This was my first experience with Caliber and I'm glad they were the team that helped repair my car. The staff was professional and really friendly. They walked me through the process from the time they picked up the car, check-ins throughout the repair process, and even at pick up.They were happy to answer any questions and even let me know that I would need a new tire soon. (That was not part of the repairs).I've included pics of the before. I'll get after pics soon.

I highly recommend Caliber. They did excellent, smart work and were communicative and reliable. The best service I have ever had. You can trust them entirely.

Caliber Collision has the best service ive experienced from having a clean office area to the ease of knowing what s going on with your vehicle repair. Sam the receptionist was nice and greeted me with a smile, Pedro my inspector greeted me with a smile and kept me up to date every step of the way with how my repairs were going both from the accident and the extra repair I needed and then Joe, the manager, whom I worked with before on another repair brought up the rear to top off this experience. He made sure I was satisfied before I left the shop and that everything was good. I couldn t ask for a better experience so Caliber Collision keep up the great work and professionalism you all display and stand behind.

I ve had a few different visits to caliber collision. Through two different insurance companies, Geico and Progressive. Both experiences were great. Caliber customer service is excellent. They do a detailed walk through of the car with you to get the most information regarding your accident. I had a pretty extensive repair done on the rear passenger side of my car. They have me an estimate for repairs of 2 weeks and finished a week early. I recommend anyone in the area to use caliber.

I cannot say enough about this place. Brought my car here twice now. Joe is patient and thorough and the front desk is kind and helpful. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars and doesn t have someone in her life who does, I am so grateful for them. Good people are hard to find, but there s a few at Caliber Collision in Berwyn.

I have been to this Caliber collision location unfortunately several times over the last decade with 0 complaints! The customer service and service to my vehicle has always been top notch! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else and will definitely recommend them to others!

Couldn t ask for better customer service. Joseph was very kind/genuine and had no issues answering any questions that I had. Would most definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get their car fixed

Took my truck for insurance repair, WOW great job on the truck I was so happy. Customer service was great and they help me with the car rental as well. Work and paint is guarantee as long as I own my truck. That s what I love to hear. Thank you guys for the great job.

I brought my car in for cosmetic repairs. I did not know what to expect? I can now say that the customer service was great. The whole crew exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and my vehicle was ready by the date they said. I can definitely say I would use Caliber Collision again in the future if I needed it and I have already recommended them to a friend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dealing with a car accident is an overwhelming experience and finding a quality body shop with so many options is even more of a daunting task. Well im happy to say I found one!! Caliber is exceptional at what they do. The customer service and the quality of work are on a league of their own. I sincerely appriciate Joe for following up with me and making things right and leaving my car, honestly looking like the day I took it of the showroom floor. Stop looking around folks Caliber Collision in Berwyn is the place to go.

I was lied to and called a liar. My insurance company paid for a new trunk and bumper. They never replaced the truck or bumper. They returned my car with the scratches from the accident I was in. I pay 1k+ for insurance & car note for my car to look the way it looks!!

The service provided overall at this location from start to finish was outstanding. Once my information was forwarded to them by my insurance, Sam (Office Administrator) was quick to contact me and set up the appointment to bring my car in. On the date of my appointment, the staff was informative of the full process and assured I would be fully content when the repairs were complete. The team kept me in the loop the entire time the car was undergoing repairs and worked extra hard on ensuring my vehicle was ready on the estimated date provided. The completed repairs looked amazing and the car looked nearly brand new once more. Definitely would recommend them 100%.Service: Body & Trim

I want to thank the Caliber Collision team for doing such a fantastic job on getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. I understand due to supply chain issues certain parts were on back order which is completely out of their control, but they kept me informed, up-to-date on all of the progress being made, and showed complete professionalism throughout the entire process. I was skeptical that they would not match the original paint for my 2013 Nissan Maxima, after doing quarter panel bodywork, and bumper replacement. Brought my car in through my insurance, and they made the whole process easy and convenient. While all other body shops had a waitlist of 2 months, Caliber Collision was able to take us in right away without any problems. They fixed my car in less than 1 week and returned it looking better than it did before. There's an Enterprise right next door which makes it easy to get a rental if you need it. Huge shoutout to Jamal for helping and guiding us throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond, and took care of other minor scratches our car had. This shop came up in my recommended list by State Farm and I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous because I needed my car by the weekend for work and they fixed me up in about 2-3 days and got the car just in time for me to be able to go to work the rest of the week into the weekend.Joe Milano has been very helpful and definitely has delivered exceptional customer service.Highly highly highly recommend - great staff, from the front desk to the people in the back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recommended this shop by our insurance carrier after an accident. They were quick to schedule our estimate and and get our repair underway. Sam and Eduardo were beyond professional. They were also friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all our questions, they made sure to keep us up-to-date on the status of the repair for our vehicle. I highly, highly recommend this company. Everyone is friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. Their fee for the repair was quite reasonable. They did the work as promised and finished before promised. They even detailed my car for free.
