little kid and throw a tiny tantrum with my battery jumper. Thank you Chuck, and that lady for being cool and genuinely good people. Y'all are half that dudes age but still are twice as mature.

This store is much more perfered than the store in Normal. This store they were so much nicer and helpful and over all just happy people unlike the location in Normal. This store manager kept my 10 month old busy while I was getting all my parts priced for my car. They were so patient and i could see the team work there between the employees there. I'm actually happy that I left the Normal store and went to this one instead. Very much recommend this store if your looking around.

Great friendly service! I'm pretty clueless about car maintenance. I've gone here for windshield wipers, headlight bulbs, etc. I really appreciate their help selecting and installing wipers and lightbulbs. Maybe easy for other people to install those, but like I said, I'm clueless about those things.

In my experience, auto parts stores aren't necessarily the most courteous people to their customers. These are the nicest folks who really like to help. I go there, I send my wife there, and now I'm sending my 16 year old son there. That's the best testimony I can give.

Place is a joke. Most of the people working are clueless and constantly give me the wrong parts. Last time I went there they have me the wrong brake pads, I returned them for the right ones but the next box they gave me was a return and was missing half the parts. I ll never go back to this place.And there prices are ridiculous, farm and fleet sells oil $3 $4/quart cheaper for the same brand.

Always friendly and helpful people. They have never given me the wrong part. The store also gives military 5% off. It also worth signing up for the rewards program. All you need is your phone number and email. When you go in just give them your phone number and you can build up points to get free stuff.

One of the only franchise auto parts stores that offers brake drum and rotor machining services. I have gone here twice in the past for this specific reason. Both times, none of the staff present knew how to use the brake lathe, both times they asked me if I knew how to use it (I do), both times they led me to the back and allowed me to machine my own parts, and both times I was not charged for the service I provided myself with their expensive equipment. I would not necessarily expect this level of service, but it has been my experience.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and don't hesitate to offer help when you need it. The shelves are really well stocked and if they don't have a part that you need today and can't wait for it to be shipped to the store they don't hesitate to send you to another store like Advance Auto or AutoZone or Napa. It's nice to finally find a company that really just wants to help.

Matthew was a huge help for me today. I don t know anything about cars so it s important for me to shop at places with patient, knowledgeable staff. The type of service he provided was exactly that!! He went above and beyond for me to educate and make sure I was fully taken care of!!!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! We needed a new battery and were in a bit of a hurry. They didn't force anything on us. They gave us options and even offered to install it for us before we opted to buy the best they offered! Very happy!

Fast and friendly service! We were visiting from out of town and noticed that one of our headlights was out. We made a stop here. With help from the friendly and hardworking employees, we were able to make our purchase and get the headlight installed in 10 minutes.

They got me sorted out quickly with a new battery when mine was failing. I got a battery and alternator test, a new battery installed and the old one recycled in less than 30 minutes.

Amazing service. Need help just ask Chad, Carlos, Luke. And the rest of the team.. They are always there to help.. Always in good spirit. Super helpful need a light put in they got you. Battery they got you. Wipers yep they got you.. Codes read they got you.. Don't know where the oart is located on your car they got you.

The service was awful!! They wouldn't honor a radio promotion that I even played for them saying their store doesn't participate in local promotions. Even after that I still decided to buy oil and filter, the clerk Andrew couldnt even recommend an oil weight for me and refused to use the computer to look up a suitable one. I had another customer over hear the conversation between myself and Andrew and follow me out of the store to apologize for the horrible service and assist me in finding the correct oil weight at an AutoZone down the street. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!!!

Bought new windshield wipers there, and no one bothered to offer to put them on; so I thought it was a service that they didn't provide, but NAPA and Auto Zone do. After following the instructions, and trying to find the correct attachment of the four included, I decided to return them, and head to NAPA instead. I brought them in to return explaining my frustration, and they stated that they do put the wipers on. Then why the heck didn't one of their employees offer that service when I originally purchased them? It would have saved me the time and inconvenience of having to drive all the way back there to begin with! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

Ill never go here again. Bought a transmission and after the shop installed it they said parts were missing. I took this information in and left it for the manager, but they never bothered calling me. Its one thing to not cover missing parts, but its another to ignore customers.

Never coming here again, I called ahead for a light bulb to be sit aside and it never was had to wait awhile they looked for itI asked for help to put a bulb in my car he didn't want to help and walk away when I still need help crazy part was he looked like a managerI can only say thank you to YouTube because I had to look it up on there propertyAt lest one worker was kind and helped with drections where to find something in the store

Christmas morning 2017, get the car loaded up with gifts ready to hit the road to the in-laws, tap the wipers to clear off the remnants of snow and both wipers were frozen to the glass and tore apart. These guys were open, and Glen quickly swapped out the old frozen wipers for new Bosch icons and now we can see the snow caked highways clearly.

Battery just went dead. Dealership wouldn't even look at it for a week. 20 minutes later, including drive time, I have new battery installed and I'm good to go!! It was NOT an easy change out.

Never try to place an order over the phone. An order for 7 items and a total was repeated back to me to make sure everything was right. When I came to pick it up it was missing 3 items but the price was the same as what was quoted.Edit* I added another star because they found the missing items but I wouldn't rely on an accurate order.
