This was the sixth car lot that I have visited in the last two weeks in Illinois , this was the sixth salesman that I had met, but this particular salesman and car lot was the only lot to actually help me! We run into these car lots that give us the run around for almost five to nine hours and we leave with nothing , or they ask us to put down something we can t afford after telling the salesman what we only had. I came in with only 2,000 my sales man was Fernando Silva. He was a very kind gentleman, greeted me at the door. I j if he could help me and he agreed to help. This process was so smooth that I was kinda nervous , kinda to good to be true considering what I had experienced at other lots. He gathered my information took no more than 20 minutes and he gave me options on the lot. I felt no pressure while choosing a vehicle he actually go me approved ifor what I asked for which was a SUV ( preferably a Jeep) due to the winter approaching. I took the Jeep for a spin I loved it ! I didn t have any insurance so he helped me with that as well the rate was wonderful! We got full coverage for 6 months just due to me going to this dealership I was able to get a discount. I spoke with the other colleagues while finalizing paperwork everyone in the dealership was really sweet and had no issues explaining anything to me that I asked which made me really happy! Even the nice lady that helped me get my plates answered all of my questions. This was a unforgettable experience! And took less than a hour! Thank you for all of your help Fernando Silva! Please keep that great attitude that you have you were amazing!!!

Highly recommend Gerardo Alvarez and Mike Jones for any car deals. They help me get a good approval. They went above and beyond to assist with me with getting the perfect car, loan and insurance. Superb experience! Carlton King really took his time and finding me the best deal for my budget. He made my experience, smooth and easy. If you are interested in the purchase of a new vehicle, I suggest heading out to Berwyn Zeigler and looking up Mr. King!

Purchased my first car here! The process was easy and not too much of a delay. There is a variety of cars to choose from that are fitted to you. Salesman Antonio was great and had great service. Every question we had, he helped and had good attitude. I recommend Antonio and Zeigler Berwyn.

Katie and Mike were the best! Did not plan on coming in and leaving with a car with NO MONEY DOWN especially with my credit history. I can honestly say I m satisfied. If your hesitating, don t Come check them out!

Do not buy a car from these people. They lied about having a certain car I wanted just to get me into their building and I called them out on it and didn t apologize or even seem sorry. I went to this place specifically because it was the car I liked the most and it was the only one there that made the sense for me financially. They even said that they would have this car for me specifically because I drove all the way from Northern Wisconsin to see it. I even sent them a nice email about the whole incident the next day and they didn t even bother to reply. The people I encountered at this establishment were simply just sleazy and unprofessional. Wouldn t feel right to know about this and possibly let it happen to other potential victims.

They got it done!!! The fact that I was a female buyer purchasing did not affect my negotiation and I felt well respected. Gerardo Alvarez was personable & his manager Mike Jones worked the numbers for us. We walked away with everything I wanted!!!

Gerardo was an excellent sales representative. He actually listened to what we were looking for, where we needed our Payments to be and did exactly that. I never had a car deal go so smooth and quick. SHOUT OUT TO GERADO....Also, thank you to Mayra the finance manager for working those numbers..

I highly recommend these guys here at zeigler, mainly for their great customer service. It was a great experience from start to finish, Sales rep Katie made sure I got a good deal on my new Chrysler 300S she was very upfront and informative. 2 thumbs up! With 5 stars!

First-time car-buying experience here. It can be really hard and scary for some people to have to go to a dealership and buy a car, but let me tell you Katie and Gerardo were both great at being not only being informative but also patient and helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend this place.

They tricked me into coming down there, saying I got pre-approved by Isabella, Me and my fianc� get there and it's something totally different. The lady Katie looked like she was intoxicated was not communicating well, and what put the icing on the cake two baby mice's ran over me and my fianc� foot. I recommend going somewhere where they will help, and get you approved. And willing to help all races.

Filled out an application online and received a call from Zeigler pre-owned. I was informed I was approved for a car. I asked if it was a pre-approval and if so, I preferred to send my information to them first due to the distance. I emailed my check stubs and gas bill and was informed I was approved not pre-approved. I was asked what car Iwas interested in and sent them several via text, which I was told was given to the finance department so they can run the numbers. I received the text messages with the breakdown on each car for the term they can be financed. Went in today and was told my paperwork could not be found. Redid the application and was told that I needed a cosigner or will have to put down $2500, when I was initially told $500 to a $1000. This is why I text and do emails to have a paper trail. Their employees lied to me. I have it all in writing. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy because of the deceptive acts that were displayed to get me to the car lot. Worse experience EVER!!

I really appreciate the good customer service Mike had when I had some concerns regarding my recent purchase of one of their vehicles. Despite some difficulties during the purchasing process, Mike made sure to explain everything more in depth given this is my second time purchasing a vehicle so that alone improved my experience tremendously.

Carliton and Gerardo are the best people I ve ever worked with they made sure I did not leave off that lot without a car if you need a car I swear this is where you need to I had no credit and walked off with a 2020 I want to thank them for being so patient with me and my husband who had them bring out more then one car until he found just that perfect car and Gerardo and carliton made sure of that thank u so much for all your hard work

I forgot the guys name who helped me but he was helpful af. Helped me find the car I loved and afford. They were pretty quick and friendly. A lil rachet in there but I appreciated the honesty. I would definitely recommend them to someone with bad credit.
