Everyone turned me down in Springfield Illinois to work on my radiator. Maas was there for me 100% 4 days and our Rv is back on the road. Highly recommendThank you so much for doing what others could NOT

was initially told 2 to 3 weeks for gas tank refinish and repair.going on 9 weeks and i have had to call every week to to find out status, only to be told next week will be finished.the customer service sucks, no communication unless i initiate.i just hope the quality of their work is better than their service.

Asked how much to weld small hole in back side of radiator, they could not give answer. So dropped it off they call me said 94.59 for the fix, I thought wow kinda high. Duralast replacement was 69.99 new. So I paid for it went around back to pick it up.And wouldn't ya know they used an epoxy instead of welding it like I have had done in the past from Other companies. I could have bought epoxy for 6 bucks and glued it myself from Auto zone or almost any hardware store.!!! Never again!!

It's where we go for radiators, and they can get you a good one, but the parking and driving areas are hazardous there. They've needed to do something about it for as far back as I can remember too. I always worry about getting nails and such in our tires when we stop there.Other drivers coming in are also concerning. I don't know why it seems like we're risking the safety of our vehicles any time we stop there. You have to take your time to navigate the potholes and other hazards. Otherwise...what they do and provide is helpful.

They are a good place to go if you take the part in without the vehicle, but their website is a complete lie, as they DO NOT REPAIR VEHICLES...nor do 99% of the things stated on the webpage?? I don't get why they wouldn't change this. Sad that they don't staff mechanics any longer.

This is the only place in town that I would have work on my radiator and cooling systems. Honest hard working people know the real meaning of customer service. They know what they are talking about and take care of everything!

Got a new radiator from them. Had some confusion on bill, but they resolved the problem. Very satisfied.
