DO NOT GO TO ANY CARMART EVER!!! We were so screwed over. Once you buy the vehicle you re stuck with it. I was told we had 7 days to bring it back if we didn t like it and to my surprise I has been in the shop for 4 days. They do not take care of their vehicles and they expect you to fix everything. After complaining they agreed to get it looked at on them. They tell me to take it to j & s in Sparta IL. I pull up and it s a shop ran by only 1 person and he took a few days off for a funeral. Then after looking at it claimed all it needs is 2 front tires an alignment and transmission flush. The entire car shakes at 45 mph. Put it in drive the whole car jerks and they had 2 different size tires on the front with a 3inch difference. The shop they sent me doesn t know when it will be fixed and carmart employees treat you like crap if you even bring an issue to their attention. I rather walk then buy another lemon from these people. Just please listen car mart is not your friend. The sales people are nice but you never get to speak to them again after buying the car. I am paying 20,000$ for a 17 ford escape with 142,000 miles.

My wife got her car from there last week already had to have a wheel bearing replaced and speed sensor. Now on week two of having this car the check engine light came on showing the fuel pump driver module need replaced. But that is not all the transmission is slipping

Very thankful for all of the help that Nathan smith gave us at the Benton location. We went in for my mom to get a car and he was very nice and respectful towards her. She was very nervous and he explained everything and answered all questions she had. We are very thankful for all his help in making it fast and convenient. I got a car here when I had just turned 18 and everything was fine at first. And then problem after problem started on my cruze. I came in and talked to the boss lady and she kept rolling her eyes at me and even raised her voice. They wouldn t honor the warranty at all. Finally my fuel injectors started to go out and I stopped paying. They towed my car and that was the end of it. Please no matter how desperate you are do not get a car from them. I was paying twice the blue book value of my car. I highly recommend going to easy street in Marion if you have bad credit and need a car. This place is a joke.

I traded in my Kia Soul with the salesman Nathan. Very polite and listened to everything I was looking for in a car. Very reasonable too. He got me into a 2015 Chevy Cruze and honestly, wouldn t have changed a thing. Highly recommend.

This place is nice and all but don't ever think about moving or nothing unless you got a job strapped down. They say they will help you if you switch jobs or something but they made it very difficult for my family to move to a different state we have paid on time without missing a beat the one time after being with them for 7 months we ask to push our payment back a week and had proof of work it still wasn't enough made it difficult if we didn't have family here we would've been stranded because of this place.

This is a bad place of business. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location and I am currently in contact with the Better Business Bureau about the conduct of this business and it's "boss". I went in to the office because I had troubles with my car and was met with a very friendly and personable man, until whom I assume is the "boss" showed up, inserting herself in the conversation and just being unprofessional. She even tried to appear and sound threatening, to which I was not. The only thing big and bad on her is her enlarged throat. Her name was Lori. I didn't even know she was the "boss", what with her being dressed incredibly slouchy and clearly does not put alot into her appearance. She never even introduced herself, just kept speaking out of turn and when I asked her why she kept interrupting the other worker as he was speaking to me, she got indignant. She has a terrible rapport and she was incredibly rude that I was taken aback that someone with such a lack of professionalism could hold such a position. This person does not need to hold such a title if she can't meet customers with the professionalism any company dedicated to customer service should adhere to. And while she's at it, she needs to dress in such a way that reflects her position so that customers are clear on what part she plays in the company.

Have had very little trouble with Auto Credit. I have purchased several vehicles from them. The financing is quick and easy. A large variety of vehicles to choose from. As long as you make your payment on time you should have no issue. But you have to make it on time!

6 months after I got my car alternator went out.. got told it was considered normal wear and tear wasn't part of the engine? So I got stuck with replacing it.. about 4 months after.. had to redo all my brake pads and rotors.. called them about it and was told they had records showing that was serviced along with the oil.. took it to a mechanic and obviously auto credit lied

I went to auto credit of benton, il about a month ago- sales people were very friendly- not pushy like some dealerships are ! Within 10 minute's i was approved for a car- within the hour i was driving home with my new car-

Cars are always breaking down and the warranty is a joke. It won't fix anything on your car. Theres always an excuse... Harmonic balancer went out but wouldn't fix it but told me if somthing was messed up with the crankshaft they would fix it. Guess what? Crankshaft was messed up and they won't fix it. They won't honor any bit of there warranty. You'd be better off buying a car from a Crack head...

They sell u cars 30 percent more than what they retail for. They are liars, they fix cars with body work that looks like it was done by amateurs in Mexico and tell you it's never been wrecked. They will put u in bankruptcy before u get out of bed with these low life crooks. Try not to go there.

The sketchest place to get a car. My daughter we t her to get a Car ended up having a wreck. The insurance payed all but $17.50 on the car. Now they are trying to say she owes over $6,000. They keep Making Threats and harassing phone calls.1 call is enough to call 6 times repeatedly in 1 days is harassment. They about to get sued.

They sold my fiance a 2012 Ford Focus with transmission problems. They clearly stated they looked up the VIN # because at that time Ford Focus and Ford Fiestas were all having problems with their transmission design they told us that the recall fix the problem! That was a LIE

The worse company to buy a car from no matter how desperate you are please stay away from this place there are other places around that can help.They sold my son in law a lemon it was one thing after another had to get new motor etc.Pay way over blue book value for the vehicles they have.They are just pathetic they prey on the poor and people who have emergency situations and RIP them off their hard earned money.The one in carbondale is closed the rest of them need to be shut down to
