The staff at Cassidy Tire is always friendly and highly professional. Steve, in particular, went above and beyond. He has a great attitude and was so helpful. I ve been a big fan of Cassidy for over 30 years and will continue to give them my business.

Staff is friendly. I set up an appointment for an alignment and was taken care of on time a quickly. I appreciate the positive energy the staff was giving so early in the morning it definitely goes a long way.

Made an appointment for an oil change, when I got there they told me it would be an hour. I told them I had to be out in an hour for work. They took my car right in and I was out in 20 minutes. They also checked my tires and informed me that I would need front tires soon. I will be back for tires. The gentleman at the counter was lovely! Highly recommend

My tire completely blew out on I55 at the beginning of morning rush hour. Had my car towed here because I saw they offered financing via Affirm. This was a complete lifesaver for my financial situation, and I'm so thankful this store had it available. On top of that, the staff are all extremely kind and professional. They went above and beyond repairing now only my tire situation, but also fixing all the warning lights I had from the incident.Thank you again!

Had alignment done here for my 2015 highlander. Appt time was honored and service was courteous. Thanks! Wanted to also add I came here years ago when I had a Mercedes ML430 and one of my continental tires had a defect in it. Cassidy was my go to and the defective tire was replaced. Same prompt courteous service. No complaints here.

Been taking my car to this site for a few years now and the guys have never disappointed me: I find them to be time efficient, honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The suggested price for the work performed is usually within the range, if not exact. I would and have recommended this site to others

They are always friendly, and their prices are reasonable. It's where I go to get an oil change or new tires. The place is always clean. Make an appointment and it's fast and friendly service every time.

Good prices for oil change. Great costumer service! They had told me that they were short on staff and waiting time was going to be longer. Dropped my car off and they still gave me quick service! 10/10 would go again.

My car is only nine month old; I have a voucher for a free oil change from the dealer. However, I still choose Cassidy Tire! I trust Cassidy Tire way more then the dealer! On my previous car I''d gotten oil changes, tires, alinements, lights replaced & NEVER a bad experience.

I went in to Cassidy for my first time today to get a flat tire fixed and I got some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life! Also the pricing was less than the last time I had to buy a tire at another tire company. I will be going back to get my other two older tires replaced and my rear brakes fixed. I found a home for my car!

Fantastic shop for all of your car tire related needs. I made an appointment earlier in the week and my time was actually honored. The staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns with my vehicle. They assured me they would take care of everything. In about 45mins or less my service was completed. They found tears in the wall and patched it all up and topped up the nitrogen air. The procedure was explained in detail and shared that my tires were in good condition for another few years.I will continue coming to this shop and I highly recommend others check it out!

These guys are AWESOME!! I need a tire change, they fixed it same day. I came in for a tire rotation, and they didn't even charge me because I previously bought a tire from them. I needed my breaks fixed, they did so quickly for a very fair price. Excellent people to do business with. I'd give them 6 stars if i could.

I stopped by to have my tires checked as the low pressure sensors had been going off. I was told the rim needed to be cleaned and sealed. When I drove off I began to hear a sound and found a large screw in my rear tire. I returned and was told I might have caught it as soon as I drove off their lot (how convenient) and needed a new tire $275. I drove in without that sound and I am sure the screw was caught in their garage. I was told it couldnt be fixed and refused to purchase a new tire since it wasn't my fault. They patched the whole after I was told it was not something they could fix. I would suggest they clean their garage and outside area where cars are driven to the front so this does not happen to anyone else.

There was an error in pricing with my battery that I purchased and received a call from Cassidy corporate offices advising me of the error and that they wanted to correct this issue. Was very pleased on the serviceAnd how they took care of business at the shop and corporate. Thanks guys

I've been a frequent customer with Cassidy tire for almost 20yrs plus. Have bought general tires from Cassidy with full coverage. These pass few years had to replace two tires because the puncture was too close to edge or bend of the tires. Had appointment for an oil change, after an hour wait. I'm told that Cassidy could not change the oil because a tool was not available and to come back tomorrow. Before leaving I'm told two tires show wear and should be replaced. Upper management reviewing my complaint gave a $50 discount along with the prorated discount on my next purchase. Bought two new general tires and recieved same size tires but different rating compared to my original general tires. Today l had an appointment for repairing a leaking tire and rotation. Now I'm told the tire cannot be repaired because of worn threads. Because of mileage the tire is prorated at $17.50, new tire cost is over $200. My confidence with Cassidy tires and General tires has been tested and I won't deal with either service or product again.

This is a great place to have your car fixed. Great people and great service. You can't ask for anything more. I definitely would recommend Cassidy Tires as the place to take your car to for your car needs.I recently went here again, and just like my previous experience I was greeted with cheer, concern for my issue and professionalism. Steve was wonderful to deal with. The guys at Cassidy are a great group of guys who will take care of your needs and leave you feeling confident that the problem no longer exists. This is a 5 star location to go to get your car needs resolved.

They attempted to scam my mother into 4 new tires when all she needed was a patch for a nail. Ladies don t go alone. Get a second opinion.

Called about getting my rear pads and rotors changed and they wouldn t take it because if they go bad there wouldn t be warranty on them! Like if they go bad that s on me plus I got warranty on them from the manufacturer! Guess they scared to make money
