This is a review for Kia Service centre:If I could 0 stars, I would.I brought my car for rodent damage repair. Incredibly poor service management. No one picks up the phone and I had to call at least 5 times for their service station to pick up once. The manager was incredibly rude and hung up my phone call when I asked him about the timeline of my car's service.After getting my car back, the next day I noticed after checking under the car hood that the replaced cables were left inside the engine. I also found food (french fries and chicken bones) lodged inside the hood near the injector. The least I expected from Kia Berwyn service was inform me about it. Go somewhere else if possible. Would not recommend.

Berwyn Kia was amazing in my search for a Certified Pre-Owned car! I had the privilege of working with Jaime Torres, and he was excellent, kind and knowledgeable. He was always very quick to reply whenever I had questions.This was my first time buying a car and he made it as simple and seamless as it could be. All while also getting a great deal on an awesome car. Would highly recommend Berwyn Kia and specifically Jaime to anyone looking for their next car!

I did not purchase my Telluride from this location, but I do get my service done there. In a world where customer service seems to be declining at a rapid rate, Berwyn KIA certainly understands the importance of it! My service advisor, Michelle, was amazing. From looking under my hood, showing me various things and explaining the importance of service (which no one has ever done before in the 2 years I ve kept up my regular maintenance) to ensuring that my car was ready on time, her customer service is stellar! She seems to be respected by her peers and they want to do the work well for her just as much as the customer. You have a real gem in the organization and I hope you realize and reward that! Had I known I d have such a great experience there, I likely would have bought my car there too! Kudos Berwyn Kia and your service is very much appreciate Michelle!

Just finished purchasing a vehicle with Israel. Extremely grateful to have had him as my salesmen. Most dealerships promise things and never deliver. I came in somewhat skeptical on my approval chance. He promised to approve me and get me in something affordable and reliable. He did just that.Extremely thankful to have come in today. My 4 year old son was also happy that he had Lego s to play with at his desk lol.Thank you again Israel.

My wife and I just had a great experience buying our new car with Vincent Watts at Kia Berwyn. I actually decided to work with Vince because of all the positive reviews about him here on Google! He was knowledgeable, helpful, fair and just an all-around nice guy. It has been a great experience using Berwyn Kia. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Jaime T. helped me as a first time new car owner. He was extremely informative and answered all of the questions I had. He went above and beyond to help me throughout the whole process and explained everything to me in a way I would understand. He also made sure I knew how to use all the new features of the car before I left the lot. Overall, it was a very smooth process. I highly recommend Jaime T!

I was very happy with my service here. Before i bought my Car Tavia answered all of my questions and helped me understand the process. When I came in Jaime was very helpful, answered all my questions and did not rush me or make me feel anything but comfortable. After purchasing the car Jaime continued to help me by answering questions about how the car worked. They have great service here.

Ricardo Hurtado was great to work with and didn t stop until I got the deal I wanted. It was a great experience and not nearly as long a process as my last car lease. I would recommend Berwyn Kia and Ricardo Hurtado for your new or used car needs!

First time making a purchase through a dealership and will never go back to this one- besides the fact that I was sold a vehicle and not explained all of the options I could get on said vehicle I ve called many times for routine maintenance (which I am paying for and have been paying for over a year and have not been able to use) they never answer the phone. I am a while away so to drive just to ask a question it is not worth it. Explained specifically who I wanted to run my credit with since I had a pre approval and they did what they wanted with that, they ran my credit six different times (after I told them not to) and didn t even go with the bank I wanted. I will be refinancing to fix that but I wouldn t recommend anyone purchasing at this dealership, just straight sharks there.

Had a great experience buying my first car at Berwyn Kia. Vincent took my wife and I throughout the whole process and was very patient and honest with us. He was willing to answer any questions we had and we didn t feel rushed at all. The Manager Jose was very helpful throughout out buying process as well, Two weeks later both my siblings have also come to buy a car. Would recommend Vince and Berwyn Kia for anyone in search for a car

Got a great price (exactly as advertised) without any of the usual dealer add ons you normally get at signing.Izzy was a great help and I got in and out with a brand new Telluride in just a couple of hours. Really pleased with the car and the service.

What started out fine turned horrible.Outside of the numerous problems I've had with a kia (not the dealerships fault) bringing my car here for service is always an adventure. This week I had a recall and a light fixed on Monday. Wednesday I had an issue with the power to my whole car, I figured I should bring it back in case maybe something was done wrong. Made an appointment on their site, had my car towed there. Should've been all ready on Thursday too get looked at.It's now Friday and I'm told that having an appointment means they'll "accept the car" but not do anything with it until they are free. I'm told my car might get looked at on Monday. No dealer car for me to use. I didn't even get a phone call the first day and had to call them to even find out if they received the car. Now I can't really tow it again to literally any other place around that wouldn't take it and ignore you for 5 days, be and I'm stuck waiting until "maybe Monday" while they have appointments available through today and Monday.Kias have their issues. But when you're dealing with them, go to any other Kia dealer. This one isn't worth it.*** EDITED TO ADD ***I got a response here faster than they got to my car or I got a call from any of the advisers.

Berwyn Kia s service department has been prompt, professional, thorough, accommodating, and courteous from making the appointment to driving away. They make sure to refer to my Maintenance agreement as well, to ensure I am not paying for anything that is covered. Very pleased with the responsiveness.
