Had a rough morning with my vehicle. Alternator went bad on me. I called around and most places said they couldn t get me in or look at my vehicle until about 2 weeks. Doug got me right in even though they were busy. Doug even gave me a free ride back home saying don t worry about calling a taxi. Jeff was an outstanding Technician who walked me through everything. All I can say is I m highly impressed with their customer service, skills, and efficiency. I am new to the area of Bethalto and I found my Auto Repair shop. Good people. Friendly environment. Great work.

Edit: Look, I'm a skeptical guy. I've been burnt by some bad mechanics in the past. It's 8-months after Doug and his crew fixed my car and it still runs perfect. I had my good friend take his car to get repaired and it's still running good. Today, I took my fiance's car to get the freon recharged and they had us in and out in 30-minutes. If you're looking for quality work at a reasonable price, Doug's is the way to go.

Doug worked his butt off to get me my car repaired in a timely manner. Has a higher work ethic than past dealerships I have worked with. Highly impressed by their service and the extra mile they went to for me.Could not recommend them more.

Great place to have just about any work done on your vehicle! Awesome employees, they treat you how you should and want to be treated!!! Very good mechanics, would refer my mom and best friend to take there vehicle there!!!

After a terrible experience with a chain shop I came to Casons. They did not disappoint and found a bunch of things the other place missed. I have a van with 200k miles and want to keep it running for as long as possible. I will only bring my vehicles to Doug from now on!!
