Fast truck was awesome, they worked hard to solve our problem. It was more labor intensive then was estimated and they gave us a discount to help cover the additional cost. They did a good job and completed the work on time as promised. We have used their services more than once and have not been disappointed. We definitely recommend them.

Was very lucky they carried my trailer tire. Even had two different styles/ load ranges of trailer tire in my size. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees ready to assist without a wait. (4 stars for stock/ inventory, helpful employees, no-wait assistance and balancing without hassles. Would rate 5 stars with improved parking lot.)

This is the worst place to take a truck to for anything. I get there at 1:15 for a DOT inspection and diagnostic work. The parts man Chris whom I dealt with all morning on inspection of two other trucks tells me it with be ten to twenty minutes the mechanic for inspection is wrapping up another truck and will get right on ours. At 4:30 all the mechanics left for the day along with Chris without inspecting the truck/trailer or doing the diagnostic, not even a hey man look. We won t be able to get to you today can you come back on Monday morning. Definitely not worth taking anything to be worked on.Services: Transmission, General repairs

Great experience with the guys from Fast Truck. We're from Colorado and broke down in Illinois with our travel trailer that had a wheel bearing go out outside of Mt Vernon. I fixed it enough to get us to Benton and the Fast Truck folks took our repair job with short notice and got us back on the road quickly. A very friendly, professional group work here and I am really happy I choose to call them.

My husband and I were in a 40 ft . RV, pulling a jeep when we ended up stranded at a gas station 5 miles from their shop. We were heading from Minnesota down to Florida and the RV began to stall, so we had to pull off the road for the night. One of the Fast Track technicians happen to be getting gas that night and came over to our RV to look at what was going on. He said his company could help us out and would be there early in the morning with a diagnostic tool. Then, his boss even called us about 9:00pm and offered to send someone out that night to help. Wow! !! What company does that these days? The gentleman kindly stated, we re just here to help people and get them on their way. We re not here to take advantage of anyone, and we just want to make an honest living. And truly, that is who they were, and truly, that is what they did!!And sure enough, a Fast Track technician was there by 7:20 am and according to his diagnostic tool, he thought it was only a fuel filter. We were able to follow him to his garage where many mechanics were working on trucks. He fit us in immediately, then also checked our antifreeze levels. We could tell by how many men were working that they had fit us into their very busy schedule in order to get us back on the road!Their billing was shockingly inexpensive! (under $200). The Fast Track management could have taken taken such advantage of our situation, but instead, they billed us for one hour of labor, the fuel filter, and the antifreeze. No extra charges were added. We were so thankful to get on our way by 9:20 am ...2 hours after a technician arrived at the gas station where we had spent the night.We would recommend this service station to ANYONEneeding car, truck, or RV repair.Thank you SO MUCH Fast Track technicians, for your kindness, honesty, generosity, work ethic, and love of country. We would not hesitate to use your services again should we ever be in that part of the country again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Chris and his crew are 1st class at Fast Truck and Trailer in Benton,Illinois!!! We were traveling and our trailer tire flew off on the interstate. He fixed us up and put us back on the road on the same day! We can't say enough about them! We highly recommend them! THANK YOU SO MUCH

These guys and lady greeted me like I'd been going there for years! Friendly people who honest and very knowledgeable about their work! Lol, Even the newby took his time to get it right! While changing my tractor tire, they found a MAJOR problem and notified me immediately. My rim was rotten! My spare tire was no good. So they hooked me up with new rim's and tires! I thought it was going to cost a lot more than what it did! Saved me a bunch of money! THIS PLACE WILL BE MY "GO TO" PLACE from now on!Thank You! ! !

Went to them with a crippled 5th wheel trailer & 1 ton dually diesel Ram. They found the problem, showed us the broken leaf springs, replaced all leaf springs on one side of the trailer, replaced the badly worn rotor, disc, brake lines & broken caliper on the truck, showed us the damaged parts and did it all in 1 day at a fair price. They were patient, articulate & up front with everything. Highly recommend!

If I could I would give them zero but it is not possible, I only called them for a tire change that I needed, which I had complete with the rim and even with air, I explained to the woman who answered me by phone and when I asked her how much it cost, he told me 120 dollars per hour I was shocked, and I called a place don's heavy ditty truck repair in Marion Illinois and they only charged me 25 dollars a big difference so please don't even call them they are loan sharks.

Extremely helpful and reasonably priced. Correctly diagnosed and immediately fixed my dually wheels in an emergency situation.I would definitely recommend this outfit.
