My expert technician was John and he was fantastic. His service on my auto window shield was great. The Store Manager in the Bloomingdale facility was very personable. Camilo M. Greeted me and made sure I knew coffee and water were available to me. His lobby waiting area has two beautiful pa-ping chili plants that show his care for them. He transfers that care to his customers. Overall 5 stars from me with quality service in a timely manner.Thank you,Bea

I recently needed a windshield replacement in my Honda Pilot. Camilo and John were fantastic to work with. Due to some of the safety features on my vehicle, not everything went as planned but these two gentlemen stuck with it and I was able to pick up my car same day! They truly went above and beyond. The communication I received from this glass shop was first rate customer service. I highly recommend this location.

My car windshield sustained a long scratch as a result from a broken wiper. I went with Auto Glass as I needed a place indoors to wait near where I worked. Their waiting room had fresh coffee, which helped to wake me up. They worked about an hour and finished in time. They took time to revi�wed the warranty and I was thrilled with their work. I definitely plan to return if the need arises.

Very helpful with my concerns. Suggested different services to be cost efficient. Knocked out my brakes and oil change quickly. Will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

I couldn't have written a worse customer experience! The initial intake and scheduling is done by a call center, not the local shop. I was told one appointment time initially then it was changed to an hour earlier by a text to confirm I would be there. I was told it would take one hour for a windshield replacement. When I arrived, at the earlier time, I was told the glass wasn't delivered, somebody would have to go pick it up at the warehouse. An hour and a half later the repair was started. An hour after that, I was told the glass cracked during the install and they'd have to go pick you another one. I was not about to sit there for another 2+ hours so I had to pay for a ride home. Three hours later they called to tell me it was done. I planned to get there about 10 minutes before they closed. I got another call, them saying I needed to hurry because they had to close at 2. At this point I had no interest in getting there any sooner than I planned, they could wait on me this time. When I got there at 1:55 the door was already locked and I had to wait for someone to open it. I discourage anyone from using this place!

Bad job simply a bad job their excuses for not using the right glue for the flaps on the side are not an excuse for a professional job, and because of it my windshield crack on the side and there's no warranty and they cannot do the repair with more excuses; bigger than inch and it's on the black frame unexcusable again, it's all they do if they're not doing it right what are they doing, they don't repair nothing they don't fix nothing they don't do it right the first time, very disappointed for giving them a chance a cheap store do not repair it here.

The scheduling department gave me a 10 hour window instead of the normal 4 I found that unacceptable. However, the work was good. You need to change your scheduleing parameters

What a great place, the service was excellent. Helpful counter person kept me informed the entire time my windshield was being replaced. No more than an hour & a half, I was in & out. Price was definately way lower than any of the other places for the same exact windshield. They've earned my forever business.

AUTO GLASS NOW is so impressive. I scheduled my windshield replacement on the same day that I CALLED. Searched locally and found 10 windshield replacement facilities immediately after my windshield was DESTROYED during a storm.AUTO GLASS NOW not only answered the phone; but they didn t tie me up with online estimates that included email info, etc. I got my quote via phone with just info regarding my car. The price was lower that SAFELITE, AARON AUTO GLASS, FOX VALLEY, AUTO GLASS PLUS, RAINBOW GLASS and more.In addition I wasn t told online, or over the phone ( if and when someone actually answered at the businesses listed) that I d have to wait days for an appointment. In addition to that the higher price that was so called guaranteed, was subject to change?!I hope and pray that a tree never falls on my car again; but I d like to spread the word about AUTO GLASS NOW. Very professional ambitious men run this beautifully clean facility. I chose to drive slowly there even though my windshield was bad. I wanted to see the facility. They do provide curb service. That curb service charge was also better than what I saw online or was quoted.Good Luck AUTO GLASS NOW. Wishing you all the best. This northwestern suburban area needs more businesses just like you5 STARS
