Went in today, Tuesday morning, thinking it would be slow. They already had 2 cars when I arrived. Pierre was solo upstairs I don't think he had anyone with him yet. He was calm, cool and collected. Once he was about halfway with my service, back up arrived and he communicated clearly what was going on and what needed go be done. Great service!

I was the first customer for the day The young man told me he was alone so it would be a few minutes which was fine I wasn't in a hurry. He then got me in, did my oil change and I was done. I was able to use my teacher's discount which is 10% which I appreciated!! I had no issues with my service. I would go back.

Fast, courteous service! Any additional services (beyond basic oil change) were presented and explained, and the cost given, so that I could approve before they were provided. A great crew at this Jiffy Lube!

The guy's were prompt, respectful and very helpful with the full on service at location #279. I was there last Thursday and was satisfied with the service and timing. I go during my break so I've never had a problem with the wait time. Tnx gentlemen.

I was missing a lug nut from one of my tires. The attendant noticed it while they were rotating my tires. I was advised to replace it at an auto store because they did not supply them. Once I reached my next destination, I noticed that they actually replaced the lug nut without telling me. There was no additional charge. I immediately contacted the shop to thank them for their good service.

It seem like they have a new mechanic doing the service on my car, he spilled oil on my engine.Did not check any other fluids!They also drained my oil by suction never had that done before.Will never return to this location!

This shop is the best! They have fast service and every worker is extremely friendly! They are a great team. I ll definitely be stopping by for future oil changes and services and you should too!!

I ve been a Loyal Customer for years but on 02/02/24 the Supervisor at the location 6930 CERMAK RD Berwyn IL Pierre L gave me the most WORST EXPERIENCE. I came in to get a oil change since I ve been a regular customer they already had my information on file like what type of oil my jeep takes this man Pierre tried to charge me over $100 for my regular oil change that usually cost $49.99 he immediately emptied out all the oil in my Jeep. I tell him that s not the correct price another Jiffy Lube staff tells him it s $49.99 Pierre L says we don t have that oil anymore. I said I want to speak to the manager he says he is the manager and locked me In Jiffy Lube #279 ON MY BIRTHDAY! He calls the police and they arrived and the cop immediately tells him give me what I asked for. Now Pierre went from over $100 to charging me$52 Pierre told the officer you can leave but thankfully the officer said No he s waiting right there with me till service is complete. Pierre is a short old BLACK male and need to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! for bringing down the quality of service at Jiffy Lube

This place is courteous and quick. Straight business. Got my oil changed and air filter swapped. Windows wiped down, and tire pressure checked. He even let me know what lights were out in the rear tail lights. 100 percent would come again.

I went in for a 112.00 Synthetic oil change & none of my fluids were topped off as a required part of the service!! So basically it was 110.00 for a simple oli change because no other fluid was topped off ..Definitely do not recommend this Jiffy Lube location.....

This was the worst Jiffy Lube I have visited. The manager had a unprofessional attitude and one of the staff did not know how to remove my skid plate. I blame the manager for being rude, loud and not attempting to show or train the struggling staff member and only focusing on his lunch. The reinstalled my skid plate and it wasn't even done correctly that I had to stop the next day at another Jiffy Lube to check my vehicle and remove the skid plate. I email Jiffy lube for repairs and nothing. Now my vehicle is making a whistle sound when I drive. Maybe related maybe not.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube! Every staff member here is very kind and professional. I m always very well taken care of. Eduardo and Pierre gave me exceptional service. I love love love this Jiffy Lube!

I hadn't been to a Jiffy Lube in years. Decided to give it another try, when my change oil light came on in, midst of moving. Team was great. I was impressed how they made sure right filter & oil type were used. My van uses about 6 qts of oil. I was comforted when they checked level, saw not quite enough and carefully added more. Team concept insures accuracy as they double check each other. No loose drain plug! I had trouble getting oil light from displaying at the end and they helped me do that too. Nice, patient guys who seemed like they were having fun at their jobs. Super customer experienceService: Oil change

I took my wife s car there to get a simple oil change. They forgot to tighten the nut causing some serious issues to the engine. Worst experience. More damage than it s worth. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE. Trust me, you ll regret it.

Took my jeep Grand cherokee on Thursday Dec 28th the following day as was driving my engine locked pressure oil and Check engine lit up I checked the oil dip stick as I waited on the tow truck it had no oil I had it towed back to jiffy Lube in Berwyn @ 1am with my son. Following day I went to jiffy Lube spoke to the manager as he further inspect my jeep he found the drain plug was missing now I need a new engine

Went in for this Saturday for a oil change the employees were rude and looked like they didn't know what they were doing! NONE of my fluids were topped off like they are required to be None!!! Don't bring your car to this location it's a dump!!

They no longer carry conventional oil, so the cheapest oil change starts at $79.99. I really needed it, so I paid the upcharge. Won't be back

My service car lights were on and since I didn t have time to make an appointment at the dealer, I drove in to the Jiffy Lube on Berwyn and their level of customer service was top notch. I had the best experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Everyone was professional and the service amazing. There were three guys working on my car at once. One guy was checking the tires, other was performing the oil change and the third guy was checking the fluids. I definitely will be going back to this location. There are also coupons on their website for services. I used the coupon for 10.00 off.

The service was excellent, I went to get a vehicle inspection. And I didn't even have to get out the car. The gentleman was really nice. My tail light was out and he fixed it right on the spot. Great service. I believe in customer service and this was great

I observed Pierre ( I believe that was the name of the manager/employee from name tag). This man has an incredible work ethic from what I saw. He was coaching his employees, serving customers, and rolling up his sleeves to get the job done as well! I hadn t come to the store in over a decade due to a bad experience in the past. I have restored trust in Jiffy Lube and will be a repeat customer if this is the kind of service I will be getting. Hopefully the company knows what kind of employee this is and treats him well at all costs. Incredible experience!Services: Tires, Oil change

Pierre the manager and damian the assistant were super nice and helped me with the oil changed I needed and even cleaned the windows of my car which they didn t have to but did it out of heart.
