When I lived in the area I used to stop at Blain's all the time. Great selection of products, friendly staff. I brought my truck in for an alignment, they checked it said I didn't need an alignment and didn't charge. I used to run here all the time for stuff to keep the plant running. Blain's was one of my favorite stories in the area.

Very similar to a Fleet Farm, products very similar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were about what you would expect. The store itself is starting to show its age however. Overall if you need it they probably have something! Would still recommend if your in the area.

I'm new to town and to this store. I have been in a few times and the associates have been helpful each visit. Store is well stocked and turns with proper seasonal needs. Pricing is competitive and a good deal can be found.

Placed an order yesterday for their drive thru pickup near the back of the store. The guy that came out when we pulled up was great and very helpful! He had our order quickly with no problems. Great service by a great long standing local business in our community!

This store is a joke. Employees that don't care about customer service. Never having anything in stock. Ridiculous pricing. Avoid at all costs.

While the store doesn't have the widest selection of a hardware store, it does have what I need when I'm working on my MIL's house on the west side of town.

Was in a tight spot after a long day at work on Sunday. With my vehicle broke down, & not having many options, I went to the battery department & was treated like a king. Hank was outstanding, helpful & polite. He got me the exact battery I needed for a specialized vehicle. Thank you F & F for a great experience & service.

Good variety and prices. Need to work on customer service, talked to multiple staff members and they all were very dismissive and a bit rude.

The staff are wonderfully polite. The prices can go either way. Some items are overpriced while many are priced fairly. We found some deals in the tool section. This is a pretty cool store. They will get more of my business in the future.

Just had for Michelin Defender tires put on my 2020 Colorado. The crew did an alignment after they installed the tires. The rides smooth and handles well.

My dad bought tires for his camper two years ago and took them in today to get one patched. They said ok he came back 3 hours later to be told they can't do anything for him. Didn't bother to call him the whole time. Horrible service don't ever go to this location go to discount that's were I went after they let my work van sit for a day

I came in today looking for some O-Rings for my outdoor spigot. It was a weird size, gentleman that helped me was top notch! Took me to every available option, and even though we didn't find it.. this kind of service is why I spend money at Blain's F&F. Keep up the great work!

We live nearby, so it's more convenient than running out to a big box store. Problem is the last 2 times the website shows items in stock when they are not. For example, yesterday website said they had 3 JMF Lead Free Brass Ball Valve Push Fittings (Blain #760178). I found the empty peg in the plumbing section. I found an associate and she confirmed the computer showed in stock. After checking in the back room she said they were out. I told her they needed to correct the computer and reorder more, but she said only corporate could order them as the store couldn't .As I mentioned, this is the 2nd time recently this has happened. Maybe they need to do a mid year inventory and also give individual stores authority to order what they need.

A great place to find I live close chainsaw and lawn mowers and it's a great place to shop for farmers people in general or people on farms enjoy going there and getting good prices I'm not a farmer I am yes the regular person looking for good products at good prices Carrie's animal food for every pet or farm animal

After making an appointment for tires a week in advance, discussing price and options. I was told I had no appointment scheduled. I was offered an abundance of what might have happened, but in the end they were too busy to help me. I went to another tire company and got my tires in two hours for about the same price and a much better warranty. I like the store, but I will never go back for automotive service

They had all of the supplies we needed for our ducks. Nice selection of item wether a farmer or plain homeowner.

They lied about my tires that I bought there. Said one tire was unfixable and the others were not feasible to rotate. Got a second opinion. The tire was good to fix(fixed now) and my others were rotated. Never will do business at Farm & Fleet again
