My daughter had her car detailed there and set me up an appointment when she dropped hers off. She got her car back and it horrible. Still had dog hair in the seats and in the floors and was not very clean all around. She called up there and they had her bring it back when she dropped my car off. We got her car back and it was better this time. I got my car back and it was worse than her car. Did not even vacuum my hatch wipe my door frames or anything. The whole car was still dirty and streaky where they smeared the wax. The windows were also streaky and still dirty. I called myself and talked to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that he seen the car and it was clean. He did not offer to fix it or anything so I told him I would not be back he said okay and hung up on me... We paid $120 per vehicle for something we could have done at the car wash ourselves. I do not recommend this place to detail your car at all. They need to just stick to changing oil..

I have a fleet vehicle these guys service on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the fleet service vendor can be somewhat difficult to get authorization for services. These guys go above and beyond and take their valuable time to get it all resolved. Great service and great crew!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Cross threaded lug nut had to pay someone to repair it. Another vehicle lugs were so tight a air gun couldn't get them loose. Different people every time. Going there will cost you extra money. Never again.

I have been a loyal customer for 2 yrs. I have always had a great experience there. Very polite and very professional.. And I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.. Thanks Boys for taking care of my Car !!!!

I went with no appointment they got me in within 5 minutes and then in about 15 20 minutes I was out of there he was really nice and courteous and I will go back

Valvoline in Benton is AWESOME. My family have been using their services for several years, and they've always treated us right. Jonathan was my technician today, and he was kind, respectful, and was clearly looking out for my best interests. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy anything unnecessary, and he even showed me at the end of my oil change that he had put in quality, clean oil for me. On top of that, I was only there for maybe 20 minutes tops! I absolutely recommend Valvoline in Benton to anyone looking for a professional job and excellent customer service. 11/10 !Service: Oil change

I started coming here because my little brother works here, and this place is great! Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable, and they are quick. I highly recommend if your looking to get a quick oil change. They have other great services to look into also. So far I mainly just get my oil changed, sometimes my car vacuumed, and had to get a nail out of my tire then they patched it up. Everytime it's fast and stress free.

I took my car for an oil change and the sign said 42.99, okay that s fine. Next thing I know the guy leaves the shop and when he gets back and they finish he says it s $65. I asked why and he said they had to put a new plug in. Okay, so I asked if he broke it and he said no. I m still left thinking why. I said you can t just do things without asking me if it s okay. What if I had only brought 50 bucks with me and couldn t t pay for the extra charges. They also charged me 4.99 for a filter. Aren t those included? That wasn t discussed either. I then asked to talk to the manager because the other guy kept walking away and rolling is eyes while saying okay ma am. It was completely condescending. The manager did the exact same thing! He was rude and condescending and walked away while I was speaking and asking questions. How is it okay to do something to a vehicle without asking if the person will be able to afford it in the end?! I won t be using this place in the future. Not because of the charges because if they had been explained in an adult manner, I would have been fine with them, but because the utter lack of respect towards a customer simply trying to understand charges and get answers.Service: Oil change

If I could give ZERO stars I would. All I needed was an oil change and they messed that up. By the time I got home, I had oil sprayed ALL OVER the back of my new car because they must not have tightened something properly. My car was also smoking. I had to have someone from their business come out to my house (a 30+ min drive) to fix whatever they did. And I'm going to take my car to be double checked elsewhere. I've washed my car down twice since having oil all over it (including the underneath) and still having oil sprayed when I drive.. Not only that, but I was told I had to get a synthetic oil because they didn't have regular oil for my car. Which cost me $85. I will never go back.Service: Oil change

Service was pretty cheap, and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. I never had to leave my truck. If it was a little closer to home, I'd make this my primary oil place.

The guys here was so helpful and kind they took very good care of our equinox, a previous location had stripped the pan bolt leaving us unable to get it off, they took care us in less then 5 !!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Benton has great staff. Carbondale not so much. Carbondale seemed annoyed that I had questions. Benton was very informative and helped me to purchase extra items to better my vehicles performance. Carbondale didn't even check my windshield wipers or take time to look at my air filter.
