Been a loyal customer since 2017. Growing up with my dad as "the car guy", I was very aware of mechanics and their schemes to ensure more business. Since my dad moved across the country I had to find someone I could trust and Diego and Tyler did not disappoint. From their straight forward honesty to their level of expertise, I trust them both to the fullest. I will not allow anyone else to work on my vehicle. Now almost a decade later his business has grown so much and that speaks volume to his character as a reliable trustworthy mechanic and business owner. Now and days finding someone who isn't out for money is rare. Thankful I have the relationship I do with them especially since my father passed. They are always a phone call away.

This is my new favorite auto mechanic! Friendly, honest, timely, reasonably priced, and great work. They did a brake inspection on my new car and also checked a few other things at no charge. They also did a great job putting new brakes on my old car. Thanks!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. I would recommend them to anyone. They have been lifesavers for the last couple years with my daughters car issues while she was in school. They have communicated effectively, provided options with regards to the issues and most economical approach, completed the work as timely as possible and always went above and beyond. Special thanks to Mike and Diego, I really appreciate the care.

I got a car from a Dealer (2013) and I went to them to verify if it was ok, they told me it needed some repairs.The amount was about 3k.After that my car started to fail, I believe the failure wasn't regarding their job cause they already fixed some cars from people who I know and also the previous one I had.My concern is that they couldn't identify what was happening and unfortunately my car started to fail more, they checked it again and they told me it was ready to go...two months later my motor got damaged.I don't think their service wasn't bad but they couldn't solve my issue and they couldn't identify the issue.

They were willing to stay after business hours to get my car done on a Friday night! I expressed to them I really needed it done that day so I was able to doordash for the weekend. Thank you Michael and the mechanics here, seriously! My car is running way better now too :)

Scratch any other car place in the Blono area and go here!! 5 stars doesn t suffice the thorough, effective, and affordable car services offered here; as well as the timely and very communicative customer service. Mike, especially, has been super helpful over the past couple of months to make sure my car is in tip top shape!!

All About Auto is awesome. Their customer service, pricing and ability to get your vehicle in their shop is second to none from my experience. I have had my sons cars in for repairs and my wife s from minor fixes like a cracked fog light to more complex replacing timing belt service and have been pleased with service and price value for this work. They are friendly and very responsive when contacting them. Recently had my van towed there on a Sunday and as soon as they opened Monday they were able to get van in to replace alternator that same day. Was impressed with their drive to ensure the van got in that day and returned to me the same day. When assessing repairs they keep you in the loop provide options and a realistic quote for the work. They are a lot cheaper than dealerships and honest about what needs to be repaired. I highly recommend All About Auto to anyone that is looking for a better option for their vehicle repairs. All About Auto should change their names to All about the customer. Would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Everything about the transaction was easy. Josh and Austin were the Techs I spoke with. Both were very knowledgeable and nothing short of professional. They had me back on the road in no time and at a very affordable cost as well. You better believe I won t be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

I highly recommend All About Auto for detailing. They made me feel not so embarrassed about driving a 2004 model. My car hasn t been this clean since I purchased it. They put the detail in detailing work. Every surface and crevice is perfectly clean again. Super friendly and accommodating too. $120 for inside/outside and your car is like new again.UPDATE: AAA is still the best in town for detailing and auto repair. My car broke down out of state in the middle of nowhere. I called to get their advice and Michael calmly told me what to do and then called nearby shops to see who could help me out. Weeks later he contacted me to make sure the repair worked out. They truly care about their customers and are incredibly responsive and detail oriented.

Absolutely impressed with this company. Daughter's car at ISU had locked steering issues and we were able to drop off the car over the weekend. Mike, (who I spoke to late Friday), was able to attend to it first thing Monday when they opened. Did a thorough job not only troubleshooting the problems, but uncovered additional issues that we knew were lurking. He provided excellent options for repairs and no pressure. Wrapped this up nicely before the end of the week and we couldn't be happier with the communication, services and results. All about auto is the only place in Bloomington-Normal I will be taking my car to from now on. I purchased a used 2013 Audi A6 (so yes I was asking for trouble) but All about auto did more than take care of me. Water pump, pcv valve, intake manifold. And on top of that they worked great with my extended warranty. They know their stuff. Communicate very well, and get work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.Service: Engine repair

Ive gone a couple times and have always had great experiences here. Heard about their low prices and honesty so I had to check it out for myself and it was true! I took my car to another shop and they gave me an outrageous estimate for a problem AAA didn t even see an issue with! This garage was very helpful at getting my car back on the road. They assisted me with towing my vehicle to the shop, as well as allowed a tech to stay late and finish fixing my vehicle. I am very happy with the speed and quality of work I have received from this auto shop!!

All About Auto is the best place to go for any of your vehicle s needs! They do everything in a timely manner and have a secure box for key drop-off/pick-up outside of normal hours. I ve gotten everything from maintenance work to interior detailing done here, including them repairing my car after a bad accident, and all their work is great and reasonably priced. The workers are great and communicate with their customers very well, too!

All About Auto swapped out my engine of my Buick Enclave. Didn't take long. They checked to make sure all systems were working correctly.I am a happy customer and would recommend them.They even called and asked how things were going?I talked to Tyler...he is always courteous and willing to help.Have a Happy New Year guys!Alma Offutt.

After having troubles for nearly a year with my vehicle's emissions system I decided to give All About Auto a shot when it got worse. While other auto shops I had been to were unable to find the root cause, these guys had it figured out immediately and informed me that it was an issue with my EGR line, something no other shop had even mentioned to me.Furthermore, despite several complications along the way due to the age of my vehicle, the employee I was in contact with - Austin - kept me updated and informed and handled the whole situation in a very professional and understanding manner.Everything was fully completed on time and all my issues were fixed. Great experience overall, no complaints.

My truck was worked on and completed DAYS before they had said they would time for it. It was diagnosed very quickly and for an issue other shops could not properly fix. Diego is amazing and so is everyone else. 100% recommend. Reasonable on pricing as well

My new go to place for anything my car may need. Very nice honest guys, super informative and they keep you updated. Reasonable prices. I haven t had a problem with my car yet that they weren t able to fix.

Called in Monday, was told they could pick it up by Wednesday. They actually picked it up that same day and I have my vehicle back the day they were originally going to pick it up! I've always had a great experience with All About Auto! My car had an issue with the shift cable and they were very honest and upfront with how everything might be repaired. As a college student, I always get anxious coming to auto repair shops with little to no knowledge about cars, but these guys were respectful throughout the entire interaction. They actually managed to repair my car for less of the quoted cost! Best part is that they always call me for any updates and news so I never have to worry about the status of my car. These guys are truly the best! I ve had a couple different serious car troubles in the past few months and they have helped me out each and every time. They are really good at auto diagnostics and repair, so helpful, and go above and beyond in their customer service! And really very reasonable competitive prices.
