I am giving this place 2 stars because of how respectfully I had been treated until my last visit. Otherwise, it would be 1.I have had my car worked on a lot here. I ve spent well over $2000 to get issues fixed, including getting a brand new set of tires about 2.5 months ago. Since I got my tires replaced, I have had 3 flat tires. On 3 separate occasions. This last time, when I called to inform them of my flat tire AGAIN, Rob told me they can t help that I keep running over nails. I have never once ran over a nail. The first 2 times I got my flat tires replaced, it was an issue caused by the vehicle and/or the job they did. Not an external factor.I had to bring my aunt with me because of how unprofessionally Rob was acting. He completely invalidated me and blamed me for my flat tires, even though I had receipts showing I ve never run over a nail . And when he checked it out this time, turns out, it wasn t a nail. It was the stem. Something they did wrong. There were no apologies. If you are a woman, especially a young woman, don t go here. I was disappointed with how I was talked down to and blamed for something that wasn t my fault.

Took my car to Rob at one stop Auto shop they replace ignition switch gave me new keys to car and everything paid over 400 dollars to be fixed by them, had trouble off an on since it was replaced called them over a week ago and spoke with a very nice gentleman who said he would tell Rob the situation and when Rob got back he would call me! Needless to say I know people can get busy so I gave it a week then still no call so I got a hold of Rob this morning and advised of situation, he seemed to have attitude in his tone said to get the car to him, I'm disabled and advised I had no means to get it to him, he said if it was something they did wrong he would reimburse the tow! Didn't offer to send someone out to see or nothing so another Auto ship came out looked at it and advised it was ignition switch / programming issue! Thanks for taking my money and not fixing my car properly! Never again and never recommend ! Ever! There was nothing wrong with car pr�or to that it sounded worse when it left the shop, so don't blame the car for you not fixing it properly! You had my car for 1 week, there should have been no reason! Also you didn't have to be rude and could have been more courteous to the circumstances like this other company was! They even apologize for you and that it happened to me! That's sad!

My daughter is a student at ISU.She needed to jump-start her well maintained 2014 Honda Accord. I reached to 1Stop Auto and spoke with Rob. I asked if they had availability to check her vehicle and most likely replace the battery. Rob chose to totally take advantage of the situation and ripped her off, charging $360 for a battery that retails for $125.I suppose she learned a valuable lesson about repair shops and how they will treat young, inexperienced women.Shame on you, Robert, we are saddened and utterly disappointed by your service. Got my oil changed while at work (since it s right down the street/walking distance). They were very quick and a reasonable price. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Oh my gosh - I cannot speak more highly of these guys! They were SO nice, took care of exactly what I needed (and only what I needed), and got me in and out so timely!! When I paid my bill, he explained their loyalty membership and I gotta say.... that's a pretty sweet reward system. I'll happily return and suggest friends to bring their cars there for big or small jobs.

Guy at front desk tells me oh you should have told me it was a diesel truck now it s gonna take longer after taking the key and taking the truck to the back. It s an enterprise rental so it s not my battle. I know he s billing enterprise by the hour but also wasting my time. An oil change take 45mins tops not 2 hours. I m also a mechanic. Peeped through and seen the truck just sitting, no work being performed. After receiving the keys I asked the mechanic in the back what makes a diesel oil change more difficult than a standard truck. His response was there isn t much difference. So I said all this to say honesty goes a long way. Good luck out there.

Passing through with a tire losing air. We were trying to find LT tires. They were so helpful and even went out and found tires for us at another shop. Went and picked them up and then had them installed and we were on our way quickly. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone!Service: TiresService: Tires

So typically we went to the Take 5 Fast Lube oil shop across the street from this place, but every time I ask that place to rotate my tires they sounded annoyed and said that they couldn't do it because they didn't have enough help. I was frustrated because I had asked them several times to do it and they advertised that service. Well funny enough, the last time I called them for an oil change, they once again refused to rotate my tires but told me not to worry, they would do my oil change and then I could go to the One Stop Auto shop across the street for my tire rotation. So I decided to just call One Stop Auto Shop to ask if they do oil changes as well and I explained to them that I also needed a tire rotation and they said that they would be happy to do both the oil change and the tire rotation. So funny enough, I was actually referred to this place by their competitor across the street! And I will never go back to their competitor again. This place is so much better!They are friendly and definitely care about their customers! They are super honest and you could tell they appreciate your business. This was probably the best service that I have ever gotten in the Bloomington/Normal area. They got the car done in a timely manner and communicated very well with me. I ve been to many shops over the years and I ve never had close to the experience at any other shop that this one provides. Their service is prompt and professional, and the work is quality. Any question I ve had they ve answered, when I ve asked if they could check someone for me during a tire rotation, they say no problem and report back if there is an issue. Unlike other shops I ve used in the past they ve never tried to sell me work I didn t need or rush work that didn t quite need done yet. Great staff, professional and very fair rates. They even refilled my windshield washer fluid that was bone dry on my last visit without me even asking about it, at no charge.I ll never use another shop again. We were out of town and still had 3 hours to drive and needed to be on our way but we had a flat tire that couldn't be fixed and needed to get a new one asap. They were able to replace it quickly so we could get back on the road. Thank you!

My car was making a horrible noise. Between the shuffle of kids and everyday life .it was a horrible time for a car issue. Having no idea what was wrong, these guys got my Jeep in and out and most importantly safe again.They were all so kind, and kept me in the loop about all issues before they repaired them.Hands down won t go anywhere else in the future for auto repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rob, Gary, and staff are amazing! Having an Enterprise rental for an extended period of time, I have to find Enterprise approved shops for servicing and just happen to stumble into One Stop. Best accident ever!! At other businesses I ve had to wait hours as they are required to get approval from enterprise before any work can be done. Not with One Stop! The longest I ve spent in there was 1-1/2 hours for an oil change and new tire install without an appointment!! Great atmosphere, amazing work, and superb customer service!!

I was referred to this shop by enterprise rentals ( where my car was rented from), this is the shop they use for repairs and oil changes on their vehicles. I needed replacement wiper blades and since they own the vehicle I couldn't replace them myself. It was a snow storm and I had to head north. The had my vehicle in and out in under 15 minutes, the front desk was very friendly, he told me it takes longer to do the paperwork than to do the job. I was very happy with the service and was on my way. Made it home safely in that snow storm.

I had a slow leak in front right tire, I pulled into Neal tire off Hershey Road. 5 guys leaning on counter I told them my situation- it was 8 am . They told me it would be tomorrow or next day before they could help me out. I asked them where I real tire shop was and they told me 1 stop - actually less than 4 blocks away. 1 stop greeted me at counter - pulled my Denali in fixed the tire and out the door within 20 minutes. 1 stop us A1 service

New used car I had just purchased a few months earlier was only blowing lukewarm air when I went to turn on the AC. Rob diagnosed it over the phone and we were in and out in an hour with ice cold air. No problems at all ever since! These guys are great! They really know their stuff and without any games. I stopped by Neal tire because my front left tire was going flat - the five guys up front said they couldn t get me in till next day I asked where a real tire shop was and they recommended 1stopAmazing service I was treated with respect and 15 minutes later my tire was repaired. Now I understand way Neal tire has closed the Gibson City location.Service: Tires

On a recent trip, we were passing through Bloomington. After an overnight stay, our vehicle wouldn t crank. After a recommendation we got our truck towed to 1 Stop. They were very professional and worked quickly to fix the issue and got us back on the road in the same day. We would highly recommend using 1 Stop Auto Shop. Strongly DO NOT Recommend this location for any car service. They don't do the work. I took my car for ABS sensor, Traction control light and Brake burn smell but they did not fix anything and charge me $$$.$$. Same day I drop the vehicle for the same repair and they ask me additional four hundred dollars to fix it. Don't get it if they did not fix the problem and asking additional money which was not fix.I wish there was negative rating available.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes, Brake service & repair

One Stop is the SUPERIOR auto shop in the area. Our car broke down on a Saturday morning and Rob was kind enough to get it looked at first thing Monday morning and helped us out when the diagnosed problem turned out to be a bit more complicated. He even looked up the car and discovered it was under an extended warranty through the dealership.Rob and his team are the gold star for quality, compassion and helpfulness in Bloomington and I highly recommend them to anybody who needs a regular shop or an emergency stop.
