Taylor Ward did amazing job. He was there to greet me as soon as I pulled up. He informed me of the preventative maintenance I needed in order to bring my vehicle up-to-date. Thanks, Taylor for helping me.l take car of my previous baby. I will Be recommending Taylor Ward to all my friends and family!!

I WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!My van was having a stalling issue and unfortunately I was 3 hours from home. Gearheads was close by ended up giving them a call before taking my vehicle in, was told it would get looked at that day or the following morning. Didn't receive any calls or updates. I called them and kept getting a run around. 1st they had to weld a piece of pipe because my exhaust was to loud supposably to hear the motor run and they fixed my O2 wire and a vacuum line. I approved it for $225. Couple days later still no update. I call and the lady says my new updated charge is $880 the tech said I have low fuel pressure. At this point my van been in this shop almost a month. It's 3 hours away and they are telling me I owe them almost $900 and my van is literally the same way I brought it in. I am not a mechanic but they only fixed the obvious. And charged me a arm and a leg knowing I was a out of towner. I ended up picking the van back up. On the way home I pull over to get gas and the tech didn't even put my fuel cap back on it was gone!!! I get back on the road and this van is still stalling out at stops I couldn't drive it home. Another $300 tow to get it home. I finally get it to my mechanic to diagnose and it turns out to be a bad fuel pump. And this tech didn't even put my air filter back in!!!! I am sooooo upset. My mechanic wants to charge me $450 for new fuel pump. And I don't have the money. I've already invested almost $1200 for literally nothing I even told the lady this has to be a mistake and said no she has to pay the techs and overhead charges the price is the price. Thanks gearheads for taking advantage of my situation. Good luck to anybody needing their service.

I faced an urgent situation with a wheel bearing failure during my journey, and these guys were my top pick. Given that my truck is modified, I knew it required a true "gear-head." Impressively, they located the part and fixed the truck within a couple of hours. Their pricing was reasonable and actually lower than what I was quoted at the "Firestone" shop. I'm happy I chose them for my truck repairs, and I'll definitely revisit if I'm in the area.P.S. These guys are also dog lovers! I could bring my pup into the lounge, and they provided water and treats for my furry friend.

We came in for my car to get serviced and the experience was amazing! 10/10! honest and trustworthy staff, quick and reliable! Taylor and Shirley were very pleasant. Will be coming here from now on!

I had an issue with my ABS. Ford couldn't get me in for two weeks. I decided to stop by Gear Head Garage and right away I like these folks. I told them exactly what I thought the problem was and thank goodness they knew better. They fixed it for a fraction of the price I expected. I 100% recommend them.

I cannot speak more highly of the ABOVE and BEYOND service I received yesterday from Gearhead s Garage. I had stopped in later in the day to inquire about the cost of 4 new tires and in conversation mentioned I was traveling to Chicago for a work trip.Upon checking my tires to get the size, the owner let me know that my car was not safe to drive with the tires in that condition and executed an emergency order. He was able to get me four new tires, put them on, balanced and aligned within 2.5 hours and I drove away safe and sound with confidence in my upcoming trip. And since I waited there at the office for the repair, I got to witness the well-oiled machine and top notch customer service he provides to so many others as well. Thank you thank you thank you for looking out and your knowledge and expertise and willingness to squeeze me in!

Got a nail in my tire 50 miles from home. I was lucky enough to find this garage. Despite it being close to closing time, they managed to get me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience. I was calling around for quotes. The staff got back to me with a quote that was a couple hundred lower than the other places I called. Scheduled the appointment, and the car was repaired the same day, and the repairs that were done surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend Gearheads Garage to anybody, and will definitely be back for any repairs we need.

Gearheads saved the day! I was experiencing some serious grinding sounds coming from my brakes and needed to do a full brake replacement on my car. The Gearheads team was fast, efficient and friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back to them if I have any other issues in the future!

A few months back, I got a flat tire on the way to school. Gearheads is right up the street, so I called them to see if they could help me out. They told me to bring my car there, and within an hour, they had fixed my flat tire as well as change one of my taillights for less than 100 bucks. My car was ready to drive by my lunch time. They made everything very convenient and easy for me. All of the workers are so efficient and helpful. I will always recommend Gearheads to everyone!

The crew at Gearheads have been top notch in my opinion. Always respectful not only to me, but never talk down to or treat my wife like she's an idiot. They have diagnosed and fixed problems that other shops have failed at. Fair labor rates too.

I had a low tire indicator light that was not going off. The gas station air was not working so I googled for a nearby location and Gearheads showed up. They immediately took the car in and checked and filled all the tires and did not charge me anything!Very friendly and good service. I will be coming back for other services.

I believe the lady s name is Taylor but she made this process incredibly easy and less scary. I m a college student so I had no idea what to do what I noticed my muffler was laying in the ground, she helped guide me through the process which was very much appreciated. They also offer a student discount which is awesome. 10/10

***EDIT: the owner of the location gave me a call on their personal cell and apologized for the issues. He assured me he would talk to staff about the indoor smoking and make sure they do it outside. I ll definitely continue going here for any services I might need in the future.Original Post:I have been going to this place since I moved to Blono at 18. They are kind people, but recently I had an issue with my TMPS sensor. When I came in to get an oil change, I asked them to give me a call when they had the part. I waited 2.5 weeks before calling them to ask if they had the part yet. They forgot to call me, because they did have it, so that was a little annoying.Then I come in to get it fixed. They quote me at $175. I look up the part and it s $30. In truth, they may have bought a more expensive or high quality part, but I don t know. Replacing it should only take half and hour maximum. I sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours, getting no updates and had no idea what was going on. I had to go to the main office around 2 hours and ask them if they were almost done. They gave me a couple excuses and told me it was almost done, and i proceeded to wait for another half an hour. It ended up being slightly less than what they quoted me (like $2 less) but I talked to some of the car guys I know and they said I could ve gotten the service done for cheaper. I m praying that I wasn't taken advantage of on pricing, cause i ve been loyal to this place for quite some time.Ultimately, the worst part about this experience is the fact that the folks that work here smoke cigarettes inside the office where the waiting room is. Now I know that it s a car garage and there s a little bit more ventilation out there, but they were doing it in the office. So not only was I sitting in a stinky smoke filled room, I was sitting there for 5 times as long as I was projected to sit there and I still had to pay full price for the services.My car is great, I can t complain about that. I just wish they had given me some updates and perhaps prioritised my vehicle since I was the only customer waiting on my car and it was projected to take much less time than it did. I also really wish they would have customers and employees smoke outside! I know it s cold but I don t think it s worth breaking the law for.I ll probably continue going to them for services because they re good people and fit me in their schedule pretty quick, but they should work on these things for sure.

My rear brakes were grinding sunday night. I called Viva at Gearheads Garage on Monday morning to see when he would have time to look at and replace the rear brakes if that is all that was needed. I was told to come in at 10am because brakes are a safety hazard. Jay checked the calipers to make sure they weren't locked up and thankfully they weren't. Just need rotors and brake pads. Thank you Viva for putting your customers first always and may you receive the good karma that I see you put into this world through hard work and customer focused.Service: Brakes

The surf in which they were able to get me in and the time it took to do the work were phenomenal! Price wasn't too bad but everything is high these days. Communication was great too!

Always very responsive whenever I have a problem. The kind of place that doesn t try to sell you things that you don t need but will let you know when there is a problem that needs attention. Gets you where you need to go and gets it done right. The owner always seems to be readily available and involved in everything going on in the shop. No place I would rather have a loved one or friend go to know they are going to be taken care of.

Great experience from start to finish. I'm pretty particular with my car and hesitant to let others work on it, but the team at Gearheads made it easy. Their staff is friendly and welcoming, and their techs offer quality work and fair pricing. I'm glad I chose Gearheads for exhaust repair. They fixed my car's leak, installed a new muffler, and it's back to sounding great!

During this recent cold snap my heat went out in my Buick. I called Gearheads and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning to look at and they had my car ready by the end of that day. Thank you guys so much for getting me in and taken care of so quickly.
