I won t bring my car anywhere else Brian and Jimmy are so kind and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with any of my cars when I ve brought them here! Bring your car here and you know it will be with a trustworthy business!

Heard good things. Called spoke to brian. My mom used them in past. Brian stated too busy this week. Call back next week to get my car in. Then told me were too busy for you. So,why have me call back a week later. Just lied figured I would go somewhere else. Untrustworthy n shady at that point.Go somewhere else where everyone matters!Frank called my mom next day and apologized for being shady pretty much.My mom spent a lot of money with them and even bought a caddy from them living in berwyn.All these 5 star reviews are from family friends and people they went to school with. Don't believe th hype. Only wanted them cause my mom knew them and Brian knows Cadillacs I heard.Connected by town with the police cars they work on.Sad when u have to be connected to get equal service. Brian the story teller. Lol

I was new to Berwyn when I was referred to Deece by a coworker, and they have been great to work with! They are almost always quick and communicative, and their prices are very fair. They have been great in emergencies (like issues on the weekend or near close) and have even helped me get to work when they were working on my car! As a fellow business owner, I respect nothing more than honesty. I see why they've been in business as long as they have, they're honest and at a fair price. Another shop in the area wanted double what Deece charged me. My whole family has gone for years and they have taken incredible care of our vehicles! I once had a dealership tell me I needed a $7,000 new engine, but when I towed it to deece they fixed the problem for around $500. And the results lasted for many years! Very honest people..! Ford dealership told me I needed brakes ASAP..! ..I took my car to Jimmy (deece)was told no brakes needed yet..!! (I'm not an aggressive driver).but they fixed the annoying noise that I had for weeks:wheel bearing..! Very reasonable price..! I highly recommend this place..! My shop from now on..bye bye ford..!!

The guys at Deece Automotive are the best. Their prices are reasonable they are fair. They explain things to you regarding your vehicle when you are not sure what is wrong. The do oil changes in a reasonable amount of time and you can wait for it. I would recommend coming here and getting your car fixed or serviced here. I've been coming to them for years. Jimmy knows what he's doing it's the car fixed right the first time.

TLDR: If I just spent $800 with you, the least you can do is talk to me nicely and demonstrate respect.---I brought my car into Deece for brake and exhaust work, totaling nearly $800. While driving home, I went over a relatively common sized speed bump (nothing out of the ordinary) and heard some knocking on the right front side. This is my back up car, so I returned a few days later and informed the shop manager of the problem. He immediately said it was the coil spring.From a customer perspective, if you begin to experience a problem in the exact area where your car was serviced it's reasonable to believe that something went wrong when your car was being serviced. Sometimes it's an unfortunate coincidence, sometimes it was negligence on the part of the service provider.The manager immediately became defensive and said there was no possible way that the brake service could have caused an issue with the coil spring. I'm not a mechanic, but I also did not have problem with the coil spring before I left my car with them. He was dismissive, and refused to take any possible accountability and lacked any empathy for my perspective. I was considering leaving my car with him since I was already there and my car is 10 years old (stuff breaks), but as we were talking I walked around to look at the other side of my car and he had walked back into the shop ( literally no longer in sight). I walked back into the shop and asked why he walked away and explained that his behavior was disrespectful, and he made an excuse and said I was on my phone - FALSE. We were in the middle of a conversation, and he walked away when my back was turned because he was no longer interested in anything I had to say.From there things went downhill. The manager was not showing any respect for me as a customer who had expressed a reasonable concern, so I requested for him to return my keys, passed some expletives and left.In these moments, you always wonder why someone can feel so easily compelled to disrespect a paying customer. Was it race-related, gender related, intersection of race and gender, or perhaps that's how he treats anyone who dares to challenge him. Whatever the reason, with that level of disrespect, Deece Automotive was not going to receive another dollar from me. I will have the coil-spring, that worked perfectly before leaving it with Deece, fixed elsewhere!

My aunt brings here cars here figured id try it. The Dealership told me over $700 to fix my stop and go, called here. They said drop it off during the week. I dropped it off Monday morning it was ready Tuesday afternoon (they were slammed with work and tons of other cars) my stop and go is fixed and I asked them to fix a part under my car that's hanging. In total $175 !!!!! Me my mom my sister everyone will be bringing our cars here!!

Jimmy and the team are one of the best I ever dealt with. Very honest and professional. Get the work done and will let you know what is really wrong with your car and will never steer you wrong.. I recommend them with your car problems.

Had no idea what the noise was that I was hearing for months whenever I turned but it was annoying to say the least. I kept trying to ignore it because who wants to spend hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars on auto repairs?! Not I.A good friend of mine referred me to Jimmy at Deece. I stopped in this morning at 9 and was called within an hour to be told I needed new struts. Not only was the servce fairly priced, it was taken care of in no time. I had my car back by noon.I hopefully won't need anything more anytime soon but if/when I do, I'll definitely be going back to Deece and plan to refer my friends and family in the future Thank you!

I came here because my sister recommended me. I was experiencing the check engine light going on and off. Jimmy told me exactly what the problem was and it didn't cost a whole bunch of money to repair it. I will bring my car for all of my automotive needs. Thank you for your honesty .

I'm new to this area so was looking for a mechanic that I could trust. Went in for a simple oil change at first. Brian was professional and his crew was friendly. They found a wheel bearing that obviously was ready to fail. The quick lube places never saw that. They took care of the bearing the next day. Now I'm taking my other car in for brakes. Reasonable prices too.

I have taken my car over to Deece, twice, now for unrelated issues. Both times they have been quick and fair priced with their service.This last time, the car was having emission problems. So, they made the necessary fix, then they drove my car over to emission testing and made sure the car passed with the state. Above and beyond service.

Jimmy and Brian and all the guy's in the shop always takes great care of me whenever I bring my vehicle or any of my family and friends vehicle to them for work they take there time and get it done right the 1st time in all the years I've been coming here never once have I had to come back with a complaint or problemIf you want it done right bring it to Deecee Automotive

You can NEVER go wrong when you have car problems and use this establishment. Jimmy and Brian are the most honest and upstanding individuals you will ever come across. I've been using them for 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. I've since moved away from Berwyn and I still use them. As long as they are around I will continue to come here.

Last year I took a Pontiac G6 to Deece . I asked if they could fix the dash lights that were on because it needed to pass the emission test and asked to check car for overheating the car sat in their lot for a week so I called Jimmy and he would take care of it i get a call car is ready $400.00 the lights were still on and he said it passed the emission test. didn't fix the lights but it i took it this year it didn't pass the lights are on so I don't know how this place gets all this good reviews????

I dropped my vehicle off here once and asked them to call me before they work on my car to give me an estimate first. A couple days later, I get a call saying that my vehicle is ready. It was $200. Gosh, I wanted an estimate first so I can decide if I want to proceed. My car got fixed though
