Got an oil change and they were really quick! The mechanic also gave me recommendations on repairs that my car will need in the future and he was upfront about it as well. Price was also extremely fair. Highly recommend this place. Juan Duran was the one who took care of me, please ask for him for any repairs! He is very honest and quick with his work.

They said they replaced my spark plugs! Out 250$! Spark plugs was not the problem! They told my son the car is not worth working on! I was overcharged and my car still doesn t run! Went to see my car Saturday early morning before opening. My car and another car had beer cans on the trunk of cars! Shame on this place!

Showed up to the shop at opening and told Chuy car had bad tire sensor and cruise button not turning on.Told cruise won't turn on with bad tire sensor. No follow phone call so i called and told be ready 1pm. Showed up and not done. Asked to come back later because they eat lunch at 130.Came back and charged at 330.Turned on car and left,cruise not working .Chuy said come back tommorow. Arrived first thing in morning and was told to busy today. He knew I was on vacation and had no other time,didn't care

I would not recommend this place. I took my car for fixing something about my heater and they told me the car was fixed. Two days later start the same problem, i took it back and leave the car another whole day saying the car was fine. Again 2 days later start the same problem. I do not take my car back for a third time. In that moment i knew that theres was not intention of repair my car issues. And i cant have my money back because i paid with car insurance. They think people are stupid. I never going to back and do not recommend this place. Scammer! Estafadores! Is the third hispanic repair shop that scamming me. Never again!

Dishonest and untrustworthy! Took my car for an electrical issue, picked it up after a few days and was told it was fixed. The shop charged me $300 for replacing a piece of wiring and new battery installation. I was ok with it, but the next day the car didn't start and the issue reoccurred. I brought the car back, after a week they couldn't figure it out. I decided to take the car somewhere else as they pretty much indicated that they won't be able to do that. I asked, what wire was replaced so I could tell the other shop. He wasn't able to tell me, and asked me to come back later. Came the next day, the boss wasn't there, came later, he still wasn't there. I found out that nothing else besides battery change was done. I asked them to jump start my car and drove away. I would be ok if he told me that they were diagnosing it for hours and that's what I got charged for but why lie about replacing stuff and charging for it? My girlfriend used to go there, her brother as well, and I was about to let them do a major suspension job on my car. You're losing 3 customers over a few hundred dollars. Don't get it, especially because the guys working there seem nice.

I wouldn t recommend this shop. I drove a Ford transit from Indianapolis directly from buying it from owner to have it inspected. The only thing the van needed was rear breaks and a quote for the ABS. Also asked to on check tire pressure cause sensor was on. I came to pick up my van and everything else was fine. They did not bother to check my air pressure. Si I took it to a tire place. Tires were over pressured. Which annoyed me because I asked for that service and they didn t care. After 3 days of driving the car it would start after a stop. Something having to do with the key getting un programmed. So I had it towed to this shop. I was told it was my starter and quoted me 400 to put a starter in a 4.cylinder transit van. Had it fixed came back and was told literally that every thing was fine I just had to stick a SCREWDRIVER INTO THE GEAR BOX to engage the the gear stick because when the starter when out it damaged something electrical blah blah. I was like are you serious are you gonna write me and invoice that says problem fixed, special instructions use a screw driver to out in drive.? Further more my windshield wipers stopped working and my windows... so now I have 3 more things broken in my vehicle that he was supposedly not able to fix and denied being responsible for the repair. Then shop is a chop shop at best. Chuy is not to be trusted with the importance of a reliable vehicle. I hate playing this card but to top it off an an Amputee, I can t be driving around in a vehicle I have to stick a screw driver to get it off park, what is wrong with this imbecile!?

This is a top notch place. Honest people to do business with. Knowledgeable, fair pricing, pleasant people to do business with.They have come to my rescue more than once. We have recently moved away but still came in for oil changes. We would like to wish Randy and Rick many healthy, happy years of retirement. You will be missed!

We have been taking our cars to Kenn's for several years and have had great service from them. They are always very nice and explain the work to be done and our options. They also have a loaner car if you need one (which many small shops don't). Rick & Randy are very trustworthy, I would highly recommend them.

I went to get my wheel bearings and ball joints replaced. The service is great, fast, and at a reasonable price. Chuy is a good and honest mechanic. Will definitely recommend to others who need their car fixed.

Finally found someone I can trust to work on my cars! They will explain all work completed and show you the old replaced parts. They also offer free loaner cars when available. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quick turnaround, reliable work, and overall great people to work with.

After taking my car to the dealership twice in a month and they still couldn t find what was wrong after having it total of 4 days, I took it to QA. They we able to diagnose it in 4 hrs and get it fixed (including fixing what the dealership messed up) by the next day. They will always get my business and I completely recommend Chewy and this shop. He restored my faith that there are good mechanics out there that care about their customers. Thanks Chewy and the team at QA #2!!!!

I've brought all my cars here for 30 years, bard on the recommendation of a family who had been going they're even longer. Honest and happy crew who know it all about old and new cars. Never had a problem. Always feel like I'm in very good hands.

The mechanic Chuy I believe that is his name, fixed my broken muffler/tail pipe on me 2003 jeep gran Cherokee. He gave me a good estimate compared to other muffler shops I went to. Got a new muffler and tailpiped Installed in a couple hours. I definitely recommend this mechanic if your vehicle needs fixing. Will be coming back for more repairsService: Exhaust

My problems started after bringing my car in for a simple oil change. I was told soon after that, that I needed to replace a cooler oil filter gasket for $90, so I did later. When I picked up the car I noticed some spotting under the front driver side of the vehicle. I mentioned it to the mechanic and he dismissed it. A little over a month later I now have a coolant fluid leak there. I never had any problems doing oil changes at the dealer or jiffy lube. Now it seems, I fix one thing here, and then something else breaks later down the road.Please note: this business was recently purchased by new owners. I don't think these new guys have had it open, in this area, for more than a year.

We've been going there 20 years or more. The business was started 70 years ago by the twin sons. They decided to take a good offer and close shops. Very reliable, honest, and concientious. We are going to miss you Randy & Rick!

Terrible service. My father brought his car here to get it fixed and they only made it worse. He took it back to get it fixed, and they left it just the same. He s taken it in 3 times and they can t fix the issue. Do not recommend.

They don't know what they are doing... for simple jobs on muffler maybe... but when it comes to reading and understanding codes it is disaster... on top they are suggesting expensive jobs done which are not necessary... will never go back...Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

BEWARE OF THIS MECHANIC. This place was recommended to us by a friend when our brakes started to make a noise and our check oil light started coming on suddenly, despite having had it changed three weeks ago. We choose to go here because the person recommending them has gone to them for years and we wanted to try a new place out despite having a great relationship with our normal mechanic. Never again will we go to this place. They called us an hour after dropping the car off to have all of that checked and were told the estimate for the brakes and that they were working on the check oil light. Four and a half hours later we get a call saying the breaks were done BUT he wouldn't touch the check oil light problem because the milage on the car and then proceeded to tell us we brought him a cancer car . Upon arrival at the shop to pick up the car to take it to get fully fixed he proceeded to pat himself on the back by showing us brake pads that didn't come off our car and when asked about the fact that he wouldn't check the oil light he choose to have a hissy fit in the middle of the shop throwing things around after we told him he could have told us before he even worked on the car at all about the oil light and we could have picked up the car and took it some place to get it fully worked on instead of wasting our time in having to take it to another place at 4pm in the after noon when other shops are getting ready to close up. He spoke to myself and my mother like we were stupid women and didn't know what we were talking about. Beware of this place unless your car is only in need of a tune up as they stated it in clear english WE DO NOT FIX EVERYTHING ON A CAR .

Great bunch of guys.they really try to help you out and explain everything. after they do their job they show you the parts that they replaced and they are very upfront with the pricing and their work.
