Has always done good quick buisness in this town. Never overcharging giving the best bang for your buck. Fully local buisness with a great reputation. Always my first choice if I need a used tire or spare.

I give them 3 stars because I go here often and they do pretty great work. I would ve gave them 5 stars but they never pick up the phone. This morning I ve already contacted them 4 times and no answer and they also don t have a mailbox set up for you to leave a voicemail. It s an inconvenience to drive way across town and then find out they don t have what you need, so I like to call first and check. If they had a website or answered the phone, it would make giving them 5 stars easier. Service is great overall, but getting in contact with them is hard!

Very fast, very nice , good used tires and was in and out fast. I m from out of town but now I know when I come back out here for work there s a tire place I can trust if I deal with a flat again.

I took my car here in need of a quick tire change. I had got a flat while leaving for work a previous night, and they were one of the only businesses able to get it in the same day I needed it to be. Thankfully, I got my car back in no time at all as well!In the following two weeks, I had to put more air in my car on two separate occasions after only driving it to and from work (an average 10 minute drive). Upon reaching out to them, they said that they would happily fix it and for free, considering how recently I got the tire. Okay, that's great!I go to their business and an employee fixed it in fifteen minutes without me even having to get out of my car (which I did find a little odd, I can't lie). But then he charged me another $20 for it? While I understand that it had been due to a nail in my tire (as I was told), I have not had that particular problem (nail in my tire) in YEARS. And it just so happened to happen to the tire I JUST got changed from them? Yeah, I don't think I'll go back here despite having good service. I guess it just felt a little off how I was lied to.

Took my car in to get my tire patched and noticed I needed air in the same tire they patched less than a week later. Come to find out from a new mechanic they didn t patch my tire with what they were supposed to! Never going back!

Never have my size of tires. I need 235-50-18. Plus, Jesse is never there, and I get it you the owner, but when I try to call, cause we go way back. 9 n half out of 10, he's not there. Some guys don't know the questions I asked, and the front woman doesn't know or where to try and find where to call. Gives me to other places, and they say they who work at Jesse's need to stop giving people their name cause they don't do used tires or factory rims.

Had a valve stem problem with a fairly new tire from somewhere else. Got me in the day I called, fixed within 20 minutes. Saved the day! Under $100 including an air valve stem and sensor. Super nice people!!

Went to discount tire when they opened at eight o'clock in the morning. Had a tire losing error that needed a quick repair. Two hours later my car still hadn't been pulled into the garage so I left.Went to jessie's in and out in five minutes.

I have purchased 5 tires from Jessie over the last year. The first needed to be patched the next week. I then had 2 service calls to my home for $150 each. One of those tires has a flat a few months later. Another service call was made for that tired on July first. That same tired got a flat today and they refused to fix the flat or give a discount on their tire. Now there is only a 10 day warranty on their tires. No warranty was mentioned at time of purchase. After speaking with Jessie and asking if there was anything he could do he stated, We are busy and there are other service calls we have to take. My daughter was stranded for an hour waiting for this response. We are a part of your community and should have been treated better.

These guys are outstanding!! I had a nail in a tire, arrived at 9:01 and was on my way, fixed, inflated and paid up, at 9:08.This is my second fantastic experience with Jesse's. If you've got tire troubles or needs, you're foolish if you don't give them a try!!

My Lug Nuts needed replaced due to swelling (I didn t know that was a thing ) and they had a great price for me. They also installed a new tire for me that I brought with me. Highly recommend

Jessie has been taking care of all of my cars' mechanical needs and tire needs for years! It's the 1st place i refer people to because I know they will be treated with respect and cared for like family. I can't say enough good things about how he does business and treats people. His prices are great, and above and beyond care is always extended.

Got to work this morning with a screw in my tire and upon removal I could hear air coming out. Called Jesse's and they had service tech in my parking lot 15 mins later and 5 mins later it was repaired. Will definitely do business here again. Thank you Jesse's Tires!

I have gone to Jesse's multiple times as my tires seem to be nail magnets. Each and every time I roll into the parking lot they quickly find the issue and repair it at a fair price. It's so convenient to not have to worry about making an appointment as they will make the repairs on the spot with no appointment needed. This last time the repair to my tire didn't work, but when I came in again to get it fixed they made it right with no questions asked. I cannot recommend them enough for an all around great experience!

Rims came out out of a 2021 jeep wrangler only driven 16 miles and he told me it needed it new valves i was what are you taking about they brand new he didn't what to lisen and and whanted to charge for new valves to put in I was like came on bro they brand new.

Always an awesome experience at Jesse s Tire Clinic.! I don t take my vehicles anywhere else to get tire work done. Been here twice and both times the service has been amazing as soon as I rolled onto their property. Their expertise is unmatched. They can tell what s wrong just by the way the car rolls in. In and out in no time and again the customer service is unmatched by anywhere. I highly recommend taking your vehicles in for any kind of tire work you need done. They re great people, very friendly, and they ll walk you through the issues and what they re doing to fix it and they have the best prices for their amazing service. I will always come here. There has never been a time Jesse's hasn't given me 5 star service. Tire changes have always been done correctly and in record time. He's my first stop always.He's also an incredible human with big dreams for his shop. 10/10 recommend.

Do not be thrown off by the location. Jesse and his crew did a phenomenal job on putting 4 new tires on and tire alignment. It was half the price that dealerships charge but the folks at Jesse s Tire Clinic make you feel like you are part of the family. Absolutely fantastic people and customer service. Will return and recommend to friends and family.

I absolutely love Jesse's. Being hard of hearing makes getting car repairs close to impossible. Here the staff is beyond understanding if I need them to repeat what they've said or have to use my interpreting app in a conversation. That and they saved my wallet last week. Not only did I not have to pay $1,200 for break work on my van turns out what the mechanic at the other "wonderful" place said I was in dire need of was bs...my van was fine it had just sat for too long.Yay!! No wallet breaking prices.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this shop. We blew a camper tire within the first 20 minutes of our vacation and were referred to Jesse s. They not only had what we needed, they went to the warehouse to get another, and had all 3 brand new tires mounted within 30 minutes. They were sweet to our small boys who wanted to watch and just all around treated us warmly. They fixed what could have been an awful vacation.

Jesse's Tire is the best place to go for inexpensive used tires and service. They are relatively quick, I had 4 tires put on and it took about 15 or 20 minutes. Very satisfied and they treated us very well and with great customer service. Will most definitely return!

I have been going to Jesse's Tire Clinic ever since they were originally located on Clinton st and I have never had one bad experience with them. They are extremely professional in every interaction over the phone or in person. They have a great deal of knowledge when it comes to fixing and replacing tires and ALWAYS get the job done right in a very timely manner. Jesse's is the only place I go for tires and will continue to use them in the future and for my kids' cars when they need tire work done as well. Thanks for being a staple local business here in Bloomington/Normal!

My dealership had plugged my tire yesterday which failed on our road-trip. Fortunately it failed only miles from the exit. Jesses crew re-plugged and got us underway in minutes.

Saw no indication that they are now closed on Saturdays until I pulled into the lot and saw the hand written sign in the window! I wasted gas driving there. Wasted my time to get there when I had plenty of other things to do at 8 am. Wasted my whole morning.WARNING! Jesse's is temporarily closed on Saturdays until further notice! Maybe someone could post it when they reopen Saturday work.

Whole traveling for our honeymoon my wife and I began having some issues with our car. We were told to bring it right in. They were able to get us back on the road quickly. Thank you to these folks for helping make this headache a little less bothersome. Super friendly staff

I took my car initially to my dealership and got nothing but the run around for 5 days. After many headaches I had enough and someone suggested Jesse Tire. I brought my car in Tuesday night and my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up by Wednesday before noon! They also gave me a very reasonable quote and very nice and professional staff. Jesse s made my life 100% easier! I can t say enough great things about this place!!
