Outstanding 5 STAR SERVICE from this business' parts department!After hearing "... sorry we can't help you." from five other well known businesses located in southern Illinois that make up replacement high-pressure hoses, I was finally referred to H&R Agri-Power!Clint (parts manager) went above and beyond to help me find a coupling that could be used on my old backhoe high-pressure hoses.So, If you're looking for a business that will take the time to find a hard-to-find hose solution for you...call H&R AGRI-POWER!Thank you Clint!

I took my tractor in to H&R for the first time last week. I can t say enough about how pleasant the entire experience has been. Not only did they fix everything, they didn t gouge me. For instance I needed my cab lights fixed. I thought they all needed replaced they ordered them in before they even got my tractor. Turned out mice chewed the wiring so they fixed that and didn t charge me for the lights they ordered in advance. That was just one of the things I had done. Outstanding! Pappys Kubota won t be seeing me in the future. I have a much better place to take care of my needs moving forward.

Poster child for how a small town business should be ran. Everyone I've ever dealt with over the past 20 years here have been very professional and always took care of me. Even if I can find parts online cheaper... I will give them my business. Thanks again and I will return!

The people are great and they usually have what ya need in stock.. but they seem to be a little over priced on the parts, but like I said they usually have it in stock and the employees know what they are talking about if your having trouble with a part.

My contractor brought his machine for repair he did not purchase their. It is under warranty, they charge for loaners and not as big of a machine to loan. How can that be a service to those who purchase a Kubota.?

Great customer service, thank you to Jim for providing excellent communication and for his willingness to stay after normal business hours on a Saturday to accommodate us. Traveling from Michigan to purchase an item that only F.B. McAfoos had available, Jim was very helpful and attentive. Thanks for your help.

I have purchased parts from FB Mcafoos for several years and they have always been very helpful. This year I broke my big tractor and they picked it up, repaired it and returned it. Great service. When my "little tractor" needed a clutch replacement, I took it to a business in Marion that specializes in "little tractors" "Little tractor", big mistake. That review can be read on their site. Not a good experience. Had I gone to McAfoos first, I would have had less grief and saved hundreds of dollars. In the future, McAfoos will be my first choice. They cleaned up the mess made by the little people and repaired my "little tractor". I am very pleased with the work and service I received at McAfoos. For parts and service on your big or "little tractor, I recommend FB McAfoos. My thanks to the entire staff who assisted me and worked on my tractors.

They answered all my questions, were friendly and knowledgeable and we're glad to get my business. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they don't sell New Holland tractors anymore.

My husband once again just left without anyone acknowledging him. Not the first time either there have been several times. Every time we have been in and been brousing we have never been greeted or had a salesperson come out of their office to see if we wanted to purchase anything. Horrible customer service!

F.B. McAfoos has been in business for over 100 years. On their website they mention at least 7 Major Manufacturers that they have "Represented". (Translation: These Manufacturers no longer want them to sell or service their products.) Now they sell the same brands as Rural King and Tractor Supply while charging much higher prices for the same items. The service Department is unbelievably slow. No employee has any idea what the other employees do, so if the person you need to help you is out for two weeks...Oh well! He'll call you when he gets back. F.B. McAfoos should be used only if you have no other options!

You would think after purchasing 2 tractors ,numerous other equipment, and a disc mower that just blew the pto shaft apart after second season . Could not get me a shaft to get in hay fields, left me hanging and had to go elsewhere . Wow so dissapointed,wish I could take back all the sales I have him!
