Slowest service known to Mankind! 3-4 employees and only working on 1 oil change at a time! The service has been terrible for years here.....It's % poor Management!!

Don t bother going there today. They opened at 8. Got there at 8:15, asked the guy how long before they get to it. They said 2- 2 1/2 hours because only one garage door out of the 3 work. Having to do it out of one garage door. SMH. Can u not fix the doors?Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

I had a flat tire in the evening and they were 15 minutes away from closing. They were so incredibly nice, helpful, and honest. They ended up having to put the spare on and charged me absolutely nothing for their time. I m very grateful for their kindness!

I love everyone at this auto care center. I met a young mN there last week named Lucas. He was very good at helping me and putting the new wipers on my car. I know Debbie that works in the auto care center too. Everyone is always so helpful. Thank you to all of these employees.

TerribleWanted to get an oil change. 2 guys on the lot too busy talking to acknowledge me. I we t inside the guy there was helping someone, guy in office never acknowledged. Even if on break he could have said some will be with you.The gal who came up tried. We went back outside the 1 guy was not there his co worker said he was off in 8 minsSo back inside, as we were going in the employee we were just talking to said if you don't find his co worker he would come in and do the oil change. Wow how big of himI decided if you don't want to change the oil I really don't want you to touch my car.I got a few things and checked out3 men were standing on either side of the door 2 employees and maybe a Male customerI had to walk between them as none offered to move and let me by.2 hours before auto center was to close. Only 1 truck in the bay.Lazy, lazy rude I won't go back for an oil change. Very uncomfortable

Pretty lazy people in this department! We stopped in half n hour before they close to get 2 tires n they claim they don't have time to put them on! How's that for customer service! We will gladly take our business elsewhere if that is how they want to be! My husband used to work in a shop and knew full well it was an excuse cause with the right equipment he never even took that long to pop tires on!

Very slow service. They were busy, but absolutely no since if urgency, just moaping around. This is what I ve come to expect from Walmart. I wish I have come here.Service: TiresService: Tires

Horrible don't buy tires here less then a week the tire bulged and busted open obviously a defect blamed it on hitting something would not replace

Edit: Corey made it better. I believe the girl is new but that shouldn't make a difference in attitude.Not sure why the young girl is working in customer service when she clearly doesn't want to be around people. Very rude and grouchy. Sorry to hurt the mechanic's rating due to the front employee.

We had a dead battery in the parking lot. A worker saw that we were in trouble. Somebody from the Auto department came out and got the car to start. The workers installed a new battery and we were on the way home within an hour.

The blonde that works in automotive was beyond friendly and very helpful! It's refreshing to know there are still good genuine people that care about thier customers

Very slow service. Had one car in front of me took over 3 hours for one tire change and an oil change. Very rude and inattentive staff. If you could go anywhere else I highly recommend it.

Didn't inform us of a 3 hour wait just to install a tire on a rim. It was already removed from the vehicle and they didn't even have to install it. Could have taken one guy 3 minutes.

They put a tire on a rim for me put it on my sons car and it wasn't sealed took it back they did it again still didn't seal took it back they finally fixed it right but my husband paid them again i would not have paid them again

They did a really good job, they also checked other things under the hood that I didn't know they would.

You get what you pay for. Every time I come here, it's 2+ hours of waiting just for an oil change and tire rotation.
