DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Where do i begin. I have full coverage on my car. I had damage but my car drove absolutely fine. I finally got the funds to pay for the deducible so i continued with my claim and took my car to Ron's. With a few days it being there i call for an update they let me know the parts are ordered and don't have a time frame.. which is fine. Few days later i get a call from my insurance that it is totaled. I retain the car and pick it up from Ron with the grill and headlight out.. no problem which i understand this needs to be done. I drive it for a day and my check engine light comes on. Again.. i drove this car with the damage for 6 MONTHS and the light did not come on!!! 5 years having my car it has NEVER came on until bringing it there. I call and ask for a report of what was done. Ron (THE OWNER) gets on the phone and raises his voice at me that I'm accusing them of this and that. I explained i am not looking for them to fix it or holding them liable but i just wanted to understand why it was on... they could take parts from my car without me even knowing!!!!!! He then texts my number continuing the argument which is SOOO unprofessional. I signed an agreement for them to take apart to give an estimate so this is a loss on my end. They still get the $500 deductible and my car worse than i brought it. Instead of being kind and helping someone who needs to drive this car for a little longer because I'm concerned for safety reasons they just yell at me. I will NEVER bring my car here again or refer anyone to the most rudest and unprofessional business i have ever experienced.

They are very busy so it took a while to get in. But the work on my car was excellent. It is the second time we have used them. And my car was cleaner then when I bought it in.

Amazing quality work, everyone was very helpful and informative. Got the work done earlier than expected, Ron was a very nice guy and took great care of my vehicle.Repaired and repainted front end (Picture shown)10 out of 10 would recommend, and I will be a returning customer.

My car was hit while parked. My husband reccomended Ron's and I was extremely pleased with the service start to finish. Drop-off was easy, text messages kept me informed of the repair process, and pickup was seamless. The repairs were great, and my car was ready much sooner than expected. Everything was top tier, would reccomend to anyone needing body work. Thanks for everything!

They just tried skimming me from fixing my car, said I didn t mention everything that was damaged during a crash which I did 2 times to a blonde lady teller who tended us, ended up keeping my car for a month or close to and decided to leave half the job done, overall bad customer service communication and would not recommend them to take your car to fix under insurance coverage, shameful practices and be wary

Ron s R&B Auto Body has been our go to shop for many years for my family. I m always satisfied with the work - I ve never had any problems! The timely matter of the repairs are great. Ron and his staff are VERY knowledgeable in regards to any repairs !!! I will never go to any other body shop! Their staff is very friendly! I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and had it back on Thursday! They had to replace my front bumper, repaint it to match my car, and replace the chrome fog light piece. They did a fantastic job! Thank you!!!

They were so helpful when I came in. The receptionists were very welcoming. The mechanics fixed a fuse for free, and I was so grateful!! Best service. Truly thankful for them.

I walked in grumpy and rude, and I m walking out feeling humbled and grateful. My catalytic converter was stolen and the customer service provided by Maria and her colleagues was above and beyond my expectations. Her patience and ability to get me taken care of really turned my day around.

I was in an accident yesterday and Ron s was on the list for places to go to get your vehicle fixed that the insurance company sent me. I had my mom take me up there to see what to do next... ALL of the team were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and I m truly grateful. Great place to go and feel confident you re in good hands. I see why they ve been in business so long!

THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY CAR LOOK FABULOUS AGAIN!!!I cannot say enough good things about this company! I have contacted a few different body shops for estimates and Ron s R & B Autobody not only had great pricing, but they also were very flexible as to how my car would be fixed. The body shop that my insurance suggested refused to repair my car the way I requested, even if I got the go ahead from the insurance company for the extra repairs. Ron s R & B made the whole process quick and painless and repaired my car the way I requested without any issues. The other body shop had me make a 45-min long appointment just to get an estimate and when I got there, I wasted my time because I didn t get the estimate - instead I was pushed to leave the car with them so they could take it apart to do the estimate and then start repairs right away without giving me a chance to shop around and check out other body shops. They estimated a 2-3 week repair time. Then, thankfully, Ron s R & B was recommended to me by my mechanic (Mike and Son s in Berwyn) and they looked at my car and gave me a complete written estimate for repairs within 10 minutes of my arrival and said they d need 4 days to fix everything. At no time did they push me to leave the car with them and start repairs right away, and they answered all of my question without any issues. They provided great customer service and didn t get annoyed when I called to ask questions (unlike the other body shop). This was my first time dealing with a body shop and it was for my very first car (which is obviously precious to me haha), so I was lucky to find Ron s R & B!!! They did an AMAZING job and my car looks like new, they also finished the job on time as promised and helped me deal with the car rental company. THE BEST service from start to finish, honest and competent owners/management who know what they are doing, and a fantastic and super friendly team overall. Definitely WAY BETTER customer service than some of the other body shops in the area. Highly recommended!THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Had damage to the right headlight area. They took pictures made estimates and pre ordered all the necssary supplies before calling us to bring it in.ookss like the day we bought it. They did great work

Took my gmc acadia for body repair and they did a great job but somehow my insurance didn't included the rear bumper damage also. Ron assured me that he would take care of it and did would definitely recommend Ron's R&B.

I called to get an estimate for a rear bumper, and her first question was, is it insurance or out of pocket. I said, Its cash! The next appt not available until April 11th. Wayyy too long of a wait just for an estimate. Unfortunately The woman on the phone did not do anything to try to accommodate sooner or even offer a ball park estimate to get the process going and thats the reason for my review. Seems careless in trying to retain a new customer. I called another place and received an estimate over the phone right away and was offered to bring my car in the same day.

Took our cars here for all the body work that we've needed to get done in the past. They did an amazing job every time, didn't overcharge us and made sure the job was well done, very good customer service to. Definitely our body shop of choice! Highly recommend!

Great shop. They do amazing work and very reasonably priced. Took it there when my truck got totaled was upfront and honest about my truck not being safe. Other shops would have charged me to fix it and let me drive off in an unsafe car. Will always go back there for body work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I wish there was more then five star Bc this place is amazing and help me out so much words can t explain how amazing this place has been to me. I was in a car accident and they made my car look brand new you can not tell it got hit.. the people their are very friendly take very good care of their customers also there to help and answer all for ur questions. I have been there before and keep going back they do amazing work love this place. I trust them more than any other auto body. If you want good work I recommend this place hands down you will not regret it!!!! Ron is amazing
