At first I gave them five stars because my car looked really good. I had it painted the middle of December 2021 and now it is March 7. 2022 and the paint is just coming off in places. One place that I hadn't noticed whenever I got it back wasn't painted and the black stripe is peeling off. If I could give them less than a one star I would. They've changed hands to Calibers now. They are not wanting to fix the job that was a lifetime warranty. They say this is rock chips. These are just some of the places on my car there's so many places I could not count them. My car looked a lot better than this before they touched it. I wish I had never had them fix anything on it. So beware Melvin's or Calibers either one will not will not stand behind their work. If you want a good quality paint job please go somewhere else. You will not get one here.Service: Body & Trim

Did a great job. Worked well with insurance company. Sure hope NOT to be a repeat customer, but it's good to know they are there if needed.

This place doesn't listen to its customers. They tried to bully me into repairs I didn't want or need.Just so they could charge me more.
