Extremely expensive. I ve serviced my cars here numerous times and their charges are outrageous. I had my car inspected here because I messed up on my brake job. Long story short, they advised me I had to get all new calipers on my car. After market calipers with labor would be between 1,400-1,600 and factory 2,400. I said to myself, this can t be right. I had my car towed to Lexus in Schaumburg and their master technician not only fixed my car without changing calipers, I saved almost 2k.

I went in for new tires they did a good job on the match as well as the price on alignment. The problem was when they did the alignment they never told me i had a bad inner and outer tie rod, therefore they should have never even done the alignment as it would have served no purpose. As i drove off i noticed that the wheel was pulling to the left as it had been prior to the alignment, so i brought it back the next morning and said if i got my alignment why is it still pulling to the left. They pulled it in and Brandon asked me if they told me the previous night that i needed new inner and outer tie rods. I replied no they didnt say anything to me about it. I took the estimate what they gave me to my mechanic and he said first of all they should not have done any alignment if i had bad tie rods as this does nothing as they cant make the adjustments to the toe and camber angles and i should get refund on the alignment. After explaining this to Brandon he agreed to refund me. The steering column for the part was 752 dollar then they wanted to charge additional 160 dollars for the tie rod which is already on the steering column. Be aware of what they are charging u on parts.

Besides making an appointment online arriving on-time to be told Im not in the system or being found on system as scheduled. They get 1 stars for fitting me in for an FREE inspection which was mainly the reason for my appointment. I wanted to know what the knocking noise was from the front end of my car? I saw them taking my car for road test and raising it in the bay to check underneath. They took about 1hr to come tell me a lie. I guess this is why it s a free inspection. I explained I drove my car from Florida to Illinois on larger custom wheels with no knocking noise. But as of last week when I removed my large custom wheels for the OEM winter wheels. The knocking began. So the front end employee came up to me after the inspection and gave me a whole list of what it could be. But said they could not pinpoint the problem and for me to take my car to the dealer of course where they will charge me an arm and a leg for an inspection. I ended up doing that because I was worried about the knocking noise getting worse. Literally 5m of it being inspected the technician called me to the work area to physically show me that the lug nuts I bought on eBay so called specified for my car were the wrong type so as I drive the lug nuts loosen themselves causing my wheels to loosen up then make the knocking noise while driving. He literally removed the lug nuts with his hand. I was so upset of wasting my time with Belle Tires to give a long list of what it could be but not pinpointing the problem. I believe because they did not find the problem they should reimburse me for what I had to pay at the dealer of $100. If they would have removed a tire they would have seen the lug nuts loose if the didn t leave them loose on purpose themselves putting my safety at risk. Later I called to speak to the General Manager and advise. But same guy who attended me in person answered the phone saying he was the manager. I know he was not a manager because he was so unprofessional talking to me and other customers with his Apple Airpod s in his ears. He refuse to transfer me and said he was a manager. So I explained the situation and he did not care. Like wow! What kind of service is this??? People be careful with these little franchises. You go there to save money from the dealer but they hire unprofessional mechanics and service agents with no mechanical skills or expertise. Or maybe right out of school! None ASE certified or experienced mechanics for sure I did my good deed by trying to bring revenue ito this place but they failed me.

Not as professional and fair as i expected!!While installing the new tires i just now purchased they messed up one of the lug nuts!Those were installed by me and ive been on the road for 14 years, i know about installing tires! Im a trucker!!Anyways, them boys messed one lug nut for me now they charged me 4$ for just the one when a whole set of 20 pcs is 19$ on Amazon!Quite the experience, when you think of it i just paid 500$ for new tires!

I had the best experience at this Bloomingdale location. Brandon helped with explaining what was needed and gave me options. Same day service. Very clean and professional. Joshua and Joey also assisted. Total team effort. I highly recommend.

My car died in Meijer parking lot. I called Belle and Jeff said "don't worry I'll send someone over to help" Jay came and jumped my car. I drove it to Belle and they ordered me a new battery and had it installed in about an hour. I was frantic because I had a wedding to be at. Brandon walked me through it all and kept me calm. I can't thank yall enough! I made it to the wedding on time!

I ve been coming here since they opened. I was excited to see them come to Illinois. I ve gotten full set of tires and alignments, I do my regular oil changes as well now with them. They did both sets of brakes on my car. They provide full service care without having to use multiple shops. The staff is always extremely accommodating, helpful and kind. You never ever get up sold or told you need more then you come in for. Very honest and stand behind their work. And you never have to wait very long, they perform the services in a timely manner. I never expected this from a franchised business. They have been better then the dealer and private shop I went to previously for all the years I ve owned my cars. I definitely recommend!

Very rough start to my transaction at this location. Brandon s behavior, demeanor, and attitude towards me today was absolutely unacceptable. No respect or integrity whatsoever. His first reaction to the issue at hand in todays transaction was to lie and tell me the person who rang me up last time messed up and didn t know what he was doing and that he s no longer with the company. The person he is referring to was himself. He completed that transaction. I don t know if he was thinking I d have forgotten who spoke to me that day or who handed me my receipt before I walked out the door. But he started arguing with me after I told him he was responsible for it. Only after I asked for the manager and explained key details of what actually happened is when he stood there quietly behind his superior and rolled his eyes at me. I m in awe of how easily he lied and didn t think twice about it. Extremely unprofessional. I m very shocked that this man is in a customer facing role at this location. Floor manager Jeff was terrific at communicating and helping me. Jeff took control of the situation and handled it very professionally. He treated me with respect and absolute honesty. He s the only reason I would recommend Belle Tire and give this location 5 stars.

What was suppose to be an hour and half of getting new tires turned into about three hours . they left our car running while they did an alignment so the battery was dead when we got it back. After getting it jump started the check engine light came on. We ended up with more problems after belle tire touched our car. I will never be bringing our car to belle tire again. I do not recommend belle tire.

I was running thekids around on a busy day when I got an alert on my dash about low tire pressure. I discovered a huge nail in my tire. I called Belle and they said to come on over and that I didn't need an appointment. I went in. They fixed the tire and didn't even charge me! I was shocked as I have never bought tires from them and am a new customer. It was very nice and we will definitely be back for tires for our business and personal cars. Thank you for the great customer service!

First time here with a nail in my tire. They had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! And best part was they didn't charge me to repair the hole in my tire! 10/10 would recommend!! Very nice waiting area as well!

Took my Jeep Wrangler here twice. I am very careful who I let touch my baby. I brought them my keys after 6pm so they could start working on it in the morning. I got a call less than 2 hours later that night that it was done! I am so impressed how smooth it s driving. I will be back in the future. There team is awesome!! Thank you. Bada Bing

Brandon took really good care of a family members car. Needed some affordable tires and Belle Tire had the best price for our 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I called this morning, confirmed the tires I saw online were in stock, he scheduled us in at a time convenient for us. They did a free alignment check and handed us the print out. Most places lie and say they checked it and never show evidence they actually did. I saw the car on the alignment rack when we were coming back from breakfast so I know it was legitimate. Time wise; the estimate given at drop off was spot on. Got us in and out. Facility was nice, clean, and well organized. I will be back. Thank you to Brandon and the team at Belle Tire in Bloomingdale!

nightmare experience.I have had a very frustrating experience with Belle. I was willing to try them out as they are local and in the neighborhood, and always willing to give business to local shops. They ended up causing more issues for me after replacing my compressor for my AC. They called me and let me know that the compressor was installed, but not getting any power and that I had to take it to the dealership. I have now taken it to the dealership and another shop and both have confirmed that the engine harness wires were poked at multiple times which has now caused a bigger issue for me that is causing me to pay $2,100 due to the damages caused by Belle. This has been a true nightmare.

DO NOT let these people touch the alignment on your car. They did mine and my car is now pulling to the right, and I need to hold the wheel to the left to steer straight. I brought it back twice, and twice they said it s good, leading me to believe they lied when I asked if they tested it. Anyone can drive it and see it s not fine. Now I need to pay out of pocket to have this corrected, and that s unfair to me considering my car was absolutely fine before they messed it up. Do yourself a favor and don t let Belle Tire touch anything other than your tires, take your car to a proper mechanic for suspension work. Belle Tire now put my safety driving at risk, and they ve added to the wear on my tires. Just go somewhere else.

My tire was leaking air for a couple of days, so I brought it here for a check up. There was a nail in it. They pulled it out and patched it. The best part - it was FREE! I really couldn't believe it. Stuff was also very friendly and accommodating. Now I know where to go when I need new set of tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

I got new tires here recently. The same day, as I was driving southbound down 355, MY LEFT FRONT WHEEL FELL OFF. It bounced down the highway, and luckily, struck no other cars. I had to steer my car to the shoulder with no tire on it. I was petrified. Luckily, nobody was injured, maimed, or killed by their negligence.When I called to tell them I almost died due to their carelessness, they tried to assert that it was somehow my fault. They offered to replace the broken wheel and tire for 25% off, not even for free!I thought Belle Tire was a family business. After doing some research, I found out they are a national chain. I will NOT be taking any of my cars here ever again.EDIT: I see that Belle Tire has paid their employees to leave positive reviews, to offset their horrible service. Four 5-star Reviews within the hour from accounts with this being their only review? Be less obvious next time, Belle Tire.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

.buyer beware .Dude this places is the most expensive out of 4 places I went to do not go ther unless you wanna over pay their sales pitch says cheapest tires period ..lol It should say most expensive tires period They told me 1200 I got them in a place in River Grove. On grand for 800 with wheel alinement .

Do not go to this tire place,you might get a tire that needs to be replaced at your expense after you paid for four tires a week earlier. The old nail in the side scam works every time. Be careful!!!.

Waited 30 minutes, with no one else in line and still no one came up to attend me. But yet answering new calls while you have someone waiting in the store. Would not recommend at all. Horrible service
