This place is a joke. Given there were some people in front of us. We had a screw in our tire. Was hoping they could install a patch from the inside of the tire. I could put a plug in the tire but anyway after quite a while waiting they were trying to sell us four tires but yeah we probably did need tires but we didn't come there for tires, we went there to see if they could fix our tire, to get us by until tires could be affordable. They charge us for it and they didn't fix it. 2 Days later notice the screw is still in the tire.

Great service, answered all my questions and showed me an issue I questioned even being a woman. I trust this facility with many issues and am not price gouged. I also Love the Plaza Tire card with zero interest with a monthly payment being paid in 6 months!

Took my car in at 1:10 to get 2 new tires. Paul took my order. I said. So it will be around 1 hour? He said yes. I said ok, call me when it s ready. I waited until 3:30 at home so I called. He said, Ma am, I said I d work you in . Not true.. I called again at 4:30 and he said it s being done now. Not true cause my brother saw it still out front. I finally went up at 5:10 to just pick it up to go somewhere else and it was being done..took til 5:45. Another lady was sitting out front at 5:10 when I got there and she said she just stopped in to get 1 tire and waited about 2 hours. So, he took her before my car since I didn t sit there waiting. Had he been honest and said it may be 3 or 4 hours cause they are busy, I would have been fine with that. But he didn t, and I was afraid it wouldn t get done. I was going to pick it up before they closed and go to Mt Vernon to have it done on my way to St Louis today. Not good customer service in Benton. My niece told me that after the fact too! I doubt I will go back to Benton Plaza Tire. Just another place in Benton with poor service. That s sad

I ve been taking mine and my wife s vehicles there for a while and I am always satisfied with the results. T.R. Is the manager at our store and always does as much as he can to get our cars in as quick as possible no matter what service we are having done. He s always been upfront and honest with pricing and any information I ask for or need to know about. The quality of work and amount of work they can do on a broad range of vehicles is impressive as well. They were the only place within an hour s drive I could find that were knowledgeable enough and willing to do a brake job on my 2020 Jaguar SUV.

I gave them 4 stars because it normally takes about 2 hours each time I go there to get tires. I know there is a shortage of people working but my last 3 sets of tires still took 2 hours or more. Other than the wait time, they are great and have a variety of tires to choose from.

Plaza Tire is always easy to work with. They get my car in and out as quickly as they can. They are always so nice! I would recommend them to anyone.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This time they kept my car inside after calling and asking if I was picking it up tonight and I said yes be back later this evening. This is after telling them when I dropped it off we would be gone all day and telling them to lock the keys in it because I have my spare with me.

I thought I needed new tires, turned out I only needed a plug in one tire. I had scheduled an appointment to get new tires, but they said I still had about 10-15,000 miles left and my tires were still in good shape. I was so impressed by how honest they were because they could have very easily charged me for new tires, and I would have never even known I didn t need them. It s so nice to see that there are still honest/friendly people out there. I will be back for sure!

My husband went to get an alignment done. He called before hand and they said they were able to do it. He went in and they told him he needed to pay a $4,000 repair bill to get the alignment done. They are liars and only concerned with screwing people out of money.

These guys were great. We were on our way home from Florida with 300 miles until home when we got a flat on a Saturday. Not only did they have the size tire I needed but they stayed 2 hours late and worked us in their already busy schedule. Very nice and polite, customer service was top notch. Thank you for getting us back on the road.

They got my car in quick within 2days to get a sensor fixed and done within an hour of dropping it off. I had called 3 other places before and was going to be a week or longer to get it in. They are quick and everyone was so nice!

Plaza tire in Benton is well organized and very efficient. They do their work carefully snd as quickly as possible. They always inform you of any problems your vehicle might have and the cost to do the repair. I highly recommend Plaza Tire in Benton, Illinois.

Great price, seemed very thorough! Got me in and out in a timely manner and they have a nice waiting area. I like their road hazard plan. Very courteous to all the customers that came in while I was waiting.

Just took my car in for the third year in a row here to get tires replaced and alignment check. In and out in less than 2 hours as expected for that kind of job and everything's correct and the pricing was right on point... I'm genuinely shocked at the amount of people that leave negative reviews on here complaining that they didn't get immediate service... My God people, patience... As a mechanic it's not always a flip a switch and it's done, the other situations and instances where other problems are encountered can eat up time. Quit your crying, If you don't like it, take it somewhere else and see how much better service you get... I'm sure you'll be unpleasantly surprised that it takes that long everywhere and the pricing might even be worse.

I was told I needed an alignment from a local tire place. I made the appointment to go to plaza and have it done. TR was so nice and HONEST. He explained to me that my car checked out just fine and he did not want to charge me for something I didn't actually need! They have definitely earned my business! Friendly knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended!

Had tire sensors replaced on car they were quick and very efficient.car is great now they were friendly and very attentive to our needs.i will definitely use them again for my tire business!!!! Went in with a flat tire on 1-10-23 they repaired it in less than 30 min.was back on road great place to have any kind of tire work fast and friendly workers will definitely get my tire business.went in today got 4 tires mounted full alignment and oil change.logan was friendly,courteous and attentive to all my needs service techs are great I was I and out in a quick professional manner.i will highly recommend this store in Benton IL.for any of your auto needs.went in today 1-9-24 had wheel bearing replaced fast,friendly service, would definitely recommend for your auto needs.customer service is excellent!!!!

Had an alignment done the only thing that was done was toe. The steering wheel is not anywhere near centered correctly. The camber in the rear was left untouched(uneven).To top things off my rear toe arms were left loose.

I went into Plaza Tire for a simple balance/rotate/alignment and it turned out to be a very upsetting visit. I have a few issues going on with my car that I already knew about, as my father is a mechanic and has been for nearly 40 years. One of the service technicians gave me a long list of things that needed to be replaced . I am a young woman and know virtually nothing about vehicles, so I told him I would call my father and discuss it with him. I am lucky enough that he came up to the shop and checked in on my car as they started working to replace parts that were still good. Without my knowledge or consent. Mind you, this is over $1700 in repairs. My father explained to them that none of the parts are to be replaced and to put the car back together. I got my car back and they were ever so kind to leave my traction control and ABS lights on and not clear them for me. I will NOT be going back there. I recommend you don t either if you are a young woman who they feel it is okay to take advantage of or even if you just want to save a mere $1,700! My car will be going to the dealership to be fixed CORRECTLY. Get your heads on straight. All love! :) <3Updated in response to your reply:I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Although it seems more like a defense tactic than an apology, I ll give you an E for effort. To be clear , no one asked for your opinion on how I felt. There is no need to explain what happened, as I was there. I understand the services I requested couldn t be performed, but I made it known that I was aware of the other issues with my car. I stated that I purchased the parts that were needed and that my father was to install them himself. The list I received included those parts but also unnecessary parts. Clearly you did not hold off because that is not what my father described when he had seen my car in the shop. Regardless, I never gave permission to do anything other than what I went in for. It may be helpful for your store to just apologize and move on, rather than deflecting your mistakes onto the customers. Have a nice day!

I am gonna say 3 cause I have just left there two weeks after buying and having new tires installed and my car shakes like no tomorrow. Called them about it, took over a week to get in with our conflicting schedules but when I did they told me 3 of the 4 tires were badly off balanced . The guys who took care of me today was awesome and he apologized for the guy who initially did my tires and assured me the other guy was no longer with them and again very sorry. Thanks for the good service today but I should never of paid close to $1000.00$ to have to fight for a appointment and then take my day off to spend fixing what was wrong due to there employees negligence. I have been with plaza tire for years but lately they have been going down hill. To the point my last set of tires came from a different tire store but I decided to go back there and maybe not the best Choice. I can go somewhere else and it's cheaper and maybe safer thanks again for the great service today tho .

Great customer service! Knowledgeable about all things tires and wheel alignment. Friendly atmosphere. Service with a smile! I recommend and will do more business with Plaza Tire Service #40 because they know what they are doing, and I can Trust their work as I drive my vehicle down the road!!!
