Wow, talk about great service!! The Belle Tire had just opened somewhat recently in Fall / Winter of 2023 and I had gotten a quote from my local dealership for tire replacement as I had been in need of a set of new tires. The dealership wanted almost 1300 dollars for Continental tires and told me they also were booked for two weeks. That's when I decided to call Belle Tire.I heard Belle Tire's ad on YouTube, so I just thought I'd give them a call. I'm usually a "let the dealer handle it" person when it comes to my car, but Belle Tire offered me Michelin Cross Climate tires for a better price than my dealership did (and my dealership was offering mid tier Continentals). Michelin tires are premium top tier tires and Belle Tire were able to do the change for me next day and at a MUCH better rate for those high end tires than my dealership could with mid tier tires.The Owner / Manager even told me if I wasn't happy with the tires to come back and have a conversation with him about it. How reassuring is that? You spend some good $$, then the owner himself tells you that if you are not happy to come back and that he'd make us happy. Well, needless to say, I am VERY HAPPY with the tires and the deal. Got a killer set of rebates too. Couldn't be more pleased with Belle Tire!

Belle Tire has the best customer service of any tire shop I have been to. I was greeted with a cheerful "Good morning!" as soon as I walked in the door. What better way to start a customer experience?They got my wheel alignment done right away, and I was over 2 hours early to my appointment!Keep up the great work!

I had set up an appointment over the phone and they had to order new tires in for me. I told them I was looking for the cheapest tires and they told me about a few they had and the pros and cons of each. They made sure to tell me about the tires they had on sale and I was able to get some tires that will last me a while and made the best choice for me. Josh was so amazing and so kind by taking the time to answer my questions. When I had went in for my appointment they were kind checking me in and when they were done Devin had amazing customer service while he checked me out. It's daunting sometimes getting car work done while being a woman because you're always scared they're gonna try to oversell you, but I felt very well taken care of and respected at Belle Tire. Definitely would recommend them!!

Absolute worst service I've ever received! Bought 4 brand new tires, within 3 days front driver popped. Within a week 2 tires are constantly loosing air and have to be filled daily. When we were getting them installed their system was down and they kept bothering us to leave our debit card information with them. We told them no we would go get cash, they said well I can't tell you how much it is. We advised we aren't leaving our card information, system ended up being fixed and we paid in full. I called them to discuss the tires and they said we didn't get the warranty. I advised I understood but the reason was that i asked if they would assist in our hometown and they said no it's too far. So I took off the warranty. Will NEVER do business here again!!

I had the best experience yet from this auto shop! They couldn t put me in for 4 tire changes that day so I left, to look somewhere else. I end up not finding anything else so I called them back and told them I ll take the spot originally they had. Then they said can you come in at this time today and we will get you in, y all I needed tires bad. I m like hey yall are the BEST! The best part was the staff and owner they were the nicest people! I highly recommend this place! I m so thankful for them! Thank you Belle Tire!

I blew a tire on a country road and needed quick help! Everywhere in town had 2+ hour wait times, plus expensive tires. I came in to Belle Tire and got a new tire, mounted, and out the door within 30 minutes and didn t break my bank! HIGHLY recommend, and a huge shout out to Josh Day! He s the manager and he stepped up and mounted our tire because he knew we were on a time scrunch!

Really happy with the service I received. Customer service was fantastic and they did a great job at explaining and showing me what was wrong with my tire. I will definitely be coming back the next time I m in need of auto services.

I blew a tire today and was an hour from home. They got me in almost immediately and had the tire swapped out in less than an hour. Very affordable. Emery went above and beyond and was a tremendous help! I'd go back again with no hesitation. Thanks!

Had a blowout at 4:43pm. Called Belle Tire at 5:06 PM. They said they could get me in that night because they were open until 8 PM. The tow truck got me there at about 5:50 PM. They replaced the blowout tire and I had them do one other tire. I was out the door by 6:33 PM. They were amazing. So nice and so helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

My son took his car there for a misfire on a cylinder , my Son had a new coil pack and plug . Josh Day say he could fix it , Josh Day is not even a certified mechanic. He put the new coil n plug in and said it was fixed and charged over $800 . The problem is not fixed nor will the shop fix it right . After reading reviews and BBB reports this is not the place to take your car . They don t even do motor work , so by Josh Day saying he could fix it was a lie and ripped my son off for $800 plus . It s unbelievable that people don t take pride in their work and do as they say . I sure would love to see this itemized bill to see actually what he was charged for . Then Josh gave the old coil pack to the friend that said Josh could help , and told him that if my son still had the box for the coil pack to return it and no one would know. Good thing for Josh I m 500 miles away or he would be fixing for free . Josh Day as manager should have said they don t work on engines , but Josh seen easy money and took it and ran . For $800 plus dollars there should be a warranty on this work and have no issues doing things right but they are not ! Scammers are everywhere .

The front end staff and manager are truly wonderful souls! Let me start by saying they are a busy place for being a new open. They did not need my business nor did they have to take the time to listen and help me come in at my budget....BUT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID! I am a widow who's finishing raising our daughter on my own, so money is very tight. It took me 6 weeks to save for two front tires and a lot of praying the completely bald ones didn't blow till I could find a place I could afford. Not only did they bring me in under budget on tires it was so low I could afford to get a proper oil change with them all on my very small budget. THANK YOU FOR BEING DECENT HUMANS IN A CRAZY WORLD. I am a loyal customer from now on.

Great place to go. The customer service was amazing. 4 new tires, back shocks, front breaks and alignment. Reasonably priced and great warranties. Definitely recommend them for all your needs. Call and ask for Mandy to schedule an appointment. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Belle Tire!!!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! I was having a slow leak in my front driver's side tire and I took it in and left it overnight. Well needless to say all they did was let out air of all four tires to 28 psi when they should be at 35 especially in the weather we have been having and then too top it off I was given my car back with the check engine light on and my remote start not working. Grant it cost me nothing but now I have to take it somewhere else to have them repair what I brought it in to Belle Tires for originally and also have the engine checked and figure what they did to my remote start!!. Like I said I would NOT recommend me this place especially if you know nothing about cars.

Pulled in to Bloomington with bubbles on front tires at 25 minutes till close. Asked for 4 tires and told them I was 6.5 hours from home. They fit us right in why we went and had dinner next door. Great place, great prices, and great people! Thanks Belle Tire

Very very clean, staff is awesome, tires are very reasonable price, free flat repairs, free tires rotation, and balance Even if you didn't purchase the tires from them, free alignment check. Unbelievable... come check it out yourself

Emery did an outstanding job on my brakes! 10/10 I highly recommend Emery for any mechanic work! All around an amazing, very professional shop with great prices on anything you need done! Best experience I've had with a shop by far!

These guys really took care of me! Got me in and out without too long of a wait and didn t break the bank! Highly recommend this place to everyone I know and I ll always remember how out of the way Emery went for me to make sure I was taken care of! Everyone go here for your tire and alignment needs!

I took my truck in to take advantage of their free flat tire repair service when I was in need. Mandy at the front counter was very professional, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of automotive services.

GREAT SERVICE ONLY ONE PROBLEM.. They gave me an appointment but still took 2.25 hours to complete the tire change.Why give appointment if it has to wait 1 hour to be taken back.GOI G THROUGH GROWING PAINS. Give them a chance.

Prices were average, but sold me a set of tires and promised there was a warranty. Tire went flat less than a week later, and would not honor any sort of warranty.

Scam. They charged my gf for a calibration but didn t have the parts to finish the back. So they conned her into a warranty so she could come back and they d finish. Now they say they don t have the paperwork on file. Unorganized scam as usual.
