Very thorough and timely on the repairs. My dealer had said the part was back ordered. They had it done quickly and several hundred dollars less than the dealer. I have definitely found a new mechanic.

I was driving through the area on my way to Chicago for a meeting when my Tacoma's alternator failed. Thankfully, Rolando and his team pulled my truck in and worked on it right away. They had me back on the road in about 90 minutes. And the bill was fair, they did not overcharge me for the urgent work. They were friendly and hard-working.If I lived in the area, this garage would be my go-to for all auto repairs. Thank you all very much!

Los Amigos was FANTASTIC. They gave us a fair price and completed the work without trying to upsell me at all. The team is friendly and got to work quickly. They fixed my old minivan up on the spot. Went to this shop for the first time today. I hate going to auto shops as a woman because the mechanics always talk to me like I m stupid and patronize me, try to up-sell me, etc.. it s never a good time. But the guy on the phone was very nice and said they could squeeze me in which was awesome since it was a Friday afternoon and no other shop in town would help as they were all booked. I showed up and Los Amigos was also super busy which is even cooler that they fit me in. I think the owner is who helped me, and he was so so nice and joked around with me, explained what he was doing and what was going on with my car, he honestly felt like an uncle or family member helping me out. They solved my problem and sent me on my way. Nicest experience I ve ever had at a mechanic shop, they are doing all my repairs from now on!

It's great that there are still good people like this in the world. I was on the road from Michigan to Texas, and I had a massive oil leak. I stayed at a hotel and the woman at the front desk recommended this place..I went there the next morning and they were kind and understanding about my situation. They helped me track down the part and the next day fixed my car when the part came in. They did not take advantage but fixed my car at a reasonable price and quickly had me in my way. Thank you Los Amigos.

Nothing but good things to say about Rolando and Los Amigos Auto Services! On December 26 (when most auto shops were closed), one of our spark plugs started misfiring while on a 700-mile trip and the engine light started flashing at us. We stopped in Bloomington (about the half way point of our trip) and asked for a mechanic recommendation. Los Amigos was suggested. We called at 2 pm and they were looking at our vehicle by 4 pm, making time to squeeze us in. They completed a tune up (at a VERY fair price) and we were back on the road by 5:30. The staff was friendly and kept us informed of the problems they found and progress to completion. Our vehicle is running more smoothly than it has in a while and our trip was completed with no other issues. Thank you Los Amigos Auto Services! We would highly recommend you to anyone!

I had a very good experience with Los Amigos. I ordered a set of tires for a cargo trailer from a local big box store. Upon arrival I discovered their auto center was closed due to staffing, and it was unknown when they would reopen. Since I frequently drive by Los Amigos I decided to call them. I spoke with Rolando, who told me he could mount/balance them for me the following afternoon. Upon arrival, he recalled our conversation, had me back my trailer up to one of the service bays, and two guys began working on it right away. They removed, mounted, and balanced the 4 tires in a little more than 30 minutes. They took the time to ask me what PSI I wished to have put in them. Rolando personally torqued the lug nuts to the correct spec. The price was fair. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I needed my car looked at but every place on my side town was booked a week out. Then I remembered Los Amigos. I called and they were more than happy to take the time to look at my car. Unfortunately the owner couldn't get my car to replicate what I had experienced but he didn't dismiss my account of what had happened either, which happens a lot to women. Now I know why my coworkers and others in town rave about this shop. Next time I am.in need of a mechanic, they have my business

Best place in town for auto repair. They are trustworthy and do work at a fair price. Plus the guys are all awesome dudes and always fun to talk to. And they got an awesome dog that walks around too. Thanks Los Amigos!

The only place you should be taking your car in Central Illinois. Fair pricing and friendly, knowledgeable people.My 2005 Ford Freestyle, which are known to have transmission issues, has 273 thousand+ miles they help me keep her going.

Rolando and his team are amazing. They have worked on 4 of my cars and repaired all four at a very reasonable price. Most of the time the work was done the same day. I always recommend this place to family and friends. You wont find a more honest and hardworking shop.

Very honest and do good work. Oil change place on Eastland drive good me by front brake pads needed to be changed ASAP. LA Rosa me more than 90% left. There's nothing in it for them but I appreciate it!

I've been using this establishment for repairs on my 2 vehicles going on 5 years now, and am 5 star satisfied with the service rendered, and will continue to use them whenever I am unable to do it myself. Orlando, owner of shop, has instilled upon me, sincerity and trust, use of quality parts, giving me the option of cheap or higher priced NAPA parts (hopefully that means quality), I have no qualms in recommending this establishment for vehicular repairs,,,,,other than, if he becomes swamped because of this highlight, well, he's earned it!!!

I'm sharing a tale about an automotive shop that went above and beyond the call of duty, and this has nothing to do with a car or truck. I was towing a boat enroute to a Wisconsin vacation and a hub on the boat trailer went out. I pulled over to the TA truck stop and learned that they would not help me out. A cashier in the store recommended Los Amigos, as she trusted them and they seem to be one of the only shops open on Saturday. I was able to get to Los Amigos and the owner, Mr. Alarcon told me he would try to take care of the problem immediately. He bent over backwards to help me out and made several attempts to repair the hub but parts could not be located due to the age of the trailer. I ended up getting a new trailer and Los Amigos transferred the boat from the old trailer to a new one, not an easy task out of water. I wish I lived in Bloomington IL as Los Amigos would be my choice for auto repair. They are trustworthy, upfront and transparent, and reasonably priced. With Los Amigos you get what you pay for and then some!

We have 5 vehicles that always seems to need mechanical attention. Rolando is always very accommodating. Gets job done quickly and professionally. Very honest and does not over charge like most places. Quick turn around, and backs up his work. Very hard working honest businessman. Highly recommend Los Amigos.

Rolando and staff are very accommodating, with very reasonable prices. He doesn't recommend stuff you don't need. He had me in and out in no time. We've taken several vehicles there for various reasons. Always courteous, friendly and professional.

I'd be stuck on the road still if it weren't for the guys at Los amigos. Got towed in late on a Friday they took the time and fixed my starter . Got us back on the road in no time wished I lived closer they would be my guys to go to. Sincerely take your vehicles here .

Hands down the best mechanic in this town. I had a repair that was estimated by another shop to cost $690.15. Rolando and Los Amigos took a look at it, fixed it for $50. Not only that but it was same day (Saturday) without any appointment. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Los Amigos is the best auto repair shop in the Bloomington Normal area. If you take your car to someone else you can pay more and possibly pay for repairs that are not needed. Rolando will work with you and give you all the options. I won t take my vehicles to anyone else!
