I couldn't be more pleased with Bloomington Collision Repair. An arrow hit my car (weird but true), and Suzie was so helpful, friendly, and understanding when I told her the bizarre story. She was able to work around my schedule in order to have my car inspected, and I drove away with an estimate in hand. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my car repaired only because I had to make arrangements to secure transportation to work. They accommodated my schedule to get my car in, and it only took a few days for it to be fixed. Brett did an amazing job making it look like an arrow never pierced my car, which is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Bloomington Collision Repair!

I stumbled across the shop several years when I needed a mirror replaced. They did a great job and we re accommodating with my schedule then. So when I was recently involved in a fender bender accident, this was the first place I went to get an estimate. I received estimates from two other body shops. They had the best customer service hands-down, and their price was in the middle of the three estimates. I was thankful that they couldn t get me scheduled even though it was several weeks out because the other shops couldn t even get me on their books and did not know when they would be able to do the repairs. Brett and Suzie are easy to work with and did an amazing job getting my car fixed up extremely quick! My car looks brand new, and it only took two days! I hope to not need a body shop again, but if I ever do, I will only go to a Bloomington Collision!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Susie and the staff were amazing! Car accidents are the worst, but they were so fast, efficient, thorough, and friendly with helping us with our totaled vehicle. They talked us through the process, sealed up the vehicle to keep it protected, got us all our belongings, kept us updated, and stayed in constant communication. We will be using them in the future for any body work!

Sara and Bret are wonderful people! They take pride in running their business in everything they do! Quality repairs and even better customer service! There was a hiccup in the process but everyone went above and beyond to make it right. Definitely made lifetime customers out of us! Thank you! I have to give a huge shout out to Bret Bunton at Bloomington Collision Repair Inc for a remarkable job! I hit two raccoons at a high speed and had my side doors bashed in by a brat kid in a mini van, who kicked open the van doors and dented my doors. The service is outstanding! He made this a great experience! Other repair shops were saying 4-5 days minimum. He got it done in two days! It looks better now than when I bought it! The other insurance company was trying to get me to take it elsewhere. I declined. Bret guaranteed his work for the life of the car. YOU decide who works on your car. Choose Bloomington Collision Repair. You won t be disappointed! Thanks Bret!

These guys deserve SOOO much praise not only for there hard work and top notch service, but also for being such absolutely kind and caring people throughout the whole experience !! These guys are the best. Very thorough, professional, top notch, family owned business. I wouldn t trust anybody else with my vehicles! I ve been in the auto industry for 15 years, dealt with a lot of body shops, and nothing has compared to these guys.

This place is awesome very nice people I was supposed to bring my car Monday but I had to fly out Thursday so I reach out to them not thinking they would say bring in it earlier it was just to notify them so there not wondering how come nobody pick the car up when it s done I know how much work they put in to order parts so the last thing I wanna do is not have there check ready when it s done I almost feel like this business is family owned everybody so nice friendly if u want a good repair give them a tryService: Painting
