This place was recommended by my insurance company. They are only 3 min away from me in berwyn so it was very convenient! They kept updated on the status of my car the entire time it was there. I ran late to my initial appointment. And they were patient with me and still took me in! They did a great job with the repairs and even left my car spotless and looking brand new! After I picked up my car I realized I left some items behind in the rental I dropped off. I called them and they were helpful and honest about my returning my stuff, which is rare nowadays, so I really appreciate that. And lastly, I went to pick up my stuff right at closing time and they didn't give me a hard time about it at all. I should also mention that they were flexible about the time I was able to pick up my car. I clearly have time management issues, and they were gracious enough to help me out. Highly recommend.

Crash championship did an amazing job repairing my car, it looks brand new as if I never got into a car accident. I m highly satisfied with the work and customer service they had provided. My supervisor was Jonathan Cruz and he did a superb job keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process. They went above and beyond!! . I wouldn t change anything about it. I 100% recommend this body shop for any collision repairs 10/10 job. *Before and after photos listed below*

They do excellent body work, but stay so busy they are not always good about communication. Be prepared to take the initiative if you want to know updates or need follow up. Customer-friendly lobby with free coffee, water, &video.

Overall experience was ok . My car was ready before expected date and was like brand new. The only thing is that I am big on customer service and the way that I am being treated. 1/3 people that I interacted with showed me strong customer service skills and I feel that this is not good. I did not feel welcomed being here at all . I would recommend for fast quality work but not for customer service interactions.

They broke my windshield while doing repairs on my front bumper and front wheel and are refusing to fix it and take responsibility. Geico needs to stop doing business with them. Take your car somewhere else. Not to mention Robert the manager is unprofessional.

I'm very happy with the service to my car. I car got side swiped from one end of the car to the other. The shop did a great job and restored my car back to normal. I would definitely go back!

I found Crash Champions after someone hit the side of my car as I was driving through a parking lot. I didn't know what to expect. And whatever expectations I could have had...they bested all of them! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and the car repair - perfect! Also, they gave me an estimate for the repairs to be done and they got the car back to me two days earlier. Thank you!!!

Crash Champion came through with flying colors, my car was repaired a week earlier than expected, very detailed and clean. I highly recommend them for any repairs needed, they also by text keep you in the loop 100% until done and followed up to confirm your happy with the results

When we first arrived to crash champions Mario walked us through the process of what our Toyota 4runner was going to get done. Mario has exceptional customer service. He kept us updated on the� progress . He knew that we needed our truck for work and assured us that he would try his best to have it ready within a week. Crash champions fixed our bumper and a meduim size dent on driver side door. Our truck was ready within a week and Mario showed us what was done to our truck. The work was highly professional and Crash Champions even detailed my truck inside and out. Our experience with Crash Champions was easy and smooth. We highly recommend Crash Champions!

Had my car taken in for somebody work. And not only did they do a fantastic job. They fixed my car 10 days sooner than the estimated time. Also cleaned and detailed interior! It's like a got a new car! 10/10 would recommend and come back for any needs

Quality of repairs is 5 stars. They did a good job on my vehicle. 1 star for their honesty. If you leave your vehicle here. Make sure it's empty or your stuff will dissappear. They have a sign that says they're not responsible for anything left in the vehicle. Which means they can steal whatever they want without consequences.

Took my 2018 navigator they repaired passenger side told me it would be ready Friday and called me said it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Saturday comes they called me it's ready went to pick up vehicle, half off the panels had dirt on the paint alot like it was painted in the alley. They apologized and wasn't ready till Tuesday. Also my Versace cologne gift from Mom came up missing... They do have signs not to leave any items of value but a cologne come on can't trust anyone anymore smh....

STAY AWAY!!! I selected this repair shop through my insurance company because of their great reviews. I had to have the passenger side repaired due to a T-bone accident. Initially, they told me it would be ready in about 2 weeks.After bringing it into the shop, it was updated to 3 weeks. I received regular updates, stating they "look forward to seeing me in 19 days", and more messages stating that everything was "on track for my 10/5 completion date". On 10/4, it was updated to 10/7. On 10/6 they let me know my vehicle was in the paint shop. On 10/7 they told me it was still in the alignment shop and updated to 10/10 completion. On 10/8, they let me know they were short an alignment technician but would be ready on 10/10. On 10/10, they updated it to 10/11. I let them know I would be there after work on 10/11. When I showed up (after fighting rush hour traffic to take the detour to their shop), the woman walked me to the back where my car was literally STILL IN PIECES.Not only did they lie about the stage my car was in, but they kept stringing me along, day by day, totally messing up my life, plans and rental reservation. I wish they would've just been honest so I could plan accordingly.On 10/12, my car was finally "ready" (and I guess they give out roses to their customers, really?) 5 minutes into the drive home (with my rose!) I realized my steering wheel was SIDEWAYS. They tried to tell me it was safe to drive that way, which it absolutely wasn't safe to drive.I turned around and dropped off the car (again). They let me know there was, in fact, an issue with the alignment. It was "ready" (again) 4 days later. They had my car from 9/14-10/17, over a month.8 months later and the seal around the door they repaired is now leaking with heavy rains. Over a month ago I called (twice, because they didn't return my call the first time) and the woman told me they would have my part ordered and let me know when it was ready. I never received a call back. This place is absolute garbage. Stay away.

Do not recommend this place. 6months since they worked on my car and I am still fighting them and Geico to make it right. All they had to do is to paint bumper corner and install new cover. Whoever worked on the car just zipped self drilling screw in my bumper! Same with bumper covers that dont line up - theres screw behind them too! Also peice of splash guard is broken leaving a hole! I have seen some bad work but thats just next level. Tryed to resolve it politely. Went there two times and guys go "oh yeah, its terrible, we will call you, you come and we fix it " - never did! Photo nr4 shows other side of bumper - original, no screws, how it soppose to beUpdate: in October these guys had my car repaired the right way. Bumper, missing/broken splash guard.Conclusion: am I happy with the end result? Yes. Would I ever recomend this place to a friend? After fighting for several months thru insurance - NO...

They do a sloppy job, every thing looks so good at a glance, BUT! I got 20/20 vision and the paint they used, does not match my vehicle s paint, plus they painted areas that didn t need paint, l couldn t even open my fuel compartment, because it was glued with clear coat. I just don t think anyone inspected the job after it was done.

The estimate and drop off were fast and easy. The day after I dropped it off I got a call with an update and estimated part delivery time. It took a month to get the part which I understand is out of their control.It was about a month from the time I was told they received the part until I was able to take my car home. After the initial phone call, Crash Champions did not initiate any communication except for automated texts to change the estimated completion date; it was changed a total of 9 times. Several times I was told I would get a call back with updates and never did. Most of the communication happened when I randomly stopped by to ask in person.The day I was finally called to pick up my car there was a scuff mark on the grill which had been replaced. It was buffed out in front of me. When I opened the driver side door the handle partially came off. After about half an hour of them trying to fix it, they finally told me they would have to order another handle.I finally took my car home the next day with grease on the interior passenger door handle and dirty seats.They did loan me a vehicle free of charge after I had to return my rental so there's that.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

EDIT: After hearing a noise underneath my car, a mechanic checked it out and found zip ties holding up my splash shield. They are refusing to fix it and now I have to go back to the insurance to force them to do it. Looking at other reviews, it seems that I am not the only customer that has had this experience. DO NOT GET REPAIRS DONE HERE!Excellent customer service. Amazing follow-up. Quality work. All around satisfying experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was sent to this location by my insurance company and it was the worst thing to happen to me. Everyone in the front office was very nice but the work that was done on my car was terrible. Cosmetically everything seemed fine at first but maybe I was too excited about having my car back to notice the small details. Only to find out that none of the problems on my car were small. I recommend if you take your car to this shop you get someone else to take a look at it after. My car went to two different shops after and both locations said my car should have been a total loss from the beginning. Crash champion had my car for 2 months and 5 months later (with many adjusters) I m dealing with a total loss. I can talk about how dirty they did me and how much they put me through but they know what they did and the insurance has pictures of everything. Maybe try same company different shop.

My car looks AMAZING!!! Rob went above and beyond with my car, he even washed and cleaned the interior, I was definitely not expecting that. He was also very fast and efficient with the repairs and constantly updated me through out the process. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful as well. They even surprised me with a rose when I picked up my vehicle. 100/10 recommend. Thank you crash champions for all your help, you guys are the best!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car here after I got into a hit and run and discussing with my insurance. As this being my first car that I bought, I was nervous. However, Rob provided me with good communication and updated me throughout the entire process. The facility was always cleaned and the staff is friendly. These people are the stupidest company I have ever dealt. First they try to rip me off for a temp sensor I didn't need. then they try to increase the first estimate when I brought it back to get it reduced due to the sensor. then they say that I need to leave the car for 2 weeks while they work on other cars, even if I pay for them to order all the parts in advance. They admit it is only a few hours of work but refuse to let me keep my car and just call me to bring it in when they are ready to work on it. considering their tiny lot is always full, who are they kidding? this policy is just stupid--stupid for them as well, and they obviously couldn't care less about what is best or stupid for their customers even when it costs them nothing to be more accomodating. I will take my business elsewhere.

This is my second time using Crash Champions and it is the best collision repair place I have experienced! I am very pleased with the work on my car, the professionalism of the staff, and most definitely the quick turnaround on the repairs! You guys are the best :)!!! Keep up the great work guys!
